    Flan and churro doughnut
    Meghan K.

I went here with a friend 3/19/24. We arrived at 4pm and were the only table in the restaurant at the time. It wasn't loud inside during our whole visit, which was nice. They brought chips and salsa to our table immediately after being seated. I ordered the birria ramen and my friend ordered the arroz con pollo. Both dishes were good, exactly what you'd expect from a Mexican restaurant in this area. For dessert we got flan and the churro doughnut. The desserts were very good and just the right amount, not overly filling. I'd return to try more of the menu items and some of their drinks.

The food was fine. I got the enchiladas blancas and it was exactly as I expected and yummy. But they have a large menu with some fancier dishes that include seafood and fresh fruit. I would stay away from those dishes because the mangoes and pineapple were all canned even though they were in season! Disappointing to get canned fruit on a pricier dish. Salad was also just shredded lettuce and not worth the price. The service was very slow there were 3 of us and we were there for 1.5 hrs waiting most of the time. The ambiance was pleasant and friendly.

Everything about this place is simply amazing! Super friendly service, amazing atmosphere, and great tasting food! Cannot go wrong especially with a good margarita!

This was so much food! Can you say leftovers? It's a pineapple stuffed with shrimp, scallops, crab, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, grilled pineapple, and topped with cheese. It's served with rice, a salad, and pico de gallo. It was delicious.

Honestly did not expect much but was not disappointed. I have had a lot of GOOD Mexican food and this wasn't bad. It's a sit down restaurant, not a quick Mexican to go place. They make the guacamole fresh on this cart. They literally open avocados and add cilantro and onions and other things and it's as fresh as it gets. They give complimentary chips and salsa. The restaurant had a good ambiance, the seats were a bit dirty though. There was no wait for a table on a Wednesday evening. There isn't a lot of parking but shouldn't be a problem unless it's extremely busy.

    Fire Queso Chimichangas

We were finally able to visit here after several friends had recommended it and it did not disappoint. We came to celebrate a special occasion and had a party of 6, they seated us right away and we ordered some fresh guacamole and some queso, the guacamole was out of this world! Super fresh and flavorful. The queso also had good flavor. Everyone at the table ordered something different. My children ordered the California Fries. One chose steak and one chose chicken as the topper and both devoured their meal. The steak was cooked very well and had some great seasoning. My mother ordered the Fajitas Texanas, she said it was fabulous as well. My husband and my father both ordered the burrito Mexicano, my husband said the flavor was excellent and the portion was huge! I ordered the fire queso chimichanga. This dish lived up to its name. The fire queso was out of this world, it had the perfect amount of heat and flavor without being too hot. The service was great as well. Definitely a place that I will visit again!

i liked my burrito! I wish they used real mango and pineapple instead of the canned one. but it was still good.

No beans. No avocado. No tortillas. I did have a bonus piece of chicken. As if someone was like, "just throw the fajita vegetables in there". I wouldn't have been so disappointed if they'd managed to get the avocado on there. Also...one half filled ramekin of salsa for 4 entrees. Bad form, 3 Amigos.

Fast, tasty, filling, great service, TV's showing real football (aka, soccer) with periodic "GOOOOAAAALLL" screaming announcers. Definitely puts you in the mood to have fun and enjoy yourself. Started out with the standard app: chips & salsa. It just warms my heart whenever some place serves white salsa. Or whatever they call it. I know I'm in heaven then. One day I'll figure out what's in it and likely stop. But until then - bliss. I am a sucker for any TexMex with a "Speedy Gonzalez" lunch item. In fact, I don't recall if I've ever NOT seen that lunch option. In this case, it gets you a taco & enchilada that is probably the standard for a Speedy. Unfortunately only one side? Not sure if I hate it, but definitely a cost cutting move. All the items were great. Finally, the servers were FANTASTIC. Well done with a place that has great peeps.

We decided to try out this new Mexican restaurant that we heard about. The location is perfect and…read moreeasily accessible from a main highway. We ordered two carne asada burritos and a lingua taco, which came with French fries. Of course, chips and salsa were included, and they gave us a bowl of queso dip. The lingua taco was good, but in my opinion, it could have been softer. However, if you like a bit of texture, then it's perfect for you. The carne asada burrito had a good flavor, but the meat was tough, and we found several fat gristles. Also, I wouldn't say I liked the sour cream drizzled over the burrito. The French fries were pale and bland; some seasoning would have made them better. The chips and salsa were good, but the significant cilantro cuts in the salsa were a bit too much. The service was excellent! Our server was very friendly and attentive. He even brought out another basket of chips and salsa. The dining area has an open floor set up to accommodate a small group. The decor is stylish and has an ocean vibe, as they serve various seafood dishes. My overall experience was good, but I was slightly disappointed by the quality of the carne asada burritos. I would rate the food 3.5 out of 5 stars and intend to try other items on the menu. However, the excellent service I received bumped up my overall rating to a 4.

Had a good taco here. Atmosphere is very nice, typical local Mexican restaurant. We will be back.read more
