While reconciling my account on 7/29/26, I noticed a $45 charge for an item I didn't order. I called and spoke with Tiffany, who was incredibly kind and assured me she would speak with the manager, Philip. When I called back the next day, Katie was already expecting my call and immediately connected me with Philip. He had all the details, sincerely apologized, refunded the $45 without hesitation, and even gave me his personal number in case the refund didn't post. That level of honesty, communication, and trust is rare. Thank you, Tiffany, Katie, and Philip, for turning a billing mistake into an example of exceptional customer service. I received flounder, clams, shrimp, oyster, and deviled crab. Are you kidding me?! It's a huge meal for $23. You can't beat the value. I admit I'd like the food to be a little more seasoned. However, I can say the devil crab is really good. I tried a similar meal the second time I went, but this time I had it broiled. I only had the flounder and shrimp this time. Again, a huge portion came out the shrimp were well seasoned, but you really need the cocktail sauce to put it over the top. I wasn't as big a fan of the flounder this time. The salad bar is good.
