Solid ramen spot! 2 vegetarian ramens that are both consistently good, broth is flavorful and there are plenty of veggies and protein as well, definitely a go-to ramen spot

Came in and was spooked that we were the only diners there for about 15 minutes. For a spot like Ramen Nagomi and how popular they are, I thought we were going to be waiting for a table! Thankfully, we had first class seating and service. The attendant was courteous, welcoming and helpful with the menu and the place was pristine. The ramen was delicious (as expected of RN) and it truly hit the spot. I'm happy that I get this spot closer to home! Good job Ramen Nagomi!

Stopped by Ramen Nagomi recently while shopping in the Princeton area! The location here in Quakerbridge didn't seem to have long waits like their Freehold location likely due to it being in the mall. My wife and I kept it simple here and just had a bowl of ramen each. Both were delicious and food came out very quickly. You can even see the cooks working on all the orders. I had the truffle butter ramen and it was nice to be able to add a little richness to it. If you're in the Princeton/Quakerbridge area and need a quick but solid meal, Ramen Nagomi is your spot!

TLDR: Good broth and value for the area Among the many new ramen stores popping up many are lacking in flavor or are just overpriced for what it is. Ramen nagomi produces strong, flavorful broth with toppings done right: crisp nori, julienned scallions, well charred cha siu, and a thoroughly seasoned egg are among the components that make a great bowl. After tax and tip it came out to around $20, which feels like a pretty good deal these days. If I'm craving a bowl of ramen my first choice is usually ramen nagomi.

Ramen Nagomi has a nice clean setup and design. The menu is fairly simple and straightforward and while I wouldn't call the prices for ramen cheap, they're not the most expensive in the area so it's reasonable enough. The staff was friendly but not the most attentive. However, I guess that's what you get with mall servers. Ordered the Shio Ramen here. Broth is pretty good. Very thin style of noodles (don't know if they have different thicknesses or not). Wasn't a big fan of the chicken that it came with, which was a bit rubbery and firm. I think the pork belly would definitely be the way to go if you have the option. Overall, it was a good and enjoyable ramen. Not the best that I've had but good enough that it's probably the best overall choice in the area now that Ramen Stop has closed.

Still my favorite ramen place, the food is amazing, service is friendly, and is pretty good ambience for a small restaurant.

This place is so good! The ramen with pork belly is really good, and it's enough for leftovers for me...which is great! Both times the service has been friendly, attentive and efficient, a good combination. Definitely recommend this restaurant, a great addition to Quakerbridge Mall!

New ramen nagomi spot in Quaker Bridge! I was so pumped because I love the New Brunswick location. The dish that I tried was just like how it is in the other location and my friends liked their dishes too. We ordered different types of ramen and the karaage don. Additionally, they only split the check three ways, which is totally fine. But I think they misunderstood us and ended up splitting our check directly in two instead of splitting by dishes ordered which posed an issue because we ordered things priced differently. I think that's fine if it's not possible to do, but a heads up would have been nice before we started paying the wrong amounts. The ambiance of the place is not as great though, given that it is in the middle of a shopping mall. Although it's a formal restaurant, it feels more like the vibe of a fast casual place because of its location and decor. Definitely prefer the environment of the other location. Still great though and would come back if I go to the mall.

a bowl of ramen and a spoon

Excellent ramen place - this is a must try! Great food all around and really nice service. Perfect ambiance with the space being inside the mall. We had the burnt garlic tonkotsu ramen and vegetarian spicy miso ramen and loved them both. Perfectly cooked noodles in delicious broth. I really loved the shio Koji ice cream! Very unique combination that isn't too sweet and not quite savory. You have to try it and maybe you'll end up like me buying several pints to take home with you.

That is what you get when you get great eats at Terakawa Ramen. As you enter, you'll notice the wall murals with the chefs on one side and the opposite wall has anime customers slurping their ramen. Yes, it's perfectly fine to make those loud slurping noises to show your appreciation for a great bowl of ramen. Here's what was ordered: - Signature Terakawa Ramen - 4.5/5 stars Boasted of rich, lovingly homemade pork bone soup with a good amount of sliced roast pork, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, ginger, scallions, and a jammy egg. The straight thin noodles were al dente. They maintained their texture in the broth, brilliantly. The broth was deep and flavorful. - Pork belly Donburi - 4.5/5 stars The juicy tender pork belly was plentiful, sliced perfectly as their we're not too thick nor paper thin. Their flavor was rich, savory with a balance of sweetness from the soy dashi sauce. Elegantly layered in top of a humongous bowl of seasoned rice, along with a sprinkle of scallions, pickled radishes, and sesame seeds. The photo on their menu does not do it justice. I would have loved a jammy egg to be included to bring the dish to the next level. - Gyoza - 3.5/5 stars 5 pieces of Pan-fried gyoza dumplings with their dumpling sauce. I would prefer them to have been fried a bit more. The balance between their pork and cabbage was even. They were delightfully light in both taste and texture. The service was very good. Both Willie, the owner, and a charming waiter named Sung served us. Sung kept coming over checking in to attest our cups were full, and if we needed anything else. I was told the have two locations: Philadelphia and the one we're dining at, Princeton Junction, NJ. Both locations serve homemade recipes from the Kumamoto region of Japan. If ramen is your love language, this place will absolutely speak to your soul.

The restaurant looked very clean with no garbage or debris on the floors or on the tables. The staff: The staff here are friendly, and they greet you and thank you with a welcoming smile. Prices: The prices here are pretty much similar to other ramen/noodle shops anywhere you go. Basically, it is a decent price for what you get now a days. Taiwanese popcorn chicken: This was cooked thoroughly and was delicious when you bite into it. This was definitely worth ordering if you decide to come here. Ultimate Lanzhou beef noodles: My brother said this noodle soup was not spicy at all. In fact it had too much of the black vinegar taste instead. The beef was cooked thoroughly, and the noodles were just all right with nothing special. Lanzhou beef noodles: The soup base for this noodle soup was very bland as if it was just soaking in water. The beef did not have flavor but was cooked thoroughly. The noodles would have tasted a bit better if the soup base had a little flavor to it. Overall: I might give this place a try again if I ever come back down to the Princeton area. Otherwise, I probably would not take the 1-hour drive down here just to dine at this noodle shop. A suggestion would be that they should try to perfect the soup base as the noodles are already good.

This is easily one of the best ramen spots I've ever tried. They offer a great variety of broths, ranging from clear to creamy and spicy. My personal favorite is the Spicy Miso Ramen; it's the perfect balance of richness and heat, accompanied by incredibly tender pieces of slow-braised pork belly. I also love that you can fully customize your bowl with different toppings to make it exactly to your taste. You also cannot skip their appetizers. This time we ordered the Rock Shrimp Tempura, which was fried to perfection without overcooking the shrimp, and the sauces were the perfect addition. You also need to try their Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, the Bao Buns, and my absolute favorite: the Ika Geso Karaage, which comes with the most delicious mayo dipping sauce. The cozy ambiance perfectly complements the food, and the service is always attentive. It's a BYOB spot, which is a nice touch, and they'll provide glasses upon request. I started with the spicy tuna tartare served on fried rice crisps. Perfect portion size, well-balanced seasoning, and just the right level of heat -- easily a 5/5 appetizer. For my entrée, I ordered the A5 beef ramen (not entirely sure of the official menu name, as I couldn't find it listed online). The bowl itself was intentionally simple, which worked in its favor. The broth was extremely rich and flavorful, and with a small addition of chili oil it was spot on. The noodles were clearly fresh and had excellent texture. My only real criticism was the amount of beef, which felt a bit light given the price point. My total for a solo lunch came to about $40 before tip. Overall, I'd rate the experience a 4/5. It's a great spot for an occasional treat, though probably not a regular go-to at that price. If I return, I'd likely explore some of the more budget-friendly ramen options on the menu.
