I stopped here for a quick lunch after work and tried the beef udon lunch special. I thought that the service was good, and I enjoyed that there was quiet music playing. The reason I would probably try somewhere else for lunch next time is that I found that the udon was not particularly flavorful. I also thought the house salad was quite small. As they are primarily a sushi restaurant, it may be that they are better suited to sushi. I would probably not come out of my way to try it however. read more

I ordered a here during lunch time (1pm) and got a kani salad and rainbow roll. I did a pickup and they were basically empty beside one table. I typically order a kani salad every time I get sushi anywhere. While this is the largest one I've ever gotten. It is also THE WORST one I've ever gotten!!! To start. It was sweet! I'm completely confused! Sweet spicy mayo!? The color looked like a thousand island n taste wise just not good. There also wasn't any cucumber. For the rainbow roll. Eh. Two outta five stars. This was a little spot in a mini strip mall. There were about 15 tables with a tiny sushi bar in the back. The service was appreciated as the food came out in a timely matter. Along with sushi and sashimi, there were bento boxes, soups, teriyaki and tempura dishes, etc. I was able to sample 5 different sushi rolls that I will describe below. Kamikaze Roll ($9.25) - This came with soft shell crab, cucumber, avocado, pickled jalapenos, tobiko and spicy sauce. I had high expectations for this. I did not get a good taste of the soft-shell crab, but the rest of the flavors were appetizing. Fire Dragon Roll ($10.95) - This was a shrimp tempura roll with tuna and tobiko that was topped with a spicy mayo and sweet eel sauce. This was definitely my favorite one tried as I enjoyed the combination of the two sauces with the other components of the roll. Sweet Potato Roll ($3.75) - This was okay, not a big fan of these, but not terrible. Alaska Roll ($4.95) - This contained salmon, avocado, cucumber, and tobiko. This was a solid and pleasant roll. Iso Maki ($11.95) - There was tuna, salmon, yellow tail, avocado, cucumber, mayo, tobiko served with iso nori. During the Covid pandemic we ordered takeout...upon arriving both Sushi chefs were wearing masks as they prepared the food but both the waitress and the cashier were not. The cashier walked to the back of the restaurant to get a mask, and the waitress said "it's ok, you could have worn mine".....um NO, that's not how it works! As for the sushi...the octopus was incredibly chewy and cut very thick...overall hard to eat. While I typically like to give places the benefit of the doubt, I needed to post this photo This is the worst sushi I've ever eaten at a restaurant. I will not be coming back. Spicy salmon rolls pictured here. Despite not looking appetizing at all (rolls unevenly cut, big blobs of sauce randomly oozing out,) the spicy mayo was not spicy - it was tangy like old mayo typically tastes and smells - and the roll pieces kept falling apart when I went to pick it up with my chop sticks. I gave my feedback to the sushi chef, he said he is the one who usually makes the sushi, which was quite disappointing. While he did offer me something else, I was hesitant to try something different because I was afraid of the overall quality based on my experience with the spicy salmon rolls. I really wanted to like this place based on the photos I saw on Yelp, coupled with the generally high overall rating. Yesterday, I called in an order to Lee's Sushi. I ordered 2 Fire Dragon rolls and 2 Deluxe spicy Crunchy crab rolls. I go there to pick it up I pay for it, I drive back home, open it up only to find there are 2 Fire dragon rolls and 2 small what looked like the basic california rolls. If you know and love sushi rolls, you know that the specialty rolls are pretty large and there is a huge difference between the specialty rolls and the basic california roll. I IMMEDIATELY call the restaraunt to let them know the mistake they made. She asked if I want to Drive Back there and get my correct order. I said YES. I get BACK in my car, drive back to Lees sushi with the tiny california rolls. I get there and she says, " You have to pay $15.00 because the Deluxe rolls are more expensive. I said " Are you kidding me"? This was YOUR mistake. I Ordered the Deluxe crunchy crab rolls , You make the mistake, I have to drive back to again wait for what I already ordered. Well that was not all. Now , who appeared to be the owner, making the sushi rolls proceeds to interrogate me saying over and over. DID YOU SAY DELUXE???? He said People make mistake with what they order. I said, I am ABSOLUTELY 100 percent Positive that is what I said. He then appeared to now MIMIC me by repeating,,, Oh , you are ABSOLUTELY positive? THEN he basically threw the sush rolls where some of them were sideways and upside down in the to go container!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I have been there many times in the past. But, this was the last straw. Overall, it was a good flavor. Im pretty basic when it comes to sushi, so i had the kamakazi roll and and a sweet potato roll with a clear soup. It was nice because the sushi was rolled in front of house. Tasted good but it fell apart when i ate it. It wasn't a tightly rolled sushi. Also, my boyfriend got a simple crab roll as well and got a tiny piece of solid kani (not shredded) so it wasn't anything to rave about. Neither was the fried ice cream unfortunately. Lee's Sushi was recommended to me by a couple people and I'm so glad it was! It's a really casual restaurant with great service and even better food. We ordered the tempura appetizer which consisted of deep fried shrimp (two pieces) and vegetables (3 pieces). The portion size was perfect. It left me satisfied but not too full for dinner. For dinner, we ordered the following: deluxe spicy crunch crab roll, American dream roll, giant eel roll, and spicy salmon roll. Everything was really good! The deluxe spicy crunch crab roll was by far my favorite. I loved the crunchiness of it and the toboko spicy mayo sauce was amazing. I'm already craving more! Oh, and the roll was cut into 8 pieces. I would highly recommend it! My biggest complaint is similar to other Yelp reviews - the sushi was wrapped very loosely so it kept falling apart and was therefore difficult to eat. Sashimi wasnt super high quality but tasted fresh and was well cut. Dont get the beef negimaki thing, just a pile of overcooked mincemeat wrapped around a scallion coated in teriyaki (Their teriyaki sauce here has a great taste and texture though) Green dragon roll had tasty warm eel and a generous helping of tobiko and the iko maki (3 fish roll) was good too. This is my go-to Sushi restaurant in town. Their sushi and sashimi are always fresh. I know b/c I have very sensitive stomach. Had the boat once, and it's cool. All the appetizers we've tried so far were delicious...Beef tataki, bbq squid, grilled yellowtail cheek, age tofu, spider roll etc. Their pick-2 or pick-3 lunch box specials are excellent value, too...Can never go wrong with salmon teriyaki or tofu teriyaki. Lee's Sushi is proof that you can have excellent tasting sushi and not spend a small fortune. For what normally costs around $25 per person at some restaurants (plus tax and tip), I can get from Lee's for much less. I've recently dined at the location on Route 206 as well as picked up my dinner a time shortly after. My dine-in experience was excellent. Wait staff was very attentive and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The sushi bar is right in the main dining area so you can watch as they complete your order. The quality of the take out was just as good. Everything was boxed neatly and I was able to get an extra side of spicy mayo without a song and dance about paying extra. Finally! A sushi restaurant willing to take care of their customers! Everything I've had so far has been delicious and I'm looking forward to my next visit. read more

Perfect for casual dining with a friend. -The Occasion: I had a sushi craving, so I googled the closest restaurant and came across Lee's Sushi on 206. Ever since I tried it, I make it a point to order a few times a month from Lee's. I normally order edamame, miso soup and a Philadelphia roll. -The Atmosphere: Comy & casual. -The Service: If you decide to sit in and eat, the waiters/waitresses are very polite. They come by a few times during the meal to make sure that everything is okay & remove the dishes as you finish. They top off the water when it gets low, which I like. -The Menu: A very nice & standard sushi menu - an appetizer section, teriyaki, tempura, noodles and more. Yummm. -The Food: Simply delicious. The hot miso soup hit the spot! The Philadelphia roll was perfectly rolled with smoked salmon, cream cheese wedge and avocado. The edamame isn't salted - or at least not heavily - very enjoyable! -The Total: The price is right. I most recently ordered pick-up, so the total was about $11- which was perfect to me. -The Experience: Eat in, take out, it's always a great experience. The sushi is pretty good although sometimes it falls apart due to looseness. I highly recommend ordering take out so the wait isn't very long. This review and the two stars deal mainly with the dine in service. I learned the hard way by dining in one evening at around 6:30 PM hoping to catch a movie at 9:15 down the street. We weren't served right away which we didn't mind since the place was completely filled. Finally after around fifteen minutes, we were asked what drinks we wanted. We had already chosen our appetizers by that point so we ordered the drinks and starters. We received the food and drinks promptly but had to ask the manager up front for eating utensils and plates. We ate and finished everything by 7:30 and another fifteen minutes passed before they asked us for our entree selections. I would have waved down our waitress but she was no where to be seen. At this point many of the patrons had left so there was really no excuse that we had to finish our appetizers and then wait to order our entree. We ordered 5 rolls at 7:45 and waited.. and waited.. and waited. The place had cleared out and the sushi maker was joking around and laughing in the back. No one came over to see how we were doing (very hungry at this point and annoyed). Another family next to us were also waiting and getting impatient. They had only ordered sushi platters for entrees and they had been there for about an hour with only water. The dad was getting impatient, looking around for service and speaking loudly about his anger. Very awkward... Finally at 8 they got their food and I quickly asked the waitress about our food. She said it would be available soon and apologized for the wait. Finally the five rolls came at 8:30. Needless to say eating the rolls and then paying for our bill neatly ran through the movie's start time. While the waitress gave a lot of apologies, we didn't even get a discount for any of the delays. This was a Saturday evening so maybe the other days of the week won't be so slow in service. The restaurant was empty when I went for takeout, but service was friendly and quick. I took off a star because $13.00 is pretty pricy for two maki rolls and a salad. Like I said, it was completely empty when I went and I feel like they would do more business with some kind of reasonably priced maki dinner special. Initial response: The ambiance is nothing special - minimal decor and awkwardly quiet soft rock/light fm music. The only menu to look at was the one taped to the front desk (so much pressure to order as they stand there and stare at you :\). Eventually I chose the Sushi and Sashimi lunch special. PROS - It was very reasonably priced. The service was quick - I did take-out and it took a little over 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly. You get both a soup and salad with the lunch special rather than having to choose like other places (the miso soup was good). CONS - I got the whole butt of the lettuce in my salad so there wasn't much salad to eat. Fish wasn't as fresh as other reviews suggest it to be and it was butchered pretty poorly. The sushi rice was bland and definitely under-cooked. This review may sound harsh but I'm just very passionate about sushi! However, I'm hoping my experience was just an anomaly as it sounds like from other reviews this place is usually pretty decent. read more
