The service was very friendly and knowledgeable, encouraging me to start with a comfortable spice level but come back and try something new. Be aware that anything about Hot requires a waiver to sign and for good reason, it's not called Blazin' Hot for nothing. The chicken is incredible, well seasoned, moist and cooked perfectly. It's absolutely delicious topped with the house sauce and accompanied by the seasoned waffle fries. I started with Medium and as someone who has an affinity with spicy food, it wasn't that spicy but had a good kick to it. I will try Hot next time. The slider combo came with two sandwiches was decently portioned for the price. The fries were cooked well although they weren't all crispy as I had a few that were soft. The seasoning is a nice touch and something I would love to replicate at home and it pairs nicely with the chicken. The fish is fried perfectly. The chicken as well though I could have used a little more seasoning. Sides were good. But that turkey wing. My hubs took one bite. Looked at me and smiled. Drove across town in December to the Congress Street location, hoping it would be better same thing. Obviously, they've changed their batter recipe. Three of the pieces in the box had retained moisture underneath that pound of crust and turned the chicken soggy. Thankfully, I won't be eating at churches anymore, and possibly may have saved myself from a heart attack!
