Had a mobile order for a Mac and cheese carry out. It took a total of 20 minutes to get a medium mac and cheese. One of the girl employees came up to me and rudely asked if I was at the wrong location. I showed her my order was clearly for here and she just walked away. I waited another 10 minutes before she came back to make sure I got my food. When she finally gave me my mac and cheese she gave me a "sorry" with attitude. Biscuit update. It has been a while but I decided to stop in the drive through for a chicken biscuit on June 9, 2020 during the time when this location is only operating drive through. They are the masters of the drive through experience. But the biscuit has changed. Now, it is obvious that these are not the former hand made biscuits, which were round. This biscuit was clearly made in a pan and was more square-ish. Plus, it was substantially thicker than most biscuits I have had from Chick-fil-A or most other fast food biscuits. So much so that I noticed the chicken seemed overwhelmed by the biscuit, so being an engineer, I got out the ruler. The biscuit itself, without chicken was about 2.5 inches high. The chicken was only about a quarter of an inch thick. It's a little bit larger than other biscuits, but the ratio to chicken is way off. I ate it though. Still good. read more

There's not a lot to say about a restaurant chain, but if you've ever dined at Chic-fil-A, you know they offer well prepared foods at very reasonable prices. They also offer free refills on all their beverages and this is a nice plus when you're about to get on the road again! The menu offers soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps and more. And yes, there is a nutritious kids menu selection as well! The staff is well trained, much like the employees of the Ritz-Carlton. They are polite , courteous, and gracious--NEVER any bad attitude looks or comments. So refreshing when so many fast food restaurants seem to be a breeding ground for rudeness! read more

I have mostly sworn off chik Fil A due to the amount of food for the price paid, considering this is fast food. I had a free sandwich coupon, so I stopped in to grab the grilled chicken sandwich. The place was filled with kids and moms, since they are out for school. It was loud and chaotic in there. My sandwich arrived and surprisingly, the chicken actually matched the size of the bun. Not the normal nugget that is on the sandwich. The chicken was slightly dry but not overly. Good grilled flavor but very salty. My feet are already puffing up and my fingers look like kielbasas. Not bad. I guess every CFA has the soccer mom and kid thing going on. Not that there's anything wrong with that. The place is still way overpriced for my liking. read more

Menu says 10 count mini served open until close. Arrived at drive through at 12 minutes until close. Was informed they "don't have any chicken minis snd that they take 7 minutes to cook and they would be closed before they could cook them." I ask cashier to consult a manager. She offered to "cook 4 but not 10" as is offered on the menu. Ask again if the Manager was in agreement with not honoring menu offerings prior to closure. Cashier said manager was fully aware of the situation and refused to cook the chicken minis even though there was plenty of time to cook them prior to closure. The manager on this particular night happens to be the sister of the franchise owner. It seems my review regarding service is in line with google reviews noting lack of acceptable service from this chick fil a. Im hopeful the owner is business minded enough to identify poor service and explain to his staff and family that the posted business hours are to be adhered to and that a lack of on hand food is a result of poor management practices and should not be handled this way in the future. Thankfully there are multiple franchise owners for chick fil a in this area that are just as convenient if not more convenient than this location. For this, we are thankful as we wont be back to this location. read more

I still dont understand how they pull this off. Hordes of people coming through like a football stadium and they get it right. We ordered and stopped by the condiment station to pick up a few things. The server actually beat us to a table. Now that's lightning fast. The dining room was very clean and smelled nice. An employee asked us if she could get us a refil. We had been to this place to get a quick bite. This place is usually packed with families and kids having lunch on Saturdays. We managed to get a booth for ourselves, but I don't think the booth had been cleaned properly because we could feel few crumbs on our seat. The burgers were fresh so I think we would prefer the drive -thru next time that we go. read more

Not a positive experience tonight. Went for dinner with my wife and the place was a mess! This Chick-fil-A has an extremely attractive interior. It looks like it was remodeled recently and has some very cool modern styling. However, that doesn't help if the place is filthy. There were fries, napkins, juice boxes, and grease all over the floor when we came in. The table we sat at looked like it hadn't been wiped down since closing from the day before. I would understand if they were busy and couldn't get to cleaning, but there were about 10 people total when we were eating. Then came the food. My sandwich was prepared incorrectly after I confirmed the way that I wanted it. Our iced coffees were messed up as well as one was overly sweet and one tasted like dirt water. One girl behind the counter bent over and started adjusting her hair while I was waiting in line. Kinda gross to me since she is behind the counter where food is handled. Another girl was emptying trash cans with gloves and then went behind the counter area to do something without taking the gloves off. I'm not sure if I'm overly cautious, but it's kinda gross to me. Probably will go out of my way to visit the Haywood Rd location next time. read more

Rode up to the double drive thru about 2 p.m. on a Wed. and the line wasn't moving in either lane. Waited about 5 and then decided to back out while I could. Walked in and there was no one in line. I ordered my food online and used their curbside pickup service. The parking lot is chaos and has too much going on for the small space that is available. Other than that small issue, the associate who brought the food to the car was smiling and friendly. I loved that! I know Chickfila is known for that. However, you don't always get a smiling face. He was cheerful, the food was fresh and hot. I ordered an 8-count chicken nuggets (which was a free reward they were giving members), and they gave me 11 nuggets! I appreciated the extra. Everytime J go near a Chick-fil-a it is my number one option. They have great quality food and even if the line is very long you can get through the like quick. I love how they have so many great choice's of sauces. Some people might say how they only have chicken but to me they have chicken at a great pice with great quality and amazing taste. My favorite part of Chick-fil-a is there AMAZING fries they just the perfect amount of salt and they do not over cook the fries but they don't undercook the fries there perfect. Let me be the first to say Chik Fil A is known for their exceptional customer service and I've visited time and time again for that reason. Today was not the case. I went there on my lunch break and doing a favor for a friend as her previous order a week and a half ago wasn't right. She called them, spoke with a manager who insisted that due to her inconvenience, he would replace her whole meal. (8pc combo and a side of chicken salad). She called today to confirm that she could still redeem her meal. Rachel assured her that it would be fine. I get there, explain the situation and no one seems to know what I'm talking about. I'm assuming a manager not in uniform (blue shirt and blue jeans) comes out for me to explain the situation AGAIN. I tell her I am on my lunch break but explain the situation AGAIN. Needless to say the cashier brings me the side of chicken salad and I ask "is this the only thing she's supposed to get?" and he says "yes just the chicken salad" so I say well let me order a #8 with a coke. He brings now the second bag with an 8 count nuggets in it. I ask "where are her fries?" He says "oh I'm so sorry, charges me for the fries instead of voiding and ringing it up as a combo that I asked for and brings the fries to stuff it in this bag that's big enough for just the 8 count nuggets. I say "I need a bigger bag bc this won't fit" he says "well it will but ok" I'm speechless! Im now at Chik fil A on my lunch break for about 20 minutes with 5 bags for 2 meals. My co-worker called back up there and spoke with Kensley who was able to read word for word my co-workers situation, what was promised, and how it was supposed to be handled.
