Fake flower decor on the table
    Rose M.

The waitress put her finger on the cup where we put our lip on! How do you work as a server when you don't even know how to serve a drink? Cant blame her , seems like management doesn't care since she has her ear pod on too. Bringing 3 sharing plate to 4 people guest? Why 3? Assuming that 1 person is with us to watch others eating? Food is bland, no flavor or whatsoever. Ordered sweet potato tempura roll, where the sweet potato is raw. So the chef doesn't know how to cook. Kami salad its just fake crab, cucumber and mayo, no flavor or whatsoever so ever. Clutter in the restroom, table was sticky. It's a shame this place is so close to the temple where a lot of tourist visiting the area doing so bad.

Just not what it used to be. Much better options 10-20min away for sushi. Fish just doesn't seem as fresh and only limited choices.

In addition, their lunch menu is a nice tour de Bangkok of their fairly broad offerings. At about $14., you get a two buck or more discount on the most popular dinners (curries, pads, salads, soups), plus a choice of one appetizer. Given the place was empty but for one other customer, I enjoyed this deal completely. All servers had a hand in delivering my meal to me, and I felt well attended to. The small bowl of Tom Yum Soup was loaded with veggies (carrot slivers, string beans, mushrooms, onion, baby corn & broccoli), and was heavily spiced with lemongrass. Woke up my lips and gums nicely. Alerted my sinuses to be ready to run. The Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles - 2.5 on the heat scale) was a full plate of broad noodles in a heavy Thai sauce and all the above vegetables. While the sauce could have been a bit wetter to improve the overall texture of the ingredients, it was still quite good. I finished less than half the dish and took the rest home. This was a generous dinner at luncheon price. The price point was right given the size of the meal and pleasant ambiance of the kitchen, dining room and entire staff. Four Phuket Stars for Phirom.

That is what you get when you get great eats at Terakawa Ramen. As you enter, you'll notice the wall murals with the chefs on one side and the opposite wall has anime customers slurping their ramen. Yes, it's perfectly fine to make those loud slurping noises to show your appreciation for a great bowl of ramen. Here's what was ordered: - Signature Terakawa Ramen - 4.5/5 stars Boasted of rich, lovingly homemade pork bone soup with a good amount of sliced roast pork, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, ginger, scallions, and a jammy egg. The straight thin noodles were al dente. They maintained their texture in the broth, brilliantly. The broth was deep and flavorful. - Pork belly Donburi - 4.5/5 stars The juicy tender pork belly was plentiful, sliced perfectly as their we're not too thick nor paper thin. Their flavor was rich, savory with a balance of sweetness from the soy dashi sauce. Elegantly layered in top of a humongous bowl of seasoned rice, along with a sprinkle of scallions, pickled radishes, and sesame seeds. The photo on their menu does not do it justice. I would have loved a jammy egg to be included to bring the dish to the next level. - Gyoza - 3.5/5 stars 5 pieces of Pan-fried gyoza dumplings with their dumpling sauce. I would prefer them to have been fried a bit more. The balance between their pork and cabbage was even. They were delightfully light in both taste and texture. The service was very good. Both Willie, the owner, and a charming waiter named Sung served us. Sung kept coming over checking in to attest our cups were full, and if we needed anything else. I was told the have two locations: Philadelphia and the one we're dining at, Princeton Junction, NJ. Both locations serve homemade recipes from the Kumamoto region of Japan. Portion sizes are quite large as well. The chicken karage app we ordered was only okay. The weekends get busy so there could be a wait. The restaurant isn't that large. One perk is that it's next to a large korean supermarket. Service is fast and friendly.

The place was a bit hard to find at first because I think they still had their old restaurant name up... The inside is fairly romantic and dimly lit, with tables along both walls and a row in-between. I was really excited for the dosas on the menu because I haven't had them in a while, but our server said they don't serve/were not serving dosas. Didn't even get an explanation. We ended up getting the fried appetizer platter, cauliflower paratha, palak paneer, lamb curry, lamb pasanda, and a mango lassi. The fried appetizer platter had an assortment of samosas, veggie pakoras, etc. I thought it was pretty good, especially the samosas. Cauliflower paratha was very oily. Palak paneer was completely off; I've ordered palak paneer from dozens of Indian restaurants, and this just did not taste like what it was supposed to. The lamb curry was alright; the lamb pasanda was much better. Some of the food here is good, and others aren't, so it's a bit of a risk if you're willing to take it. Cool bowls though.
