Two piece chicken, tender kids meal with fries and it does come with the biscuit 2pc Bo's Chicken Tenders Kids' Meal

What can I say fast fast fast fast service fast food fried chicken fastly preparing the orders with more can you ask for because the line is constantly going is constant moving all all of the chicken is freshly fried because they're constantly the line and people are constantly ordering so you getting fresh freshly fried chicken Visit so on this visit, I ordered a chicken tender meal with fries. The kids order is for my oldest just heads up moms and dads. I don't believe that the kids meals come with the drink. It's your chicken and fries. Also note this mom's and dad's just in case if you have a kid that only eats plain fries note this the fries that I received with this order are seasoned fries. Just letting you know and I ordered a gallon of tea. I ordered 2 gallons of teas but when I received them each gallon said half gallons so now I know That half gallons are sold so nonetheless I order two that are equal 1 gallon each half gallon is 399. Just letting you know $3.99 visit on the same visit. On the same visit I ordered a Bojangles house salad. A boat is called a bowl salad bowl salad so trying something different. Oh, by the way, I don't know if I mentioned it, but the kids meal comes with the biscuit yum yum good vibes

Stopped by the Memphis location and enjoyed their chicken sandwich and a coke! The staff at the registers were pleasant and professional, the dining area is enough for a few small groups, outdoor dining is an option but space is limited. The restroom was clean and the storefront was well maintained. If it's the patrons cleaning up after themselves or the staff are quick to clean dining areas, I couldn't tell the difference! It was just refreshing to think everyone cleans up after themselves.

@bojangles This a childhood favorite, glad they are back in Memphis! The chicken biscuit has been my favorite of all times. The tender chicken filet and the homemade biscuit...ummmm! I add honey to mine! Always fresh! @yelpmemphis

Tiny slice of chicken on $6 sandwich.

Never written a Yelp review before, but I couldn't let this slide. I paid $5.29 for a sandwich with a slice of chicken so thin that you could hardly see it. Terrible waste of money. Worst part about it is that I actually bought two of these, and they both looked like that. (See picture)

I won't eat at this Bojangles anymore. Ordered the grill chicken. The chicken was old, dry and small. It likely sat in one of those drawers all day. If you see the chicken look like that don't serve it. That's just disrespectful. I took a bite thinking maybe it taste better than it looks. Nope! I was already on the highway. I will take that L but never again. The service was terrible too but I expect this in Memphis.

four pieces of raw chicken on a white surface

Disney even deserve 1 star customer service was so a** and the tenders WERE RAW worst play I've eaten at so not recommend food was terrible and the ambience was worst

Service is bad. Slow. Unfriendly. I would just avoid this restaurant if possible. Went next door to McDonald's. It was great.

Some fried chicken is not so good. This fried chicken, however, is very good. All fried chicken is good though. I will not hate on any fried chicken other than the fast food sponge type. That shit is gross! I have been to all locations that these folk have. I hope they make it here (more on that in a few). This location seems pretty dead mostly and they are not doing many things to help themselves I am afraid. But then again, I have seen this at the other two as well in the past and they are still growing. They must be doing something right. I'm the dumbass that thought Soul Fish would never make it, so... don't forget Adam. The workers are very pleasant, all seem to be Filipinos in the FOH, maybe since that's the basis of the concept. They are super nice but there can be a small language and cultural barrier when communicating with them. It's pretty low key inside. They have minimal decorations and did not much more than paint the place on the remodel. The chairs are uncomfortable, especially loud when they hit the floor, and oddly light. Why I think they may be in trouble... The front door is permanently closed. The other door had a closed sign on it twice when I have been there. The last visit the staff disappeared into a closet and two people came in and stood there alone. A guy that didn't speak English came up front and the customers asked, "are you open"? Additionally, the one side I found I liked here at the chain is different at this location. The onion rings are terrible here. They are crappy panko versions that get soggy and nasty really fast. The prices have skyrocketed at this location as well. Since last time I was here the 3 pc combo had increased 25% from the prior visit. That's an insane increase! On top of that, the website doesn't work and the pics they posted on Yelp themselves show the old prices still. Hate that mess!! Love this fried chicken but probably done with this location. I do still love the chicken. I'm done with the combos because the sides are all absolute trash, and the cookies suck too! They always have. Never eaten more than a bite of one. Only chicken for me from here on out. '25 - 116/111

Once I saw the menu in person (not the same online, more options), I wanted to try so much! I end up ordering a fish plate. I'm so glad they grilled option. I had it with green beans and fried okra. The fish was seasoned to perfection and it was served hot! The okra was really good as well. They were seasoned good as well. Plus they weren't greasy and heavy. I also had the cheeseburger. OMG! It was so juicy. I enjoyed all of the fresh toppings from the onions, lettuce, and tomatoes! My hubby had the lemon pepper hot wings and Parmesan cheese fries. Unfortunately, I couldn't try neither of those, but I will soon! ;) The service was really good! They made the experience all the better. The ambiance was super casual and filled with a Memphis themes. I can't wait to go back and try other menu items. I loved it!

They actually had a logo for one of their meals there, so I tried it as well. I believe it was the Chick meal. I actually enjoyed all my food. I see they had a history of bad reviews, but I guess they are working towards improvement. With that said, there was one takeaway.... temperature. Now I tried this delivery and as a drive-through order. The fries come off like they aren't fresh tbh. They are seasoned really well, but they taste like they have been sitting out for a bit. I was disappointed the most when it came to doing the drive through order and still getting luke warm (leaning to cold) fries since i sat in the drive through (right at the window) for a few minutes before getting my bag. I assumed it had to be due to waiting on fries, but i guess it must have been for the waffle. I do appreciate the kindness of the server at the drive-through windows. My only suggestion is that they do better with the cook timing. I dine in, so I don't have any notes from a dine in experience. I'm just happy that the line wasn't long since I see it used to be that way per tge older reviews.

But getting my food to me didn't seem to be their focus. I heard more personal conversations sitting at the window than any communication about the job itself. Biscuits, donuts, and fried chicken are staples in my belly! The execution of the vision is where it's all gone sideways. Allow me to explain... They are cashier-less. They are also human interaction less. I do not like it all, although I am a hypocrite as I hate human interactions as a rule. That makes me torn. Ugh The non personal interaction, with the I don't see you vibe you get from the staff when you walk in turns me off. They can see me, but just don't care to. It's tough man. They also don't take good Ol' American cash. I could actually care less about this as I always use cards anyway, but to others it pisses them off when you can't use actual money at a place that depends on money to thrive. This is my real beef, personally. Cheap ass packaging and utensils. Trying to save a dime or so on packaging will make me never come here again! I usually just get handheld biscuits and gator tots so I have never needed to use utensils before. The last time I ordered a biscuits and gravy box. It was served to go automatically and it was in a thin paper box with no liner with a piece of folded up wax paper on the bottom. The fork and knife given to me is the cheapest version you can buy. Think gas station utensils, and then move a step down from that. It was disfigured out of the package and was useless to try and use to cut. It simply folded. Trying to eat this out of the flimsy, tiny box, paired with the aluminum foil thickness plastic ware they gave me, I got so pissed off I just threw it away. The biscuit was good, the gravy was good, the tenders were old and cold which made cutting it impossible. I do believe cooking folks food to order is a must in this day and age. The folks that own this place need to step up the packaging badly. These bowls should be served in actual plastic or poly bowls with a lid and decent set of eating utensils! '26 - 24
