Both my daughter and I asked her if the henna was for both hands or one hand and she said both yet we left in a hurry and realized after the fact she charged us $15 each hand!! I finally tried the hair salon courtesy of Ms. Joanna and my hair turned out as I was expecting it. I had my roots colored and tone down my exisitng hair color and highlights. She took the time to really understand what results I am expecting and listening does go a long way. She did make her suggestions but kept it to where I was comfortable with as far as the look I was going for. Lo and behold, it turned out exactly how I had it in mind - color and cut. I've been getting my hair colored for a very long time so I kind of know how my hair reacts to specific haIr colors and how long the processing time is. Joanna listens to her clients thats why she got it right. They do accept walk-ins but its way better if you have an appointment to get your hair done if you do not want to wait. I just want to mention also, that ever since I have been coming here for my threading and Anju doing meticulous work on my eyebrows I can finally see my eyebrows in shape, not to mention I finally was able to grow them back after so many years - I ACTUALLY HAVE EYEBROWS! Went Saturday for a quick clean up , jacki did my brows and was very nice and knowledgable .. Nicest threading salon. Beautiful atmosphere with nice relaxing spa music. Only one complaint. The nice music is ruined by the interruption of a loud "ding dong" chime every time someone goes near the sensor. Very, very annoying. Always been happy with job they do though. read more

Best eyebrow threading salon ever! Owner Anju and Jackie are amazing. I've never had nothing but exceptional service and glammed brows! On one occasion I arrived after the shop had closed, I had a super important event to attend the following day. I explained the situation to Anju and she took care of me after she had already been closed for 40 minutes and was simply getting ready for a family event! I stopped by yesterday evening. I've gone to different places, and don't get the results that I want. I decided to try this place and I am so happy with my results. When I walked in, the salon felt really relaxed and peaceful. I really liked that. After a long day of work, I did not really want to hear loud people or loud music like they have at the threading place in the Montebello mall. So I was so pleased with the atmosphere that this place brings. Anju did my eyebrows and wow. She gave them a great shape. She did an amazing job. She explained to me what she was going to be doing and suggested the parts that needed to be thread more. I liked the fact that she asked me if I was ok with whatever she was going to do and not just doing it without letting me know. I figured that it was ok (I can always pencil them in if any errors). But thankfully she did a amazing job. She has a beautiful personality and is very friendly. I am so happy I found this place. Will be coming here from now on. FYI, Love the idea that they give you a business card and every time you go, they punch it. The 7th session is free. So make sure you bring this every time. Eyebrows are $5.99. I've been coming to Bollywood for just over a year now. Anju, the owner, is the best at threading. She is quick and precise and I'm always 100% satisfied when she does my eyebrows. The younger girl also does a great job but there's no one like Anju.
