How would you like your roaches cooked. Never going back
    Richard L.

Used this place for many years and the last year has been a complete disaster with the food being different depending on who's cooking. I feel it's a new owner and unkept, found a roach next to the table on the wall just hanging out.

Family reunion with cousins from the Philippines
    Mayda F.

My cousin came from the Philippines and brought his family to get together. My husband said this is the best Chinese food in Mercer county. We had Mushu chicken, chicken with cashew nuts, beef with broccoli, DanDan noodles, egg rolls, spring rolls and sushi. Service was fantastic with Alice, and the food was mouth watering. Price for 8 of us was less than 140 and we gave a great tip. I love this place and it was worth the trip and let our cousins know how good our Favorite Chinese restaurant is.

Located right on the strip, easy street parking with indoor and outdoor seating. Tasty, fresh food and decent pricing.

    403. Chicken with Broccoli

It was a good portion for the price. I liked the chicken with broccoli, and my nephew enjoys their vegetable udon noodle soup (substituting the mushrooms for tofu at no additional cost which is great). I also ordered a small stir fry udon with veggies which was okay, but a little too greasy. I'd be willing to try other items another time.

Left to right: mooshu pork, white rice, salt and pepper shrimp, wrap for moo shu pork, Mongolian beef
    Daniel T.

TLDR: solid Chinese food that's a few steps more authentic than takeout. Also good service. We ordered moo shu pork, salt and pepper shrimp, Mongolian beef (pictured), hot and sour soup, and scallion pancake (not pictured). The moo shu pork filling was tasty, but the wrapper was slightly tough and could have been warmer. The sauce on the side covered it up, and made it nice to eat though. The salt and pepper shrimp was the best part of the meal- we were given a generous portion of plump shrimp. It was fried so that the shrimp was both perfectly crisp and well cooked. The salt and pepper seasoning was solid too. Would definitely get it again. The Mongolian beef was was pretty standard stir fried meat and veggies. Tasted good but nothing too special. Hot and sour soup was above average quality. It was hot (temperature wise), had good flavor, and a balanced amount of toppings. The scallion pancake a delight. It was crispy and well seasoned but also had a pleasant bit of chew. Paired with the slightly tangy dipping sauce the scallion pancake was a great starter that I would order again. Bonus: I have an irrational love for fortune cookies. The waitress overheard me talking about it and brought over a handful extra! Overall the staff was friendly and quick.

Dan Dan noodles, spicy girl roll, general tso's chicken

Always happy with their Dan Dan noodles but always leave wishing there were more noodles. Service is friendly and the food comes out QUICK. Cant say I recommend their sushi

    Chinese Eggplant & Tofu
    Leena S.

Tiger Noodles has been a Princeton establishment for years. The food is good and service quick.  They have kept their prices at a slightly lower price point than other Chinese places.  With a Princeton zip code that is a bonus! The 3.5 overall rating is fairly correct. It's not the best Chinese, but not the worse by far. They offer both a large indoor seating area as well as outside dining. We ordered the Chicken with Eggplant, General Tao's Tofu, and the Mongolian Beef. All three of these dishes were good.  The portions seemed smaller than previous visits, because last time my mom and I split an entree and this time the portion sizes were too small to share. It's a BYOB, which is always a nice plus.

The lunch specials that run M-F from 11:00-2:00 is so so good. the 土豆丝 is absolutely to die for. the restaurant may be a bit of a walk from main campus especially if you are not coming from the engineering quad, but wow, is the walk worth it every time. the free 蛋花汤 that comes with every lunch special entree order is great, and each of the specials are very affordably priced. I highly recommend the rattan pepper fish, the kung po chicken, and the lamb with cumin. outside of these options, I also highly recommend trying their pork belly entree (if you are coming for dinner) or their egg tofu dish. prices are not as good for dinner portions but I think if you are eating potluck style with friends it's worth it. service is solid - the staff make sure your waters are filled and that you are waited on properly. food comes out decently fast and the bathroom at this establishment has always been clean when I visit (probably over 20-30 times at this point) SC House also does a great job offering catering discounts to student groups so that aspect also deserves a shoutout. Will sorely miss this little chinese restaurant when I graduate this coming may.

When it comes to food, I never judge a burger by its bun, so thanks to Yelp for helping me find it. The sign in the window says "Asian fusion" which usually sends me running as it's often a cop-out label for bad mixed-up Asian cooking, but this is authentic y'all, meaning true-to-tradition dishes with a sometimes more contemporary application of ingredients or flavors. The "fusion" part must come from the fact that they have a small Taiwanese section as well as the main Szechuan/Sichuan menu, alongside a few familiar Chinese-American favorites like sesame chicken or broccoli x protein, so you can get that here too. Everything we ordered was phenomenal! Great flavors, generous portions, cooked with confidence and finesse. Compliments to the kitchen - they really know what they're doing. Not a single dish was lacking. They even put out peanuts at the start and serve fresh orange slices at the end of the meal. Very old school. We loved it all: * Salt & white pepper crispy chicken ("Taiwanese specialty") - well-battered and flavored, and perfectly crispy * Taiwanese minced pork rice * Chicken red curry - fabulous, with fresh vegetables and just the right balance of spice * Golden dish (fish) - very special dish in a salted duck egg yolk batter * Beef chow fun * Marinated crispy duck Wish I lived closer, but will definitely come back when we are in the area. Best of the best - very highly recommended!

For this year's Chinese New Year, I decided to take the family there for our New Year dinner, and the food was just as good as I remembered.
