    Spicy Tuna Roll- gross
    Mike M.

This was a $100 door dash order. The spicy tuna roll looked like week old steak without refrigeration. The shrimp tempura in the bento box looked good but it was just the breading. Inside was soggy, no bite. The dumplings were in a section of the box with what looked like vinegar eels. The eel in the avocado and eel roll looked like a bad clam; the one you cough up. What a waste of food and my good money.

Salmon Sashimi, Tuna Sashimi, Mackerel Sashimi, & a variety of rolls.

Best AYCE sushi in the area. Pricing is reasonable if you can eat! Service is pretty fast and they have recently expanded their menu!

We ordered 6 shrimp 6 shrimp Shumai we got 2 of each. For 3 people.

The food was pretty good, I mean whatever actually got anyway. I had to wait 20-30 mins for my orders and tables next to us had piles of food. They only order we got that had a lot of food on it was a mistake and was someone else's order that they dropped on our table- but I think it was an over order or mistake that the place didn't want to through away. So they gave it to the starving table. This place is shady, or they don't want to fill your orders OR just really bad at filling orders. BUT I felt like they pick and choose who is going to get what they order and who is going to get 25% of what they order. I noticed regulars there getting massive amounts of sushi. We could even get 1/2 of what we ordered. I recommend you take a pass on this place- any ALL YOU CAN EAT place that you leave hungry is shady AF. The service was terrible. They can't even fill your water. It takes 10+ minutes EVERY DANG TIME to get a glass of water. JUST LEAVE A PITCHER ON THE TABLE if you're they incompetent at table service. The place was pretty ok clean and all. But the ordering system sucks. And they can't get anything right. We wasted a lot of money here only to leave hungry. Shame on Sushi Palace. Will never return.

This is a fantastic all you can eat sushi place that delivers every time! The food never fails to be tasty, they have some new fun additions to their menu which are just as tasty! The service is fast and they aim to get you your rounds quickly at all you can eat. The place is clean and cozy! We can't stop eating here!!

A bit pricey, but what isn't nowadays. This is a local favorite of mine whenever I'm in the area- AYCE sushi and Japanese items that you order off of two sheets of papers. The service is a bit slow during dinner hours but that is expected. We had lunch on a weekday and it was $28 per person. The sadhu is absolutely fantastic and the "kitchen items" (dumplings, tempura, katsu) are also pretty delicious. Definitely come with a lot of people so you get to try many things. Can't wait to come back!

Not sure why sushi palace has a lower than expected review because sushi palace has always been my go to for AYCE (all you can eat) sushi. The reason why is because the service is excellent and the sushi is great. Last I recall, sushi palace is a BYOB place and it is a lovely environment to have a night with friends. In general, I think sushi palace is very well priced for the area with high quality sushi. I do eat a lot of AYCE sushi places and when I am in central Jersey, this is where I go. You can expect to spend $20-$30 a person. I love sushi palace and I will be back!!

    New menu items

We have been coming here for a long time, but tonight was even better than usual. They have new items on the menu and they are excellent! We were so hungry and excited to try the new items that I forgot to take pictures of the food, but I took a picture of the posters. We had the miso bass, sesame tuna, spicy tuna pizza, salmon battleship, senbei, and sautéed string beans. I didn't love the string beans but my husband liked them. Everything else was a winner! That left less room for our usual order but it was great to have something new and so unique. After the new menu items it did take quite a while to get our sushi order, but the servers are friendly and frequently refilled tea and water cups. They have also made some upgrades to the appearance. There is a pretty tile backsplash behind the sushi bar and nice light fixtures. They did say the new menu items are only at this location. I hope they bring them to Edison and other locations eventually. I would go back just for those salmon battleships and senbei!

The staff were very friendly. Our favorite was the 8 yakitori skewer set. We got to pick the skewers and enjoyed all 8 choices. The flavor was really good. The meat and seafood were tender. The sushi, sushi rolls and sashimi tasted fresh. The crispy rice was okay. It was missing a some flavor and was a little bland. The scallop bisque was nice to enjoy for that rainy night. We would come back to try the sashimi omakase and to try the lunch here.

A few minutes in an air fryer to get that crisp back and they'd be delicious! Theres also a large assortment of refrigerated drinks like juices, sodas & teas as well. I tried the matcha love sweetened green tea which was very good and refreshing. I just kept going back after eating one thing after the other to try something else. I meant it when I said I became a fan lol. I picked up a mini packaged cheesecake (more like a cheesecake bread than a traditional creamy cheesecake) which was a great dessert to end it on. My first time at Haru Grab & Go was great so of course, I came back for another spicy salmon roll and a kani salad which both tasted good and kept me satisfied. 5/5!

I ordered the Grilled Chicken Wrap, which was excellent, packed with chicken and very filling. I ended up taking half home because it was both generous and delicious. The side salad was also surprisingly good. We ended up returning later for happy hour, which takes place in the room to the right of the hostess stand. I highly recommend stopping by for drinks and bites if you're in the mood for classic cocktails and solid food. Happy hour is first come, first served and limited to the bar only (around 15 seats total). We arrived right when it started, and when we left about 40 minutes later, the bar was about half full. I'd definitely come back to try their dinner or to enjoy their happy hour again.

There was a young lady sitting in the corner in the phone telling us that there were no seats if we didn't have a reservation. Not the most polite but whatever. We went back to the bar and got a table. Why are bar tables always so sticky?! Anyhoo, we just missed the Happy Jour menu but it was only a $1-2 discount (except for the burger: $4). Service was pleasant and attentive. The food was overpriced for sitting in a bar. $30 for a bowl of ramen! (I don't know how it tastes but it's $17 across the street.) $22 for a burger and fries! $10 for two little bao with a single shrimp in each! Ok, that's not too bad since Bao is generally overpriced for some reason but I could have gotten more than one shrimp. Unfortunately, the price did not reflect the quality. My friend who got the ramen said it was in the bottom 25% he's ever had. My burger was pretty good but the bun was toasted and brittle and made an unnecessary mess. The fries--personal preference--I don't like skinny fries. As for the bao, the shrimp was too salty. I liked the finishing salt but the flavoring salt was too heavy. Also, it was drizzled with aioli and I couldn't pick it up and eat it like the sandwich it was. Overall, a disappointment. Mediocre food and an elevated price for no reason.

I ordered the pineapple fried rice and the portion was enormous. It felt like opening a treasure chest filled with bright colors, roast pork, and warm spice. The seasoning worked perfectly with the sweetness of the pineapple. Nothing was timid. Every bite had a lively balance of heat, sweetness, and savory depth. For the price I paid, it felt almost like a small miracle in a paper box. My wife ordered three sushi rolls and she was happy with all of them. She enjoyed the shrimp tempura roll and the tuna avocado roll. But the spicy tuna roll was the star of her show. She generously offered me a piece. The heat was lively but not overwhelming and the filling tasted clean and fresh. There was no excess rice, no unnecessary filler, just a satisfying ratio of fish to rice that let the tuna shine. It is one of the better spicy tuna rolls I have had in quite some time. In Princeton you can find more refined or experimental Asian restaurants if that is what you want. But you will also find prices that may affect your credit rating. Tiger Noodles stands apart because it offers generous portions, honest flavors, and a price point that feels almost out of place in the neighborhood. For what you receive and for what you pay this is an easy five stars. I threw out the empty containers with the feeling that life had been made a little better for an evening.
