New Bojangles in Pendleton. Easy place to stop between I-85 and Clemson. Being so new the place is sparkling clean and everything is shiny. Great service and good people running the show here are friendly and helpful. Other than that the same great Bojangles fast food is available. read more

Stopped by the Hwy 76 location in Pendleton SC. Placed a to-go order. This was on March 9 2018 at around 5:00pm. Then chaos hit. The manager (blonde hair, older) started working orders and shoving things to the help. The results were a wrong order, cold food and then received NO receipt. With no r ceilt was unable to file complaint to corporate. We have always had good service and food at other locations- so AVOID this location. read more

First time eating at bojangles. Food is great you get a good amount of food for your money. Highly recommend the Cajun bowl.

Slowest most unbareable service I have ever waited for the food was cold and this was the worst place I have been too.

I visited this location at 2:40pm on a Monday. The food quality was typical, the tables weren't clean, only one TV worked and it looked like it was going to fall off the wall. The lady taking the order had a huge stack of hair and really long finger nails which isnt very desirable as a food server. Fortuately, they were quick and the food was hot. read more

I was in Bojangles in Pendleton, SC last evening and was very impressed with the courtesy of the employees that were on duty and the fact that they all pulled together to get the job done even when they were covered up. You don't find that in most public places anymore. I do not know any of their names but what a great group of young people! Enjoyed it, and will go back. read more

So I went to get three chicken biscuit combos and get two chicken biscuits and a drink no combo. I must admit you can't expect much from fast food any more but abject rudeness and overall smugness is even beneath fast food restaurants. I stopped by this Bojangles after sitting a quarter at the Clemson game in a monsoon before driving back to Atlanta to catch and early flight to Chicago. I really just wanted 4 cokes and 3 wings. I arrived at 9:57p, the lady came on the intercom and asked me to wait and after a couple minutes she returned and told me they were closed. I could clearly hear people laughing in the background. I mentioned she just told me to hold on, if she had said this 2 minutes ago, no problem. She kept arrogantly telling me they were closed and they had thrown all the food in the trash can. Clearly Bojangles does not offer a customer friendly environment, and their employees find it humorous to mock their patrons.
