Was so happy that Louisiana finally got a Bojangles...was missing my chicken biscuit and ham biscuit from living in Virginia. Wish they served the bone in chicken aa theirs is so much better than Popeyes. And of course the cheer wine. The staff is helpful and wonderful every time I go. It's probably a good thing they are in Duson and not Youngsville so not spending every day there. read more

I had been seeing customers raving about this restaurant all over social media so I was ecstatic to finally try it on my road trip to Houston, TX last weekend. I must say, the people were right! This is a casual fine in restaurant, there's drive through at the locations as well or a quick grab and go spot. Nothing against them, but a Bojangles in Baton Rouge would blow Raising Canes out of the water! The tenders are seasoned to perfection and don't require their sauce, although there are a variety from BBQ, jalapeño ranch, peach honey hot, buffalo, the Bo sauce- their signature, honey mustard and more! The fries are seasoned perfectly also. I tried the Bo berry shake which could've had more blueberry in it but it was still delightful. The homemade biscuits top off the meal; their strawberry sweet tea was amazing and refreshing, not too sweet but great for a hot day. We also had the baked Mac and cheese and blackberry cobbler. My family is already planning our next trip back here . I can't wait to try the sweet potato pie I hear another location has. 10/10 will try again soon! read more

I was surprised to find Bojangles open as I walked around the gas station looking for breakfast. I walked around the corner and down the hall, lo and behold they were open! Called my son to come in and order. We got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a chicken biscuit. The biscuits were so good. Thick and rich. We had to wait 5 minutes for the hash browns but they were worth the wait. Huge and hot, it had an onion taste to it and I loved them. We were traveling and so happy to find this gem. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVERYONE IS INSANELY RUDE and I got called every name in the book just asking when a biscuit was gonna be done. The manager needs to be fired for a horrible attitude. Honestly I never say this but her attitude is so horrible and Ghetto. Don't go there cause I bet from her attitude they spit in the food. 0/10. So disrespectful for no reason I was quiet and waited on my phone the whole time. Also for one biscuit it took over 20 minutes. Also I wouldn't be surprised if she's the type of manager that would throw a drink at a customer or some shit but I see that she just really hates her life so it's sad that's how she decides to handle her anger. If you have a lot of anger like that maybe get a job that you actually like and can do cause clearly a job with customer service isn't the best pick for a bitch. read more

I LOVE Bojangles!! I tried this restaurant for the first time back in December in another state. I was so excited to see this one advertised on our way through Louisiana. This location is in a gas station which made me a little nervous, but it was very nice and clean! I only order the tenders, so this didn't impact me, but I did hear other people in the restaurant mention that this location has a condensed menu compared to the regular standalone locations. The only thing I felt like I was missing out on was my Cajun Pintos. The staff was really friendly. They let us know immediately that there would be a little bit of a wait but our food would at least be fresh. It was indeed fresh and definitely hit the spot. I consider myself to be a fairly introverted person and a people pleaser. I also don't enjoy bread like products (biscuits, rolls, donuts, etc.). My box was supposed to come with a biscuit. My husband offered to split his with me, but I declined. I went straight to the counter and asked to have my missing one. I say this not to put the restaurant down. I feel it's important to express to you just how good these biscuits are and how much you need to try one!! This is a great location to get your tender & sweet tea fix! Grilled chicken sandwich was really good. Dirty rice was kinda mushy with not much flavor. The fries are great when they are hot. But the star of the show the Bo-Berry biscuit are amazing fresh soft sweet glaze with plenty of blueberries. The regular biscuits are soft and buttery and soft as clouds. Food good, staff SUCKS!!!! long story short a few days ago i went eat there and accidentally had left my wristlet with all my cash and cards in the restaurant. hours later i realized i could not find my wristlet. once i checked my air tag that is attached to my wristlet, and it pinged at Bojangles. so, i went over there and asked if they had seen it and even showed them my airtag was there. by their response i could tell something was up. so, i called the cops because i had no other choice or way to get my wristlet back. after an HOUR of searching, we checked the cameras to see a worker had picked them up! no biggie went got my wristlet and all was good moments after leaving i check my wristlet to see they had stolen all of the cash out of it ! i had to go to the bank to change my cards because of this. they were acting suspicious because they STOLE from me!! mind you GROWN adults. workers nuttier than squirrel shit !! stealing from a 20-year-old. get a grip, get a life, and get your fucking money without being a thief read more
