Love this place! The chicken is amazing, love the BoBerry Biscuits and the Steeped Sweet Ice Tea!

I know this place has not been open long and I really think they are trying to get it together. I had never eaten at a Bojangles so I thought I would give it a try. I went into the restroom first to wash my hands and there was toilet paper all clogged up in the toilet and there was hair in the sink. I almost walked out at that point, but I wanted to see what the food was like. It says the chicken is "just the right" amount of spicy and they are correct. I ordered a salad with crispy chicken so I could see exactly how spicy the chicken was before I bought more. I really liked the spring mix they make the salads with and there was an ample amount of chicken. It also included tomatoes, cheese and cucumbers. The ranch dressing was really good! The employees were all really friendly and they tried to be helpful. There was no ice available in the lobby so the customers were forced to take their cup up to the counter and interrupt the employees trying to take orders so they could get some ice. They had a big sign up that said to try their strawberry cobbler, and it worked because I tried to order one, but they didn't have any. I'm glad they are new to Manor, because small towns really don't have a lot of food varieties and it's always nice to welcome another one! read more

I was happy with this, I got exactly what I paid for and it was my friend's first time trying Bojangles and she agreed. Why not 5 stars? Because this wasn't the best chicken I've ever had, but it was still pretty good. The thing that got this to 4 stars was the customer service. I went to the drive-thru with zero wait during peak dinner time, so definitely go now! The crazy lines are hopefully over. I got the 4 piece chicken combo with fries and tea and a Bo-berry biscuit. I am afraid I am a fan!!! The chicken was very crunchy and juicy. The Bo-berry biscuit was unexpectedly very tasty and not dry. I think these tenders are better than Whataburgers so definitely go if you live close by!!! Also the fries actually taste like potatoes. My only complaint is that I wish it came with more. We came during its first two weeks of opening and the wait was crazy long - almost 1.5 hours! Our food was fine but not anything special. Their Cajun chicken was a bit on the spicy side for my kids - so just a heads up if you have kids sensitive to spice. They have a variety of different sauces you can choose from and the biscuits were yummy. I would try it again, but not anytime soon. read more

Finally the lines have died down after grand opening!...Service was very friendly, very clean and new....Wife went with the Tenders which as great flavor and crunch, but wish they were fryer fresh....I know expecting a lot for fast food...but it would take the tenders to a whole new level of good. To start, I was really eager to try this place, it was my first time ever and took it to-go. I enjoyed the chicken sandwich, very similar to other known franchises but I didn't think the biscuits, tenders, peach cobbler were mid. Being my first time I wanted to try their sauces too but be warned, I was being charged for all 6 of them unknowingly! Bojangles Manor has been highly anticipated so I expected a line and wait but the wait I experienced was excessive. The service and ordering experience was ok it just took way too long for what's being served. Overall the visit took over an hour. I ordered two 3 pc tender meals w/ Mac & cheese because they were out of fries, couldn't sub the biscuit for the Bo-Berry (not even for an up charge). 49 minutes later when I finally made it to the window I wasn't greeted until I was being handed my order which took an additional 7-8 minutes. The vibe from what I seen seems chill, there's a decent amount of people on staff, all young, polite enough. Food is ok, the biscuits are pretty good. The Bo sauce is like a honey mustard with a slight kick. Ordered sweet tea but got unsweetened. With this review I gave a lot of grace because this is a new restaurant that is extremely hyped so maybe I'll try again after some of the hype dies down. Austin just opened its first Bojangles in Manor last month. I have not had Bojangles in years so I was excited as this is a staple in North Carolina. First, be ready to wait in line either in the drive through or inside the store. The place is pretty packed. This is most likely because there's a lot of hype with its recent opening. It may get less crowded over time. Secondly, the food was decent. But the menu is limited here for some reason. You can only get chicken tenders at Manor. You can't get legs, thighs, breasts or wings. And for some reason, when I went, they were out of salad. So, I ended up just getting chicken tenders and sides. The chicken tenders and biscuits are delicious. I'll absolutely go back but I would just order chicken tenders and biscuits. I was not a fan of the mac and cheese or the French fries. Overall, it's a decent spot to go to. Hopefully, it gets less busy and the add more menu items. read more

My mom and I were picking up food for my dad and sister when they forgot our cookies. My mom called back once she realized before we made it home, and we were in contact with AJ. First great customer service from him! Gave us options to take a drive-through or park in the front. When we parked, he came out immediately and asked how many cookies we had -- 2 --and handed us an extra for the trouble!! Cookies were sweet and had a nice blueberry flavor. People may have issues with waiting, it just happens, people get backed up and have to deal with other things on top of just customers. People can make all the difference for a spot. So I'll start by saying why I gave this location a 3-star rating, there's so many factors that goes into this writing being three stars for the fact all of the matter is the extremely long wait time and the overwhelming busyness from this location just opening. Can't really control that when something is new in a city or a town people rush to it. I just want to experience it and I understand that that's why I give it a three so far but onto the actual food itself I think I want to come back and revisit it before I give it my honest truth, or my absolute truth about what the food actually taste like but from first glance or first time experiencing this restaurant, I would like to say that there are items that are good their items that are really good and there are items that need a little bit of help so I would start off with saying this is a chicken joint. The chicken is good. The chicken is really good compared to other chicken places that are very popular that are out on the market. I think this one is very close to the top. Seeing that I am a bit biased with Popeyes being number one, but Bojangles is very close to that when it comes to the quality of the chicken even on a week like this week being in its grand opening, I will come back and revisit this opinion later but as of now that's where I'm gonna stand with it the sides I only got a couple. I think I got dirty rice and macaroni and cheese dirty rice, thumbs up macaroni and cheese thumbs down the macaroni and cheese taste as if it was nursing home cafeteria quality, dirty rice. I'm not a big fan of dirty rice but dirty rice taste good it tasted like dirty rice, good quality not too salty not to bland. It was just very like right in the middle. It was right where you want your dirty rice to be. The ambience I didn't go inside. I think I went inside to grab a menu and everybody seemed OK I mean of course it's a grand opening and it's been a couple days. There's a lot of people inside. People are waiting. It didn't seem like people were impatient or matter or angry. When you run out of french fries...before it's even 6:30 on Friday...I'm not sure you're going to make it Bojangles, Manor. My first time visiting. My family still likes you, but I am not impressed. Uplevel hack for businesses who want to sustain a good reputation with repeat satisfied customers; Shift managers should have a plan-what will you offer in place of no fries? For customers who spend nearly $60 on to-go food, why don't you apologize for the inconvenience and offer something, anything? Offer one dessert. Offer a coupon for the next visit. Any tiny gesture and you would increase both business and reputation. When something goes wrong, you need to shift your plan. Simply to say, "we don't have any" is not the way. read more

Chick Fil A this place is not! This place seems hit or miss based on reviews. Depends on the day you go I assume. I don't know though, I just feel as a brand new business, you would think the manager/owner would be steadfast in its opening months of making sure this place was running like a well oiled machine. I just had lunch at the newly opened Mexican Sugar this past week (I know, two totally different businesses) and it was night and day how anal they were about making sure their opening was compared to how this location is. Maybe the owner is banking on the Bojangles brand carrying them past pedestrian service or that Manor's population will put up with average service but idk...I don't know if this crowd in Texas will accept this as the standard. I made an online order from home, took a solid 20 minutes to make it to Bojangles, and still had to wait another 20+ minutes for my order. There was a Sunday afternoon rush, yes, but I mean it wasn't like a line was out the building or anything. The workers though to their credit were fine. I see some reviews saying the workers don't care, I didn't get that sense. But there was no urgency at all. They seem, only two months into opening, already complacent with slow service. The employees were nice though. Though it was a funny visual seeing two employees go on break with fresh Bojangles in their hands and eating at a table while annoyed customers were in line waiting for their food. I'm not trying to rag on them or anything. But compared to Chick Fil A employees where they act like they will lose their job if a customer is waiting more than 10 minutes, this place is...yeah. The food was solid, not anything I'm in a rush to return for though. The biscuits are the highlight. I can bet all the agitated customers who were in line won't be in a rush to return either. Based on other reviews, it doesn't seem like a sustainable business to me but we'll see. Maybe this place will improve over time...I can only hope the manager/owner cares because based on the consistency of similar reviews as mine, they seem content with this being the standard quo. read more

First time here and overall it was surprisingly good for a fast food fried chicken place! I had a three tender combo and a sandwich. The chicken sandwich may possibly be even better than Popeye's as far as fast food chicken sandwiches go and that's saying a lot for this 450 pound Sasquatch of a man. The tenders were juicy and well spiced and seasoned too, and I liked the fries though they were a bit salty. The creamy buffalo sauce was great and as far as biscuits at a fast food place go they were WAY better than I expected-- gotta come here for breakfast sometime. That said, we didn't get any honey or butter with them so it was kind of sad by itself (we got drive thru and ate it while out) and my partner didn't get a fork for his coleslaw (which he said was kinda bland and needed salt and pepper, which we also didn't get) but I guess we'll just have to ask for them next time, since I'm not even sure what you get by default at drive thru here (I mean even McDonald's doesn't give you ketchup unless you ask anymore these days, sheesh). I've seen some other reviews here mention lackluster service, but we felt it was pretty good overall: the crew was definitely young but upbeat, attentive, and they got our order right and everything came out quick. Unsweet tea was brewed pretty well for fast food also. This one Austin location is a bit of a drive for me so don't know how often I'll be here but can definitely see myself coming back when I can. 02/01/2026- I ordered at 813 p.m. the order said 53 minutes to wait the time is now 927 and a driver has not been assigned to delivery. Sending $43.00 dollars to wait longer than if I was going out to eat for food, I'm paying to be delivered is very much a problem. Will not be using delivery services for a while. This is becoming a normal with the service of delivery. Very dissatisfied. 02/02/26- I ordered again atb1130 am. My food was taken to wrong address, I informed Favor the order was reordered. I didn't receive my order until 1530, when I received the order it was wrong. A entire meal was missing and a drink. At this point I was furious, disappointed and upset. I decided to call and speak to the manager and I spoke with a gentleman named Eli who is very kind and very helpful And offered to buy me and my family dinner to make up for the mistakes. I come in the next day, I barely missed Eli before he was done with his shift but The other manager, D Banks was there and happy to assist me. He did fulfill the promise to feed my entire family with the family pack and they did so with excellent service. My experience here was profound. Excellent first visit ever to a Bojangles! Greeted on arrival at lunchtime. The entire dining area and bathrooms were clean. Service line was run efficiently and politely. The prices were reasonable. I called ahead yesterday morning and spoke to someone about having 12 of the 6 pack of BoBerry biscuits ready for me to pick up at 5:30 this morning, The gentleman I spoke with assured me he would let the staff konw so they would be ready when I got there at 5:30 this morning. So I made the trak from Cedar Park to Manor, arrived at 5:33 a.m. only to be informed they had no Bo Berry biscuits, the person who know how to make them, had not shown up for work yet, and they were not aware that they needed to have that many biscuits made this morning. Total lack of communication has ruined what was supposed to be me introducing my co workers to Bojangles, now I am going o be telling them to stay away from this place . Where to start....They messed up my chicken sandwich. I asked for it to be BLT style.....so they left off the chicken and I got the rest...HUH? Then the coleslaw was really dry and not at all flavorful. The bun on the sandwich was mediocre at best. I also wanted to try the tenders, to try just the chicken flavor and see how it was. It was fried in old oil...you can taste the burnt oil flavor in the chicken. The color was dark brown on the verge of being burnt. Chicken should have a nice aroma to it, not the smell of week old frying oil. Worse than Popeyes and KFC way worse than Bush's. Chic Fila blows this joint out of the water.....for a premium price I was expecting at best a decent meal. I got old oil...missing chicken and bland everything else. I would not recommend or revisit this place. I think the best part was the sweet tea...but I asked for lemon...there was none. The tea is also a generic restaurant tea that was just not as good as canned Arizona. Pretty much a lower end fast food restaurant that is way worse than most and nothing to really make it a return trip......stick with Canes or any of the others. read more
