Cold food. Awful tea that tastes old and fermented. No biscuits, no borounds. Slow service.

We've tried to go through the drive through twice in the last 2 weeks and both times we were told the computers were down. Other visits have been hit or miss. I've had very good food from here and also just okay food from here. Being from NC it is disappointing because Bojangles down there is so much better. The customer service is lacking. When I arrived to the establishment I saw multiple employees outside just hanging around. I did receive good customer service. When I received my food, my fries and biscuit were stale. There was employees playing around the biscuit making area. read more

We have been eating at this location for several years now and almost every single time we go there, our order is wrong. Today again we got home and looked in the bag and three of our orders were supposed to have borounds and all instead had fries. It's amazing that it continues to be this bad for such a long time without management or corporate offices intervening. read more

At 8:20pm on a Saturday, I placed an order in the drive -thru and they told me they wouldn't make my order because they already cleaned the grill. They are open till 10:00pm!!! Hope the owner likes losing money cause the employees turn customers away because they don't want to clean. Never going back! read more

This is the nastiest Bojangles I've ever eaten at. Every single time I have gone to this location the food has been over cooked, super dry and not seasoned at all. I went today after about a year hoping that the food would be better but nope still tastes like absolute shit. read more

Just made my first visit to Bojangles in Yorktown Va. I will never go there again. After waiting in a long line to order, my order was missing all the biscuits after I drove away. I got back in line, the inside is closed due to COVID-19. After an hour I was back at the window. They lady tried to give me someone else's order and I told her, no that I was the customer missing the 3 biscuits. She disappeared from the window and showed back up holding a bag outside the window. Not a word or an apology and then slammed the window shut. I've been trying many different restaurants during the virus shut down. Trying to help local businesses survive. Arby's across the street has wonderful customer service. I will never visit this restaurant again. All my food was cold before I got back in line. Total waste of money! read more

Have tried to go 3 times over the last 2 weeks. All 3 times they tell us it will be 40-60 minutes for chicken. This time we asked why it would be so long and we were yelled at by the woman for asking. This place is horrible! read more

Every time I go here I say never again!!!! Last night...$8 for chicken strip combo and got home to find four pieces as small as nuggets and burnt!! They just don't care at the Ft. EUSTIS/rt.17 location. Maybe if we stop going they would get together!! read more

This place should be shut down!!! They never have fresh cooked chicken or dirty rice. Why do I have to wait for 30 minutes to have chicken cooked?? They close anytime they want before designated closing hour and then hang out in parking lot like thugs! Customer service is straight up hood and non existent! read more

I'm convinced only the friendliest people are hired at this restaurant! We went in with our three kids yesterday and people working here went over and above serving us and taking care of us . They made me feel like we were the only customers they'd ever had. I was blown away. Great job read more

Chicken is a bit spicy even with the regular batch, but man the biscuits are amazing.

zero stars. this restaurant has posted hours of being open until 10pm on weekdays but every time we have tried to stop there after soccer games at exactly 9pm- A FULL HOUR BEFORE 10- they are closed!!!!! why don't they stay open or change their hours on the web site and door?!!!! Never going there again. First I tried to order, the person taking the order seemed to be having trouble understanding me I was told to drive to the window without me completing my order. My thought was she need to hear me up close to understand. When I pulled up, the young girl looked at me made a face and walked away. I sat there for several minutes trying to get someone's attention. Finally a manager comes to the window and the girl comes over. The manager sort of asks what was going on and I said she didn't finish my order. She then snaps back that she did. I asked for a drink and the manager told her to not charge me since I was waiting. The then thrusts the food at me and says bye in such a way that mean get away from this store. The manager was nice but this girl was the rudest fast food employee I've ever seen. Not overly impressed with their food. Sandwich was lacking using thin chicken and soda was watery tasting.

We have eaten here numerous times, and he food is great for fast food. We have also ordered for parties, and work catering events with little issues. The only problem is that sometimes the staff is unfriendly, but I guess they all can't be like Chick-Fil-A. read more

I came for the biscuits. My kids wanted chicken and fries. Four very nice ladies working behind the counter. Service was on the slow side for a fast food joint. But I wasn't in a hurry to be anywhere, so it's all good. Tried the dirty rice and beans. The rice left a weird greasy film on my teeth, so I tossed it after a few bites. The beans were tasty. Reminds me of Mexican Frijoles minus the bells and whistles. Just plain old pinto bean soupish something or other. Their biscuits are so good though. So there is that. My family and I had the pleasure of visiting the Bojangles in Yorktown, VA Sunday, 10/13/19. Although, they were severely understaffed, the two young ladies that took and prepared my order were amazing. They were extremely courteous, professional and friendly. I appreciate the excellent customer service they provided even though they had both worked a long day due to the lack of staff. I am writing this review to let the owners know that these ladies and I'm sure the rest of the staff deserve some sort of incentive for their hard work and dedication. Thank you, Venechia and Sabrina for your pleasant attitude and work ethic. I spoke with Ms. Sharon Meyers, the manager, this morning to advise her of how much of an asset these two ladies are to the organization. Sharon was also professional and welcomed my call. I used to love coming here but who ever the current young woman working the drive through is rude every time I've been recently. I don't go to a restaurant to be talked down to. First she mumbles something that is indecipherable and when I say my order I'm told "did you not hear me say hold on a minute" and then "now you can say what you want" and then I order two bacon egg and cheese biscuits and make one of those a combo to which I'm told "for future reference you need to tell me it's a combo before you even order" and then I get up to the window and she's just as rude and unintelligible and when I ask a question about my order I'm given even more attitude. I finally get my order but not the drink and when I ask about that she says "well I already gave it to you. You don't get another" when I never did but instead of arguing I just decided to leave. I will never go to this Bojangles again. read more
