Went through the drive through. Same lady that took our order, also served our food through the window. We got whopper Jr's, a milkshake and a Hershey pie. The whoppers were terrible. The bun was stale and the burger was missing three of the six toppings!! It had no onion, no pickles and no ketchup which means no flavor!!! That's the only place we ever eat fast food is because Burger King generally has the best flame broiled burger. Also, the pie was at room temperature. Not cold. Not even cool! The milkshake was good as usual. I started reading other reviews and realized this place is not a good place to eat anymore. It used to be. I called the manager to let them know of the error and after several rings, the same lady that took our order and served us also answered the phone, saying hello. I had to ask if i had reached Burger King. I am thinking she also is doing the cooking and they don't have enough help. But really, if you can't do better - then maybe you shouldn't be open. read more

Don't even bother. We've barely ever dined in or especially gone through the drive-thru, without them getting our order wrong! They either leave stuff out or they give you the wrong thing. I'm not sure about their slogan "Have it your way" because the order never comes out "our" way! Employees don't seem to care when you have to go back through the drive thru or get out of your car to go back in! Very disappointing! read more

Burger King has gotten bad and it's not your food but thirty minutes to get two cheese burgers get real! I wouldn't go back if you paid me the only decent ones are near interstates and your people don't care can I give you a negative 5 star and that still wouldn't be bad enough. read more

I wish I could avoid having to select even one star. I usually avoid Burger King Restaurants because they are usually dirty and the food isn't very good. The Burger King in Pendleton was one exception and the only Burger King I would occasionally frequent. NOT ANYMORE!!!! Went to this location on Saturday 2/23 at 12:30 for lunch. My wife ordered the NEW fire grilled chicken breast sandwich. It was cold, tough and when she opened the sandwich, she had a piece of tomato that was one inch in diameter and it was the end piece with the stem still attached! And that's a $5.00 sandwich!! My whopper wasn't any better. Ice cold, the cheese was hard and the fries were so cold I only ate a few!!!! HOW DO YOU GET COLD FOOD DURING THE MIDDLE OF THE LUNCH HOUR??? I AM DONE WITH ALL BURGER KING'S. Never again!! There are better choices out there! read more

Ordered a large fry, medium coffee, and a large sweet tea. When we got to the window, she tried to give us a fruit punch for a drink, I corrected her nicely but I got eye rolling (It's ok, I'm a high school teacher so I am used to it) She then gave me the bag of fries and coffee. Didn't say a word, shut the window. I sat there a few minutes and she came back to the window and said, "What do you want?" I want the drink I paid for ... RUDE SERVICE!!!!! Slow. More often than not you will leave the drive thru without napkins and/or a straw. Tea always tastes old. Crap service seems to be a running problem in all Burger Kings, but this one is constantly a let down. read more

Service good. Quality of food terrible. Went to this BK for lunch at noon and ordered two Whoppers with cheese. The Whoppers were not freshly made as evidenced by the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions being warm and tasting cooked like stir fry. These Whoppers have to have been pre-made and sitting in a warmer for a while for everything on the sandwich to be cooked. The tomatoes were like stewed tomatoes the lettuce was wilted and slimy and the onions looked like they had been cooked. I would rather wait a few more minutes for fresh than get disgusting warmer cooked Whoppers. read more

Ok. So I'm going to do something a bit different. Rather than review this BK in the traditional sense of reviewing service, food quality, etc., I'm going to talk a little about something else. This is something that's been on my mind for years, so bare with me. I want to shed some light from the perspective of a former BK employee, so this is more of a review of customers that come to this store on a day to day basis from my experiences. (a recent episode of South Park spurred me to finally do this, lol!!) First of all, I want to talk a little bit about the two reviews this store has (one from 2011 and the other from 2013). These people obviously had bad experiences, and that is a shame. But I feel like these reviews probably lacked some perspective. In both cases it seemed like the store was probably understaffed, something that is unfortunately more common than most people who haven't ever worked at a fast food place may realize. I'm not excusing rude behavior or slow service, but the employees working there were probably already under a lot of stress. These are people like anyone else who have good and bad days, and are usually VERY underpaid and overworked. This is definitely a fact in the review from 2013. Again, rude behavior is usually inexcusable. The woman deserved to be treated better than this. BUT she came through AFTER A CLEMSON GAME. Meaning the restaurant was probably already packed with customers demanding to have their fast food needs filled. It's incredibly difficult to get EVERY order correct during an unusually hectic time like this. I don't want to say she was in the wrong for her bad review, but the end comment about employees being fired WAS a little harsh. That being said, fast food restaurants have a high turnover rate, so the woman working the drive-thru that day probably does not work there anymore. Next, let me just rant a bit about customers in general. They can be every bit as rude as the employee from the 2013 review, but employees of the restaurant are expected to handle people like this just as considerately as they would a pleasant customer, as they should. The truth is more often than not people come through, get their food made accurately and are served politely, and than leave without ever saying a word. But it's usually only when someone has a particularly bad experience that they want to post a review on a site like Yelp, especially when it comes to a store like BK. To sum up, Burger King is a fast food restaurant, people, and it's not like people expect a whole lot from fast food typically. And maybe this BK has been of poorer quality all around the past few years. But the employees working their deserve respect, too. So if you do have a really bad experience once at this restaurant, or ANY restaurant, maybe give it another chance before posting a bad review. And always remember to truly thank the employees if your service is good. Rant over. read more

Bad - Just bad. Waited outside the window after paying at the first window for 5 minutes and no one ever acted like they had customers to help. Not even a "that will be right up" or anything. So I had payed my 5 bucks for breakfast and had to leave empty handed so i wouldn't be late for work. I hope they enjoy that 5 dollars because they wont get any more out of me. read more

I went here cause my grand daughter wanted a toy so I ordered her a kids meal and w did not get a toy cause they had none and they did not offer for us to come back and get one. The bad part is telling a kid she does not get a toy she cried thanks to them I will not go back. read more
