But after I washed my hair and didn't do styling my haircut looks awful, I have the same problem (second shorter line on my right side and also in the back it was not looks good as well. I decided to go back and ask for refund, because I am not satisfied with that. When I came and tried to explain TJ getting very angry and rude. He said I did very good hair cut to you and he didn't want to listen to me and he said he will not refund me money and he force me to leave and started call security. i was very disappointed and he humiliating me in front of coworker and clients, he even didn't want to talk to me. I don't think I deserve that Hairdresser treat me with no respect. I paid for his service and I think I deserve to show him and explain if I don't satisfied what he did. First, he told me that the stylist that did my hair for my first visit was no longer with them due to the quality of her work. I already had a cut and style booked for that weekend, as I was going to a wedding, but I assured him I would get in touch for anything I needed in the future. Lo and behold, the appointment I had fell through, and not only did he manage to squeeze me in on short notice, he came in early to make sure he could help me out. Aside from going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my salon experience, I am in love with my cut. Roshan listened to me and made suggestions, and I can honestly say I haven't been this happy with my hair in years. He actually took the time to explain what he saw as problem areas in my hair and talked about what he was going to do to fix the issues. I got many complements on my hair, and that hasn't happened since my wedding. Chrome is the sister salon to Beauty Lounge on Jasper, both salons are owned by William Halabi. William is amazing with his customer service, even as he takes care of his own clients he makes sure that he is overlooking everyone to make sure we are all satisfied and that his employees are doing ok as well. Flint has been around for a long time but everything is always a learning experience and he is so open to taking advice from William to make sure that his clients are satisfied. I love that they do not try to push product sales. I recommend everyone call them even during the pandemic they are very careful and organized.

I knew I was in seasoned, talented hands, and best of all, I trusted Erynn's opinion, so I asked her advice about cut and styling, and she literally taught me step-by-step how to achieve the mop I want in 15 minutes or less. At the beginning of this year, I decided that I was going to chop my hair off to where it was almost buzzed and I really wanted to go to a good place to get such a huge haircut. That's when I found M.U.D.! I was obviously scared because I've never been there before but everyone was so helpful and friendly and really listened to what I wanted. Erynn was amazing and made me feel so comfortable with the huge change I was going to get to my hair. Erynn's haircuts also grow out very well. I've only had it trimmed once or twice since I've gotten it cut and it still looks really good and has a really nice shape to it. I've recently gone back to her to get my hair coloured and she was very knowledgable about what was reasonable and what can be done with my hair. Overall it's a nice salon. The staff are friendly and customer service has always been good there like any good hair salon should be.
