Attended the Merry Martini Event. Loved the food, drinks and family style ambiance. The way the tables are set up you are not alone. It encourages communication and laughter. The staff is amazing. Tyler & Zoey were awesome!!

Choosing this place to celebrate my son's third birthday was surprisingly a great decision. The service was great, the restaurant was clean and the food was fresh and amazing. I will definitely be back to this location again. Party size: 2 kids( 1yr and 3 yr) and 5 adults.

We ventured out to the Pineville/Matthers, NC area to dine at the local Bonefish Grill restaurant and I have to admit, it was a great choice! The restaurant was immediately clean, the staff were pleasant, friendly, clean and well dressed in white chef coats. Ash was our server and she was very attentive and a delightful waitress. Bread and olive oil dipping sauce was delivered to our table as we ordered drinks and an appetizer. Our crab cake appetizer came out quickly, and it was hot, fresh and very tasty. Our entrees arrived shortly after. We ordered mahi-mahi and shrimp and steak and shrimp (everything was outstanding)! Although our meals were quite filling we were tempted to try the Pumpkin Lava cake with a glass of one of my favorite wine (Chateau St Michelle Riesling). We weren't able to finish our meals so Ash packed them up into the cutest little boxes with little fishes drawn on the containers. Great dining experience, I will be back!

Bonefish is one of my favorite spots for shrimp and scallops. Tonight I met some SC friends at the Pineville location. The first thing I noticed when I joined my friends at our table was there were way too many tables in their dining area. The seating felt like you were literally on top of the table next to you. Not sure how their servers get through such tight spaces. I ordered my usual-shrimp and scallops skewer with lemon caper sauce. The shrimp were definitely over cooked. The sauce helped, but the rubbery texture of the dish was noticeable. Not my typical experience with Bonefish. Lastly, if I could make one suggestion to Bonefish restaurants in general it would be to offer more sides or include a salad with your meal. Their side options have always seemed underwhelming in my opinion.

We had a date night and we had a wonderful meal and service experience. The drinks was delicious

We came here on our wedding anniversary and celebrated. As we came on a week day the restaurant was vacant so it was very nice. We started with the bang bang shrimp. Always a favorite. We split the Rockefeller Butterfish. It was delicious but didn't sit well with either of us which is why I rated this way. We ended the night with a lava cake desert but the lava was missing. :( all in all it was nice but it felt deflated. We will maybe give them a try on a weekend while the main staff is there.

Revisited Bone Fish grill. My experience with visit was so much better. Our server was Alexa. She was phenomenal. Alexa was attentive and personable. My husband and I enjoyed our meal and will definitely return again.

We got the snow crab legs & shrimp combo (which comes with corn and potatoes) and added on a 1/2 lb of sausage - which I highly recommend! This was the perfect amount of food for the 2 of us. We got our combo with garlic butter, and the puffed up plastic bag came with plenty inside! They provide a plastic bib along with gloves, but since the gloves were so large on me, I was having trouble getting to the meat in the crab legs and shrimp, so I ended up taking them off. This worked better for me during dinner, but I will say even after washing my hands, they did smell like garlic and seafood for a while after. This is a fun, interactive meal and the prices feel aligned with the quality and quantity. I'll be back to shake shake some more seafood soon!

When we walked in, the restaurant was nearly empty....literally only two tables were occupied. We specifically asked the host whether we could still order from the lunch menu since it was getting close to 3:00 p.m., and we were told yes. After being seated and waiting for our drinks, it was 3:18 p.m. When we went to order, our waitress informed us that we could no longer order from the lunch menu because it was after 3:00. If the cutoff was strict, we should have been told that before being seated, especially since we asked about it upfront. Instead, we wasted our time only to be given completely different information by another employee. The lack of communication between the staff was frustrating and unprofessional. We chose to leave rather than order from the regular menu. Hopefully management can improve communication so future guests don't have the same experience.

Prime rib now available seven days a week. Was just offered on weekends. Really wanted to have a…read morenice slab of it, so wife and I went. Were early, so got seated and Ashley was our wait person. Nice wine list, a bit high for a glass, but we both had the Cline Old Vine Zin ($13 each glass) and it was excellent. Split (at an additional $13.75) their wonderful BLT salad ($14.75) with ranch, which was two wonderfuls for the evening. I ordered the prime rib medium, which was a big mistake. The first slab offered was very raw, so raw that the server said, "there is still a lot of moo in this one." For me, it was a horror story as I like my meat more cooked than medium rare. In fact, in South America I order my steaks "tres quartos, sin sangre" or three quarters without blood. The server gave it another shot and it was slightly more cooked than the precious. I was terribly disappointed. Ashley came by and I tried again and ate around the edges. She explained that the vast majority of clientele order rare or medium rare, so that is what is prepared to be served. OK...I got it and was very disappointed. And was rude to the duty manager on the way out. I APOLOGIZE FOR MY RUDENESS. IT WAS UNCALLED FOR AND YOU (THE MANAGER) DID NOT DESERVE TO HEAR IT. I AM SO SORRY. And really sorry I am, as the duty manager took the charge off of our bill because I did not get what I wanted. Gracious, for sure. I mention this as Firebirds is an excellent restaurant across the board. Food, service, bar, everything is great. But the lesson I learned is that the prime rib comes rare or medium rare. The do will with steaks, but the prime rib is a separate case. We are heading out to their third location in Fort Mill tonight with neighbors. I will order steak, medium, not prime rib. Thanks, Firebirds.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in a very long time…read more This was, without exaggeration, the worst prime rib I have ever been served. I genuinely did not know it was possible to ruin prime rib this badly, but apparently it is. I wish I had taken a lap around the restaurant before ordering, because nearly every prime rib I saw coming out of the kitchen looked like something a 1 star Burger King would serve. The Parmesan mashed potatoes were equally depressing. They did not taste or look like real mashed potatoes. They had the texture and appearance of those 99-cent packets of powdered instant potatoes you add hot water. Then came the filet mignon. I have never had a filet that tough in my life. It was so chewy that I genuinely questioned whether this was even a filet mignon cut. "Leather boot" would be a more accurate description of the texture. The cheesesteak egg roll appetizer somehow managed to be both flavorless and weirdly artificial tasting. It reminded me of something you'd get tricked into buying from the frozen aisle at a supermarket, take two bites of, and immediately throw in the trash. And then there is the restaurant itself. A huge portion of the place is under construction, with visible construction mess and what appeared to be paint/construction dust around the restaurant. How you create that kind of environment and continue operating like everything is normal is beyond me. The bathroom had no soap. Meanwhile, instead of management walking around looking miserable and unfriendly, maybe someone could walk across the street to Harris Teeter and buy a bottle of hand soap. I honestly cannot understand the glowing reviews for this place. Between the awful prime rib, instant-potato-quality mashed potatoes, absurdly tough "filet," frozen-food-quality appetizers, construction mess, and a bathroom without soap, this meal was almost impressive in how consistently bad it was. Calling this place comparable to Applebee's would be unfair to Applebee's. This was a notch below chain-restaurant mediocrity, at chain-restaurant mediocrity, at steakhouse prices.

We came with our toddler, and they were very accommodating, asking if we preferred a booth or a table since we'd be clipping her high chair onto the table. Mood inside is dimly lit with Miró prints on the walls. A number of groups there that night were celebrating birthdays, so it was definitely a good vibe! We all ordered sangrias, 2 of the Miró (red) sangrias and 2 of the passion fruit (white, sparkling) sangrias. All were so delicious! Amongst the 4 of us, we split the paella de carne, gambas al ajillo, mejillones, and pulpo gallego - this was the perfect amount of food! The warm rolls they provided were so good on their own and even more amazing when dipped in the shrimp and mussel sauces. We ended the night with a flan, which was nice and caramel-y. Service was friendly, and they did speak Spanish, which was a bonus for us. I'll definitely be returning and recommending to others!

The skinny ranch water was crisp and they also made me an excellent off menu mezcal Negroni. We had the empanadas and the fried calamari to start. The latter was especially good. If I'm ever back I'd explore the tapas more. I had the wild caught Caravina, a delicious white fish, nicely seared and beautifully presented. The paella also looked great. Would have loved to try the flan, but we'd had plenty of food by then. The service was excellent. We weren't rushed and our server had great recommendations. The ambience was very relaxed and it wasn't too noisy, making it easy to talk and catch up. A nice spot for an enjoyable evening out.
