We went there for mt birthday and it turned out to be a huge mistake! My wife and main course was absolutely horrible! Botj dishes were over SALTED and when the waiter finally came back to check on us he and I told him about the problem; he did not care! The fact of the matter no one care from the waiter to the manager. We will never go back! read more

Can't beat $6 Bang Bang shrimp on Wednesdays. Its loud inside although the lighting set for a more intimate dinner. Not so great for a first date on Wednesdays when the place is jammed pack with people chompin at the bit for a deal. Im included in those numbers. Although, the Banana Foster dessert is an explosion of of flavor! Its worth fighting the crowd! read more

My first visit to Bonefish was terrible. Server was slow and not very attentive and the fish was not fresh. I decided to give it another shot but this visit only reinforced my original feelings. Giving the fish another try I am absolutely certain it was not fresh. The texture was off and whenever fish tastes/smells fishy you know there is a problem. I will say the service was much better this time though. read more

Every item on the menu is truly delicious! Even though it is a franchised chain, everything is cooked to perfection, friendly staff, and you can draw on the tables...or at least I hope so :D read more

Another greatest at bonefish! Tried one of there new appetizers-lobster stuffed shrimp. It was very good but you only got four portions so it left me wanting more. Had another special where u could get a beer and bang bang shrimp for $9. Why not? I always get the imperial longfjn entree. Soooo good! Our server was friendly and paced out meal nicely so we did not feel rushed. Four stars is a good rating.....good food, good service, but nothing "wowed" me. read more

Everyone Be careful with setting up with their dining rewards program. I knew I had around 6-7 meals before I wanted to take advantage of my 50% off. So the rules are on your forth meal, before you cash out they would give you 50% off. We'll to my surprise on my seventh visit since signing up, with their dine-in rewards inception, Oct 2016 I decide to take a couple out and use my rewards. While I thought I understood the rules, I learned that I did not have enough meals for my 50% off because in the small print of the rules they drop off at 90 days. So be prepared to either go there regularly or carry a calendar to be able to calculate which meals have dropped off. They do not inform you, you have to give them your phone number for the staff to look it up. Good Luck read more

We have visited this location many times - the best crab cakes you will find! They also provide great service every time we visit! Usually seated very quickly, even on weekends. read more

Food is great, no surprise. Staff is excellent and I am sitting at the very busy bar, which is notable. Just good people and a nice collection of great beers, which isn't easy to find. I've rec'd perfect service all around. read more

Always great food!! I typically order one of the items on the special menu, & I've never had anything bad! The Bang Bang shrimp are great!! Bonefish always makes my dirty martini exactly the way I want it. I know it's a chain, but very good quality seafood. My husband is in the seafood sales industry & trust me he is picky about his seafood!! read more

Good service. Shrimp pad Thai is good but a bit saucy, bang bang shrimp and Atlantic salmon was yummy

The food was delectable and the ambiance was very romantic and calm. It was our first time going there and we are excited to go back again!

Went out to have some fish for a meal. The food was great. Had the Haddock with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. Excellent. Appetizers of bang bang shrimp and scallops wrapped in bacon. Excellent. Also got the Kobe burger with bacon for lunch tomorrow. I know it's tasty. The service was lacking. She was ok but not personable. Became a little uppity and defensive. Won't have her service me again. Too old to put up with that shit. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE my Bonefish‼‼‼ Every time I visit Bonefish, it is a superb experience. The staff is spot on and go above and beyond to please their patrons and make me feel at home. Matt, Kelly and Kelsey are the epitome of the best bartenders in the area. Extremely attentive and ALWAYS meet my quirky requests. The best Happy Hour in Brandon. Emin and his team always provide a truly memorable dining experience. Hats off to him and his entire crew!!! Just one request...BRING BACK THE LAMB CHOPS PLEASE!!!! read more

We were celebrating tonight and this looked like a good spot. It was an excellent choice. The wait staff was very helpful - but not overly so, recommended the right things and paid the right amount of attention to us. The stone crab claws appetizer was messy and delicious, the rainbow trout was seasoned perfectly and the two lobster tails were done just right. A great place for a casual celebration. read more

Bang bang shrimp are so good. Also loved the grilled tile fish topped with lump crab meat. Pricey, but good food and a nice atmosphere.

So I ordered the grilled Mahi with broccoli. I got couscous on my plate and and I told the waitress that I did not like the couscous. She told me to scrape it off my plate. What the heck? Great service? read more

If you are going to Bonefish be sure to ask for Ereka P, she is an amazing waitress. Food was spot on with a great atmosphere.

We spend our anniversary dinner there with family. We 2 of us- ordered the same fish and ended up at urgent care. After blood and other samples it was confirmed we had a salmonella infection! The suffering from this illness took over 3 months!!! After contacting the manager and confronting him with our lab results he offered our money back. The apology was not expressed in a way that it was execrable. We will never go back! Dirty- bad management read more

Ordered their house salad with grilled salmon on top... first the fish was over cooked ... the waitress said by law it has to be cooked well done Sent it back... came back the same way.. and it was not salmon... salmon is pink.. even if it's over cooked...they served me a white .. overcooked fish Very disappointed in bonefish grill... I will not be back read more

This review is for the take out department. I ordered for take out and I made sure on the phone of my total because I didn't have a lot of money in my bank account. They overcharged me resulting in my bank account being negative and my bank will charge me 35$ for overcharging my card. And also, I didn't get what I ordered. They made a mistake on my orders so when my son came home from picking it up, he showed me the receipt and it was wrong and they gave me chicken instead of shrimp. It sucks! Plus he waited for almost an hour when he got there when they said on the phone that is a 15 to 20 minute wait. Never again! read more

I had the tilapia, and it was absolutely amazing. The side of choice for me was the white truffle mac & cheese, and that I was not a fan of.

We got the dinner for 2 and it was definitely worth it. Food is great. Also, Niki is the BEST server!! She goes above and beyond and is so attentive. Her customer service skills are pro level! I never leave reviews but she was that great read more

Amazing food and for the price was good. The server was good, even thou was a busy night. Bang bang shrimp was amazing and stuff shrimp. read more

We went for dinner last night (Friday). We walked right in and were seated. We started out with the Bang Bang Shrimp ($8.9). It is fantastic! We get that every time we go. It's actually a good size portion. The appetizer and our Caesar salads ($2.9) came out very quickly. The salad was very fresh and the homemade croutons made it even better. For our entree we both ordered tilapia with the chimichurri sauce and the au gratin potatoes ($14.9). The entrees took a little while longer to come out. However, it was a delicious meal and we were stuffed afterwards. Our waitress was very nice and attentive to our needs. We enjoy the atmosphere and of course the food every time. We will continue to return to BoneFish Grill. read more

The brunch here is always amazing!! Endless bubbles is the way to go. Unlimited bellini or mimosa's with a fixed menu that you can choose from for an incredible price of $19.95. I recommended anything in the breakfast menu., but I at ok to my two eggs over medium with toast and bacon. read more

Horrible service- taking way too long to come and take our order. Forgot to bring bread out and tried to take our orders for entrees before we even had a chance to order appetizers. The bang bang shrimp was smothered in the mayo sauce to the point where I felt it was not edible. Good martini though. read more

Great happy hour selection of food and wine and the bartenders and wait staff are always friendly!

Great service, great seafood! Went here with my dad who was visiting from out of town, we shared the crab cake appetizer and a plate of lobster Thermidor! Plenty of food for both of us, however I eat very little! read more

I rarely have a problem at a restaurant but tonight I was completely turned off by this place. My girlfriend and I wanted to have a few drinks because we had dinner already and sat at a table at the bar that, I feel no one would really sit at for dinner anyway and it was 9:30 so it was kind of late. Anyways first we waited well over 5 minutes for a server, which I had to ask the host for. Once we got a server she said her name was Alina , we said we just wanted to have a few drinks. She was so so short with us. Once she brought us our drinks she literally stayed away from us, didn't ask us if we needed anything, never said please or thank you. It was so awkward. For the most part I never am really upset when a server but she was so short with me, for some reason she just came off really standoff-ish and really upset me. read more

We went to this location last night for the first time. All I can say is wow! Amazing service, fantastic appetizer, steak, lamb chops, Creme brûlée, and martinis. The manager, Chris, came to us twice, once for a late appetizer we didn't even notice was late, then right before we left to see how everything was. Our server was also very friendly. We will definitely be going back. read more

My wife & I came on a beautiful Saturday and had the best service from Katherine who is the sweetest and most attentive server you could ask for. HIGHLY recommend this location and most deff ask for Katherine! read more

I took my mom and girlfriend out for Valentines day that Friday night. I have eaten at other bonefishes in the northeast and they were really good. My girlfriend and I order the Filet Mignon well done. It was the dryest overcooked and hard steak I ever had. It took awhile to get our food so I didn't send it back because I didn't feel like waiting for another one. We literally took 2 bites and asked for a box so we could give it to the dogs when we got home. I'm not one to ask for a free meal because I don't really like those type of people so I just paid the $100 bill...ouch. The mac and cheese was good at least. read more

Amazing EVERYTHING. The food the service and the Saturday/Sunday Brunch!! All you can drink sangria's and mimosas for 10 bucks

I have been to the Brandon restaurant several times and have always received great service and food except this last time. When I drink liquor, I drink scotch, specifically Dewers. I know exactly how it tastes. I ordered one on rocks. I had to send it back. It was definitely not Dewers. The waitress brought me another one and waited for me to take a sip. Once again it was not Dewers, so, I told her. Her response was appauling. " I saw the bartender pour it out of the bottle". My accusation is staff pouring well liquor into top self bottles. 0 stars read more

I treated my daughter to dinner for her birthday. Bonefish is one of our favorite chain restaurants. Our meal was delicious (I had the Parmesan Crusted Trout and steamed spinach while she had the Spicy Tuna Bowl). However, we had to ask the waitress for the "Martini Monday Speical' that I had received an e-mail about. They only tell you about the special if you ask..... :-( read more

Great food, and it fits almost any expense budget for business travelers like me

The food was great but the service was horrible. From the time we sat down until our food came out was an hour and twenty minutes. The manager, Jay, came over to apologize but didn't even comp anything from our $65 check. They offered a free dessert or drink after we were done but after an appetizer, entrees and two drinks we were stuffed. I can't believer they didn't write off our appetizer, a meal or at least a drink! Will not go back to this location. Its a shame because we love bonefish. read more

This BoneFish Grill is awesome. Chris, the Managing Partner, is always a gracious host and the staff is very friendly. The food and service here is always great. Even though this one is in Brandon, it's worth the drive from Tampa. I mean how could you not love the Bang Bang Shrimp or the Bang Bang Chicken. Great stuff!!! read more
