I ordered a McChicken through the app, nothing else. I requested curbside service and it took 20 minutes for my food to be ready.

I ordered a basic Quarter Pounder meal in the drive-thru. For some reason they charged me additional for the drink that's supposed to come with it. When I pointed that out to the person at the window, she said, oh it does that and so she deleted it. Hummmmm. I wonder how many people don't mention it and are charged for a drink they have already paid for? Then came the wait at the second window. 4, 5, 6 minutes went with my only solice being that the food was being prepared right then and so would be hot and fresh. My mistake. The french fries were lukewarm and hard like they had been sitting a while. The sandwich was dry lukewarm and flavorless. I frequently Wonder what McDonald's founder Ray Kroc would think about how his restaurant have deteriorated. He was so quality conscious and now you never know from McDonald's to McDonald's what you're going to get. The overall ratings of this particular location should speak volumes to potential customers. We went here again because we knew it was the slowest fast food restaurant imaginable. We ordered at the kiosk but waited to pay in cash. We also started a timer and made bets on how long the food would take. Once we passed ten minutes, I went to the counter to see if they would ask me for money. One of the teens might have acknowledged that I existed briefly. Not sure what to do, I went back to the table to continue our game of monopoly. There was a long piece of toilet paper on the floor next us. At 15 minutes, I lost the game. At 20 minutes, I approached the counter again. The TV screen indicated that some orders were being processed l. I couldn't tell if they had my order of if they wanted my money. I doubted my own existence for a moment. I hope some form of management sees this and does something about it... Me and my mother went here for lunch. The line was long so we went to the restroom first. It was disgusting! Water all over the floor, toilet paper all mixed in with that and no bags in the trash can so imagine what was at the bottom of that. We ordered a 2 for 5$ deal, 10 piece nugget and a large fry, 2 cups of water and a hot fudge sundae with nuts. First of all our fry was missing more then half or what should have been in a large fry, we were given a 6 piece nugget, they got annoyed when they had to "search" for the nuts, they forgot our drinks and then got mad because they had to "make" us water. They gave us one BBQ sauce because of the 6 piece nugget they gave us and got mad and tried arguing the point when we asked for another for the 10 piece we ordered. Truthfully the girl who rang us up and sweet and tried to put our stuff together. But this tiny blonde who was trying to "help" was the one who messed everything up and then got annoyed when we asked for stuff to be fixed. I told my mother let's just walk away and not be b!tchy. Her words? "You can't get mad at us when it was you that messed it all up" We have come here for years the service goes up or down. But today? Two times I've been to this place... ordered BBQ sauce. None in the bag. First time no one answers the order speaker, I had to drive up and then wait until someone finally showed up. Second time I was able to order at the speaker but then there was no one at the cashier box, waited a bit then went to the pick up box and then waited... finally someone took my card. I stopped to get fries and two large drinks about 3pm today. Went in for the first time since COVID. I was surprised to find an order kiosk and two tiny, almost desk-size registers perhaps four feet apart; a small passageway between. Nobody was at the registers. There was activity to the left in the kitchen area. They were fairly busy. One long-haired gentlemen (no hair net or anything) ( young man) wandered out with his hands in his pockets and sauntered back and forth. Eventually another young man came out and took my order. Meanwhile, kiosk users came and went but I still didn't have my fries. Car after car in the drive through came and went. Finally I had a young man emerge from the back with a bag who called out my number, sat it down and began to dart to the back. I shouted out that I still needed my two large cups. He looked at the receipt on the bag and conceded I didn't have my entire tiny order. He gave my cups and "poof!" he was gone! I proceeded to the self-serve drink machine which of course was out of ice! Nearly twenty minutes later I had my large fries with none longer than an inch, my iceless drinks and out the door. My takeaways are that something has changed. The restaurant is really a restaurant anymore. Long gone was the ambiance and the white Thunderbird. Instead is a group of hapless folks wandering around. My receipt said "will beat your current salary!" Really? Maybe this detached society is now reflected in McDonald's business model. I guess kiosks and drive throughs are the way now. Ahh well. I guess from now on I'll just get in line. At least the drive through serves customers in order. After all, don't want to hold up the line! read more

This place has extremely shitty management. I waited in the mobile pick up for 25 minutes. Tried to call multiple times, no answer. Got back in line to make sure they got my order, she told me with attitude, to go to the window. The line wasn't moving at all for ten minutes, so I parked and walked up to the window. I received more attitude from two children. Got told with attitude to go wait because it's not ready after 35 minutes that they've had my order, then waited another 15 for the food to come. Fast food is called fast for a reason. I'm very agitated but kept a sweet tone for all of it. Management should not have two children waiting on people at this busy time of day. I'm very disappointed. I come here often and this is how it always goes. The food was cold and poorly thrown together and even was missing a few things. If I get denied a refund, I will be bringing it to corporate. I fully blame management for this issue, lazy people should not have a job that requires their time. I will not be waiting an hour for "fast" food at this McDonald's anymore, I encourage others to do the same. read more

While this place is one of the long staples of the Yorktown area. The quality is hit and miss and the attention to detail is lacking. One particular quality that is going downhill is the people that work there. The past two times the drive thru guy was loud obnoxious, and seemed angry he had to work. The food was lukewarm, and they forgot dipping sauce for nuggets I had requested. I used to consider this my favorite McD's in the area. That opinion is changing to there are no good ones in the area. This McDonald's is horrible. It is always dirty, flies on the window seals. The manager and supervisors, are extremely rude and offer no assistance. They would rather talk to you inappropriately. We ordered on the mobile and was present at the store, the meal was taken out of my bank with a receipt in my email. And they refused to give us our food. I know the standards aren't set high for this restaurant to start with, but this establishment has lowered to bar, if not removed it. I went in there tonight to grab something quick and my drink was flat, fries were unseasoned and cold, the fry warmer was off so they served me fries directly from the fry basket. Lord knows how long they were there. And this was their fonal shot. In previous visits, my food is always cold, they were out of ice cream on a couple occasions, and one night I went through the drive through around 11 or 12 (i work nights) and I was greeted on the intercom but when I placed my order, nothing.
