If I could've done 4.5 stars, I would have. But figured especially for a chain, I'd give them the benefit and round up the rating. It's a simple menu here with good choices of protein, but limited otherwise. However, it works. The value you get I think these days is hard to be beat here. $12ish for a very filling meal. Taste was good, and I'll definitely be back to try some of the other options available.

A big meh. 8 pieces of cold, overfried chicken, instead of salad greens it's cheap iceberg lettuce, the stale tortilla chips really made the meal though. The dressing and noodles were ok. A very unappealing bowl-look at Cava, SweetGreens, Mendocino Farms; this is really pathetic compared to other fast casual salads!!!

    Cute mural inside the restaurant.

The food here was yummy. The service is set up like a Chipotle where all the ingredients are seen behind glass and you can pick and choose what you like. On the menu, they have several predetermined choices or you can create your own. The dining area is casual where you could bring a family with young children. I thought the prices were reasonable, and the food was good.

First time here and really enjoyed it! Pretty simple menu of types of bowls to choose from including any customization you want. They have pre-selected bowls but also have the autonomy to choose your own ingredients. On my visit I had the chicken bowl with extra protein and made pretty spicy. This bowl had great flavors and really enjoyed the spice level. I also paired mine with pot stickers that were also delicious. Restaurant was super clean and plenty of seating. Employees were so friendly and truly over the top nice. Including a small celebration for being a 1st time customer. Will for sure be coming back.

Excellent chicken bop bowl and Korean Corn Dog (cheese inside plus a hot dog). Spice level 3 definitely had some spice, and 10 was VERY hot, but flavorful. Would get it again in a heartbeat!

The food was really tasty and the price was good, but I would say this specific location needs some work to be a five star experience. You could tell that the manager is really great but that the rest of the staff is maybe going through training. I'm not sure how long this location has been open! They also did not have a working bathroom, and it felt like the space was a little messy. We dined in because we were just there for a pitstop, but I think next time I get this food, I would do it as takeout! I would highly recommend the Korean corndog, check out that cheese pull!!!

It's good but I don't think they give you enough meat for the amount that they charge. I have been to other similar restaurants and have had better quality of food for the price. But if you are looking for some fast Korean BBQ it is ok.

The first time I tried it was back during a Yelp Elite experience and I haven't been back due to the drive. But my sister saw CupBop on Shark Tank and we finally made a stop for lunch. I like that there is a lot of options but it's not overwhelming. I didn't see the ramen option and would have ordered the ramen instead so I have to be back. The interior is nice and it's small but most people order and leave from what I observed while waiting for our food to be prepared. The parking lot can be hectic because there are so many places to eat in this plaza. When we walked in, they played Stray Kids "Hellevator" and IU "Eight (prod. By Suga)" so already winning brownie points in my book. The food was okay. The Kko Kko Bop Stick was delicious and my favorite part of the meal. There was some chicken in our rock bop that were dry. The fries were good and the noodles were delicious. Maybe order beef or something else that's not fried chicken or we just had an odd batch. It was still good and edible.

Overall... meh. It's definitely a unique concept and it's awesome to see Korean food coming into the mainstream, but the execution isn't great and could be much much better. The positives of this experience is that the food is customizable and you go on a tablet and choose what you want. Unfortunately the negatives truly outweighed the good. I got the kid size cupbop with bulgogi. The rice, was hard and it felt like it was in the rice cooker for hours and hours or they didn't add enough water to it which caused it to get hard. They also pretty much covered the entire bowl with sauce, which was way too much and resulted in a watery mess. I don't think I can give this place another shot. It sucks that when we move these popular foods to the mainstream in a fast food capacity, the quality just goes down and especially with the price you pay.

Combo bop with Rock Bop and Veggie Bop. As I said not enough sauce so dry rice in there.

I am a regular at this location I buy cupbop 1-2 per week for the past year or so. Sadly, the quality has gone significantly down and I am sadly slowly and slowly going there less and less. They have become very stingy with the sauce and the toppings. There's a full bowl of noodles and rice but barely any toppings. They don't put enough sauce to cover all of the rice and noodles because it's just a lot of them and less of everything else so you get just dry rice chunks in there. They also stopped doing the full hot dog corn dogs which seems a little odd for a CORN DOG in general. I talked to the manager and she said it was a corporate decision to do that. Well not such a great decision as those used to be great but sadly now we only get half a hotdog corn dog.... Overall I love cupbop but it's not what it used to be a year ago. I'm not sure if it's the new hires that aren't as good at making the bowls or if corporate things have changed but it's 100% clear quality is very low now.

We got the classic soondae soup with bone broth and spicy soondae soup, both without intestines. The soondae was very chewy and the classic broth was on the lighter side. I added some pepper and spicy chili paste for added flavor. It tasted great with the kimchi and pickled radishes. The spicy broth definitely had a kick to it and had lots of pepper flakes inside. They ddukbokki took awhile to come out but once we got it, we enjoyed how it tasted like classic spicy rice cake with fish cake in it. It only had half of a boiled egg, but it was still good paired with the spicy and sweet sauce. They had lots of seating indoors. Definitely will be coming back to try more items.

At least for lunch combo, the thoughtful assortment of main dish and side dishes as well as soup of the day are very satisfactory. Their food is little bit more on a savory side compared to other Korean restaurants who use too many spices. Before I met Baekga, i was pretty disappointed in local franchises of Korean eateries in Colorado, but Baekga not only they have very calm and toned down atmosphere for pleasant meals, it is the venue I would actually bring my visitors to. The location is little far for me to explore their dinner menus but I would love to when I am nearby next time. Champagne kimchi was inspiring. I never had any kind of Kimchi taste like this. I really praise for the creativity. It would be a good pair with a variety of food such as charcuterie board, katsu, sausage dish, barbecue, and simple with wine! I personally liked Dakgangjeong, Beef radish soup (soup of the day), and champagne kimchi from my visit. Frankly, this venue maybe a polarizing Korean restaurant especially for Korean natives, but I personally think this venue deserves more recognition compared to other local Korean franchise in Denver/Aurora who just serve the food items but not the sincerity and/or creativity.

I'm glad we came and discovered another restaurant we can add to our list. It's def a more modern Korean restaurant from the interior alone. But food was delicious. I was interested in a lot of items on the menu u so it was hard to choose from. The dakgalbi lunch special was an actual full on lunch with sides and soup. The galbi tang was pretty good. The meat is some of the best I've had in CO. It was very tender and fell off the bone very easily. The La galbi was so good and flavorful. When it's mixed with the onions and veggies and rice, everything tastes really good combined. I would skip on the pancakes because they were a little burnt. We saw a different one come out and it was also burnt. Otherwise, eat around because it's quite flavorful.

The experience here is exactly what I want from Korean BBQ: lively, satisfying, and easy to settle into for a while. The cheese corn is an absolute must and easily one of the best sides on the table. The steamed egg was fluffy and comforting, and the meats were the real highlight. The pork belly was rich and well cut, the bulgogi was flavorful, and the short ribs were tender and cooked beautifully. This isn't an AYCE place like many other Korean BBQ restaurants, so expect to pay per meat selection. The prices are comparable to other non-AYCE restaurants in Aurora though. Total for the two of us: about $200, which included the tip. We dined on a weeknight so there wasn't a wait but I assume there is one on the weekends since the restaurant is fairly small. The service was fast and friendly and they checked on us often. Brush up on your parallel parking since only street parking is available.

The interior was immediately green flags - l loved the decor and wood tones. It felt like I was in Korea! The menu is your typical pocha fare - soups, Korean pancakes, army stew, KBBQ meats. We ordered the jalapeño soy chicken wings, volcano pork, and the kimchi fried rice. My favorite was the chicken wings, really crunchy with good flavor and the wings were decently sized. The volcano pork came over a fire burner and cooked at our table. It was definitely pretty spicy but paired really well with the kimchi fried rice, which I thought could be spicier. The pork quality was ok but I really liked the flavors and the bean sprouts in the pot. I particularly love that K Pocha has zero sugar soju on the menu no sugar = no hangovers!) We each got our own side dish with 4 side dishes. There was cabbage kimchi, radish kimchi, cucumber kimchi, and a soy braised potato with fish cakes. I love a good hot stone bibimbap because of the crispy rice and this was CRISPY. I loved it. The side dishes were the perfect compliment to the dishes too. I will say my only complaint is the beef wasn't as flavorful as some other places but with how much food they're cranking out with only 2 people, they're doing a pretty great job.
