The food is good, but the service is bad, we don't feel welcome when we walk in, no greetings at all. We stand there for few mins without staff asking at all. Server name is Deisy, I hope she learn how to be a server, When we eat, she sweeps right next to us. If it's busy. I understand but there's only two tables there and both tables checkout paid already. I used to be a server no matter how busy we are. We always greeting the customer and let them know wait a sec be there with you shortly. Service and food are both important. I hope the manager or the owner pay more attention. Thx read more

We used to always go to the other location which was an hour drive East- but we did it because Bonchon is the best! So happy there is this closer new location! It was clean, the atmosphere was inviting, their playlist was incredible and all the staff was so friendly. The food was 11/10 per usual. We get the wings and the kimchi bacon friend rice and it never disappoints. read more

Yesterday was my first time trying this place! The people working were extremely kind and patient and the Korean fried chicken was fantastic. I ordered a small wings with both flavors. The soy garlic was delicious but the spicy was a bit too much for my tolerance but the chicken was extremely crunchy and super flavorful with both flavors. I can't wait to try out more dishes they offer! My only critique was that they only have two options for the sauce on the wings, I wish there was a little more variety, even salt and pepper. Definitely a must try for great, easy, and fast Korean chicken! read more

They take forever ever, limited staffing. We had to wait a whole hour. due to short staffing the waitress had a very low standard attitud.

I love the crunch! Kimchi is the bomb and get some Soju to toast with your friends. Go go go!

Ordered boneless chicken wings. Some of the wings were fried too long and hard. The spicey ones were too spicey, the other flavor was better. i have eaten here a couple of times and enjoyed my food. i would probably not order the boneless wings again. read more

Excited to have this place in the neighborhood! Fried chicken was excellent. We did legs and wings half and half in sauce and glad we did bc the spicy definitely had a kick. Japchae and Parmesan fries were delicious, as were the steamed shrimp shu mai. Service had a few kinks, which is to be expected for a new restaurant opening in this time of staffing shortages so have some patience as they get everything figured out. First of all, the restaurant name is BONCHON not BOUCHON. Second, this place has DELICIOUS food. Get ready for a flavor explosion in your mouth. The spicy chicken is incredibly delicious & crispy, yet not drenched in sauce. We ordered half & half so we could try the plain, which is perfectly seasoned and crunchy. Also had the bao buns with pork which was my personal favorite. The buns were perfectly soft, pork grilled to perfection and accompanied by pickles & slaw. The zucchini fries were crunchy & not greasy - perfect along with the best slaw around since ChickFilA stopped making it and Jim & Nick's left town! Definitely worth a visit or five! read more

Completely incompetent service. Received the wrong chicken . Called to ask if we could get the correct order they said yes, we showed up to get the remade order and they said we needed to bring in the wrong chicken (which wasn't mentioned in the phone call). Did not offer to solve the problem, I ended up having to order and PAY FOR new chicken! Absolutely horrible. My husband called back to clarify what got lost in translation and the employee hung up on him. We asked to speak to a manager and she said he's in a business meeting in Chicago. No effort to solve their own mistake. We will never be back. There is a sign on their front desk asking for people to be nice to their staff. Well, I would say there is a reason people are continuously frustrated. Such a shame bc the food is actually good most of the time. read more

Worst customer service ever! Placed my order on the phone for pick up and was given 20-25 minutes to be ready. I arrived 25 minutes later and they had not started my order. I had to sit and wait another 15 minutes! I got my order home and to add insult to injury, they forgot to give me one of my dishes! I called to get a refund and they wanted me to come back to get my missing order and refused to credit my card. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Absolutely disgrace. They need to hire a new staff. Ordered the bulgogi and a chicken combo and they forgot the bulgogoi which was an upwards of $20. When we called the staff we were shout at and hung up on. Definitely do not suggest this location. And the manager NEEDS TO BE FIRED. read more

I ordered pick up here and was sadly disappointed. The menu looked so good and I have been wanting to try this place, but the food was sooooo bland. I got the house fried rice which was okay at best, I had to spice it up myself when I get home. The udon noodle soup, which I was probably most excited for, literally had zero flavor. I tried to add soy sauce to get something out of it and still nothing, literally tasted like bad water. read more

What a find! On my way out of town a co worker recommended this place and I'm glad she did! I sat at the bar and was greeted by a very charming host. She recommended the medium combo and their fried rice. After a few drinks I ended up chatting with a big dude and found out he's the owner of all 3 Bonchon's in the area. great chicken strips, we got the soy garlic chicken instead of the half and half because we overheard the two (three by the time we left) tables next to us say how spicy the chicken was. the chicken came out hot and still crispy which was great. we also tried the bulgolgi tacos they were good but compared to the bulgolgi fried rice, it didn't have enough meat and too much of the veggie filling. but the fried rice was great and we'd definitely come back for it. and finally the seasoned fries are like two bucks more than the normal fries, and they were good, but definitely not worth the extra two bucks, the fries just as they were are still amazing read more
