This used to be my go-to eyebrow threading place but ever since Jackie changed her hours or left (Im not sure) it wasnt the same. I have been held by mostly all the girls there but they don't have that touch that Jackie has. The place gets very busy but it wasnt worth it to me anymore. read more

Jackie and Veronica are the best at what they do. I had my hair done, my legs wax, my mani and pedi done all in one day. Of course you have to make an appointment, but I did like the fact they accommodated me when I didn't make an appointment and when I really needed all of that done that day. They are a full service salon which I love. The prices are very reasonable no complain there. Parking is good as well. The place is clean; everything is new and they keep it clean which is important for me. I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

First time here, saw great reviews and is around the corner to my job so that was also a plus. Customer Service is welcoming. Both ladies welcome you when coming in and say good day when leaving. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. Unfortunately my eyebrows didn't come out as great. I hadn't gotten them done in about 2-3 weeks because I hadn't had time to go. Normally after I let them grow they come out VERY nice, since I have full eyebrows, so they shape well. So that's what I was looking forward to. I did ask for a clean up because i dont like them too thin, but she did them TOO thick. After she showed me first eyebrow I told her they were TOO thick for my liking, she said that's the shape but went ahead and took a little from the bottom away. AGAIN she showed me, and i told her they were still TOO THICK and showed her the inner hairs and she said "I will cut after" i said "ok". She moved on to the next eyebrow, it didn't look THAT bad but was still too thick. I told her they are TOO THICK, and she said "that's the shape because they are long, or something like that. She went ahead and "fixed" them and took some off the top of one eyebrow(the first one). She showed me again and AGAIN I said they are too thick but she didn't respond this time, so I just said FINE. Her name started with an A cant really pronounce it, but ALL 3 girls that went with the worker next to her were SO HAPPY with THEIR eyebrows, I REALLY felt like asking her if she can fix them but thought that would be rude of me, so i'll just try her out next time. I gave 4 stars because of those other 3 customers who were happy with their eyebrows so i have hope that the other worker does a great job, I didn't get her name but I do remember who I will go to next time. For now im stuck with freshly done BUSHY eyebrows. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR MANI/PEDI done here! I repeat, DO NOT! I found this place on yelp and decided to go because of all of the "good' reviews i saw posted about the whole Bollywood thing--cause i'm enamored by Bollywood. I called the number and the lady (the manager) told me that a mani and pedi with the callous removal would cost me $18 in total; my boyfriend and i walk in and the place is empty! O.k. so I thought, whatever--just so long as i get my mani/pedi...the manicurist started to work on my feet--and she was clueless to what she was doing! She kept looking at me all crazy like she had never seen feet before and took literally an hour and 35 minutes to "so call" clean my cuticles ( my feet were bad but not that bad to take that hecka long!)..i felt sorry for the poor girl cause she seemed like she wasn't getting any customers (my boyfriend and I were the only ones) so we tipped her like $17 bucks between my boyfriend's pedi and mine---she did an O.K job with my nail polish---oh and BTW they don't even have enough instruments or tools to get your pedi/mani---the chic was only using this itty bitty emerald board! She didn't even slaugh off my feet well--she barely touched the bottom of my feet---I WAS READY TO LEAVE AND PAY ALREADY--and low and behold---we get charged $36 for 2 pedi's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm about to report her business to the BBB because that is not what she told me she was going to charge me over the phone. I think this place is very nice and they do a good job only thing is I believe a business should really be committed to their business schedule. The sign reads open at 10:30am, I waited until 10:50am and decided to leave. So call before visiting if you like to get there early because they might not be there. read more

Both my daughter and I asked her if the henna was for both hands or one hand and she said both yet we left in a hurry and realized after the fact she charged us $15 each hand!! She best believe the henna last two weeks or I will go back Monday and have her redo it!! I called her and she said she would call me back! I finally tried the hair salon courtesy of Ms. Joanna and my hair turned out as I was expecting it. I had my roots colored and tone down my exisitng hair color and highlights. She took the time to really understand what results I am expecting and listening does go a long way. She did make her suggestions but kept it to where I was comfortable with as far as the look I was going for. Lo and behold, it turned out exactly how I had it in mind - color and cut. I've been getting my hair colored for a very long time so I kind of know how my hair reacts to specific haIr colors and how long the processing time is. Joanna listens to her clients thats why she got it right. They do accept walk-ins but its way better if you have an appointment to get your hair done if you do not want to wait. I just want to mention also, that ever since I have been coming here for my threading and Anju doing meticulous work on my eyebrows I can finally see my eyebrows in shape, not to mention I finally was able to grow them back after so many years - I ACTUALLY HAVE EYEBROWS!
