I called and spoke with Tiffany, who was incredibly kind and assured me she would speak with the manager, Philip. When I called back the next day, Katie was already expecting my call and immediately connected me with Philip. He had all the details, sincerely apologized, refunded the $45 without hesitation, and even gave me his personal number in case the refund didn't post.
