Everytime I travel down south I make sure that I stop at bojangles for the chicken and this time didn't disappoint. We are able to stop there and get my wife and I an order for the road. They staff was patient as we figured out what to order and we got the 3 piece meal in which I have the fries and she got the rice as well as the beans. She enjoyed her food and I know I enjoyed mines. If you are ever traveling make sure you take time stop because you won't regret the chicken is good and fresh. read more

I've tried this place years ago but it was during breakfast so I was excited to try the regular menu. The chicken sandwich was hot but it was dry like nothing on the sandwich at all. The fries weren't hot which I don't understand at all since I had to wait for my food. The staff was really nice however and refilled my drink while I waited. There was a 96 health code, there was not a clean table in the whole restaurant there was personal items on the only clean table in there. The restroom was clean. I had a Cajun biscuit it was warmed over chicken was cold even though they were making fresh biscuits I didn't get one with the chicken biscuit. I love the cheddar biscuits, but you can't get one here. The cheese biscuit was fresh out of the oven but not fully cooked all the way through. Hash browns were amazing very hot seasoned very well had a wonderful flavor to them. The person with me had a ham biscuit it looked very good he also had a pimento and cheese biscuit good flavor. EXTREMELY SLOW. Gave order at drive through twice. Got to pick up window and gave order again. Asked to pull ahead and sat for 15 minutes waiting for order while many others drove around us. Still sitting here waiting for order. This is lunch time 12:40 p.m. People gave walked in and ate then exited while we waited. Walked in to find few customers, six employees. Asked about our order and they said waiting on your grilled chicken. Gave me my order which was missing a 4 piece. Manager said none ordered and I informed here we ordered twice at sign and once at window. Cashier walked to get it while manager walked away. Bojangles is back and under new management. Hopefully they can work it out this time. It was here a few years ago and it closed and now reopened under new ownership. The chicken is solid, the biscuits are pretty good. The service is good. Parking and going inside is nice, you really get to see how friendly the staff is. Wow! This Bojangles is owned by young people who care about making an impact on the community. This was my first time visiting this location, while visiting Alabama, and I am very impressed with their customer engagement. They have a strategic plan to engage their customers and change the perspective of young people, one event at a time. They are planning networking events, women events, and even bingo nights; all to strengthen the community engagement of local businesses. I hope it catches on here in Montgomery! The customer service at this location is amazing. A young lady entered the store and was unsure what the difference between the chicken supreme and chicken tender was, and the manager gave her one to try for free. I've been to many fast food establishments that don't offer their customers an opportunity to try before they buy. They also have $5 meal deals that come with your choice of meat, side, biscuit, and a drink! They are very affordable and accommodating to their consumers. All of the tables were dirty, said the biscuits would be done in 3 minutes. 20 minutes later, still no biscuits.We go up there and they say it's ready but still take their time to give it to us. They have no napkins, and all that they had for breakfast was biscuits. When we finally got our biscuits they were raw on the inside. They looked cooked but were raw. Well, let's start with placing my grub hub order. I ordered a 3 wing plate with pinto beans and dirty rice as well as a 3 wing plate with mac & cheese. First the grub hub driver called to tell me that they were outbid dirty rice ... no problem, substitute mac & cheese. After delivery,we received a 2, 3 thigh dinners, no wings.
