This is the least rating I could probably give . The ambiance is awesome with the excellent bar area and eye catchy drinks coming out of it, but the food is always either under cooked or over cooked. The fish served on my plate is just a tasteless stuff , there is no salt nor any flavouring ingredients anytime. Well, I will strongly recommend "bang bang shrimp" .That's one of the kind and it's magic on your palate. Do not go for deserts , this is not the place for it. read more

We came here for dinner on a Friday night and the wait was about half an hour. When we finally got seated, the waitress was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the calamari for appetzier and the Chilean Seabass; the calamari was alright, but the sauce was awesome. As for the seabass, it was very delicious (not as perfect as the one @ Morimoto, but good enough!). If you are a fish person, I definitely recommend to give it a try. read more

I really am not sure what took me so long to try out Bonefish Grill, but I'm so glad that I did! I had an amazing meal there and certainly look forward to going back soon! Our server, Sheila, was great and very knowledgeable about the menu. I tried the wild orchid Hawaiian martini, which was one of the best drinks that I've had in a really long time. I also tried the watermelon salad, which was very refreshing and flavorful. For my entrée, I had filet topped with lobster thermidor. The filet was cooked perfectly, the sides (steamed broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes) were awesome and therimodor was delicious. I visited during the midst of the Blizzard of 2015 aka Juno and while Juno was disappointing in what it brought, many restaurants were closing down early based on the premise of what the meteorologists were predicting. I've only been here once, dining with the SO and his friends from work. I've heard about this chain, but had never been there until this trip. I was impressed with the menu and the variety of seafood they offered. I think I had the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer which was tasty. I guess my only complaint is that their prices seemed a little high for the size of the plates. Not bad food-wise for a chain, but be prepared to pay a little more (than at a Red Lobster which is right down the street.) read more

Some how the crab cakes didn't get out in the bag. We called and Lauren apologize and took care of it. We picked up a fresh order of crab cakes and she brought them out to the car herself. Probably 3.5 stars. The muscels came out with way too much butter sauce, and we weren't happy, so when the manager came over, he had the dish re-made and it came out much better. And when the bill came, they took that dish off the bill also. The waiter was attentive. Each time he passed by the table he asked if everything was ok and if we needed anything else. I order food via phone at 3pm, my fiancé went in a paid at 3:25pm at which point our food was still not ready. After still waiting until 3:30pm, I went in myself to see what was the issue. The manager and a few servers were sitting at a back table near the kitchen and no one came to the door to greet me nor did anyone acknowledge my presence . Still waiting for food after I called ahead of time? That's ridiculous. What's the purpose of taking my order, driving to the establishment to still not have my food ready. Oh and the "lovely" hostess (Janae) was rude, condescending, and has a problem with rolling her eyes. She also accused me of taking the signed copy of the receipt, proceeding to tell the manager she has it, I know she does, when my fiancé went in to pay. Terrible business. Terrible service. No stars! Drinks weak and food terrible! I can cook everything I ordered better than whoever is in the kitchen. Walked in and the hostess was too busy BSing with a waiter to notice us. My wife had surf and turf and the surf was a crab cake and the steak was tough. I had wood grilled shrimp and scallops with no seasoning, cold potatoes and spinach drenched in water. From the moment we entered the place was unwelcoming. Hostess was not friendly and kept talking to one of the servers ignoring us for awhile.Server allso didn't seem to care and didn't introduce any specials. Furthermore she was a little confused herself with the happy hour deal. However, food was good. I enjoyed my scallops with bacon for appetizer and the crab cake was juicy. On the other hand, my husband didn't care for the dry filet mignon. After the main course waitress didn't even offered us a desert menu, but dropped the check instead. This was mine and my husband's first visit to Bonefish Grill. We've been dying to try this place! The ahi tuna sashimi and bang bang shrimp was absolutely delicious!! We agreed that we would go back just for the appetizers! Our waitress (I think her name was Sheila) was super friendly and informative. The service was amazing. We didn't wait at all for sitting. When I first walked into the place, one of the waiters held the door for me, which was very polite on his part.Then the hostess gave me a warm greeting.I had a wonderful waitress who knew her job very well and helped me with any questions I had. The food was excellent and the service was excellent since my server checked on me periodically to see how I was doing and asked me if I needed anything. The place was clean and had a warm, cozy look which relaxed me. The theme of the restaurant was consistent with being a seafood house. While our server was very pleasant, the other tables server was taking long slow walks back to the kitchen and mumbling under his breath about his customers. Bang bang shrimp were very good as usual. Came here last night for my birthday dinner...was craving some seafood, specifically calamari and lobster.. My friend forewarned me that this specific location wasn't what it use to be and boy was she right. The once tender, flavorful calamari was now tough as ever!...very hard to eat, in fact we sent it back and refused another order for the fear it would be the same. As far as the portions for entrées are concerned, they def downsized!...for the same price of course. I ordered the twin lobsters with mixed veggies and mashed potatoes, not only was the portion much smaller than I remembered but the veggies were hardly cooked. Another thing I found funny was the bread that they offer...charging a table of 5 $1 for extra bread...when they give the same amount to a table of two. I waited for six weeks for the return of the corn with crab chowder only to be greeted with something that tastes like and resembles tortilla soup. It in no way resembles visually or on the palette corn crab chowder. I feel like I was deceived for weeks. Many will say that I am over reacting. I went to the one in Orlando, FL many years ago and I thought it was excellent....But this place seems very commercialized now. I ordered the salad with shrimp. It had a lot of cheap dressing that I did not like. Honestly I thought I was ordering a small ceviche, so the salad filled me up. I never got to try the steaks or seafood dinners.
