First of all, this is not a complaint. I understand inflation and all the rest that is going on. BUT...I went in today and ordered a single patty cheeseburger and small fries. Usually I get that for my wife, and a double patty bacon burger for myself, but today I wanted something different, so she got the single. There were only 2 people there when I arrived at NOON, and one lady came in for a call in order. My order came to $15.60, for the single and little fries! If the restaurant business is hurting, it's hurting because the public is hurting. How to remedy this, I don't know, but if i did, I'd be rich. The food was good my wife said, but as I said, this is not a complaint. Perhaps they could bring some prices down, if they charge extra for extra cheese and extra bacon, etc and stop the "get everything for no extra cost" and give a measured amount of fries, instead of a cup and a scoop for a certain price. Stop the "free peanuts" because they are not free, and the ones I ate today were soft and stale. I paid $5.50 for a little fry. Everyone is hurting, well, the average working person, so 5 Guys, take a minute to figure it out. Kill the not so free freebees, and reduce some prices. I generally go twice per week, but now it looks like I will be going to Vickie's lunch on Coliseum Blvd until something happens at 5 Guys. Most expensive Hamburgers in town, freshly made hamburgers sets them aside from the Fast Food franchises. Best French fries in town! Clean store, never to busy because the prices are so high I.e. $10.00 for a hamburger is ridiculous! Outside the prices, the place is clan, employees are helpful and helpful, putting out there top quality hamburgers and fry's in record time. Really organized! read more

Large location. The one at Eastchase is often busier. But this location is nice and has all the fancy bells and whistles. The burgers are good and the staff is working. Not great but good. read more

Yes, it's a chain so nothing too unique. I'd probably rather go here than other 5 Guys because they're just not too busy during lunch hour. I usually get the cheeseburger with all the fixin's and BBQ sauce with an order of small fries. It's a good thing they finally have options for a smaller batch of fries because the other one was enough to feed a small family. I still think the fries are a bit overpriced but they're better than In-N-Out fries in my opinion. Honestly, I think they could lower their soda prices and not have the super duper high tech Coke machines...they are pretty cool though! I'm too dumb to figure out how to use their ice machine though. It's funny how a grandpa figured it out before I did. You pretty much just push your cup all the way in to catch the ice machine part of it and then press the buttons for your drink selection. I noticed the other machine was stalled out and needed a reboot...kind of crazy that a soda machine needs so much technology. Anyway, great burgers and fries! I'll be back soon! read more

Excellent food and service. This particular service team at five guys are awesome. They had a what seemed to be a new guy at the register - They quickly fixed his hiccups and promptly delivered a well tasting meal to me. I am happy with this place, will definitely return to eat again and next time will make it a point to bring Cash to Tip the service people here. read more

My star rating is getting lower for this particular one on Zelda road . It was great customer service at first now its improperly managed . Employees walk around with EarPods in , when ordering off the app it's still a wait because they never check the app orders .. I love the fresh food but the employees are terrible ! read more

Came here because my husband wanted a burger and they were nearby. I expected a good burger as they have awards plastered on their walls and windows. I ordered the lettuce wrap (burger patty with onions & mushrooms, wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun. Their meat was tasteless! I shouldn't have to load my food with condiments to get some flavor. I make my own burger patties and they're delicious - full of spices. They're generous with their fries and their staff are friendly. Their hotdogs are a lot tastier than their burgers, but I'm not a hotdog fan. read more

We were pretty disappointed with this spot. I've eaten at Five Guys restaurants all up and down the East Coast. This one was disgusting. The floors and table tops were filthy and it wasn't peanuts. It took 25 minutes to get 1 burger and 2 orders of fries out and we were the only new customers during that time. Normally when you think of five guys you think of the burgers or shakes, but the hot dogs are also quite amazing as well. I decided to do a take out order, so I went in and I ordered a plain hot dog and some fries and it was one of the best hot dogs that I've had in quite some time. I enjoy the crispiness that you get from the hot dog being cooked after it has been cut open. It provides a bit more flavor to a normally bland meal, the only complaint that I have about the food is that the fries were a bit oily, but when you get so many, you don't have much room to complain. Everyone was following COVID guidelines by social distancing and wearing masks and gloves. And my order was taken and given to me all within 10 minutes, almost everything was given to you in non-styrofoam/ plastic products which is also a plus. The only issue that I see sustainability wise is the plastic straws and the aluminum foil that your food is wrapped in. Other than those minor things I had a great experience! read more

I never care much for Fast Food that overcharges for drinks and at $2.40+ they fall into that category. I also hate the multi drink dispensers which they also have. So if I pay that much for a soda, I at least expect to get what I want. One machine did not work at all and the other had no Coke except Coke zero...wait what?! And no PowerAde at all. Service was fast friendly and accurate, but I don't much care for the burgers anyway but others in my party do, so there I was. The meat has no flavor and I guess that is why the numerous topping options-gotta add some taste/flavor somehow. $28.00 for two burgers and a hot dog is out for me. First time ever at a Five Guys - Juicy burgers and huge portions! Next time I think I'll go with the little burger, instead of a regular cheeseburger (which had two patties and two slices of cheese). Our group of six split two orders of fries and was just fine. The food was hot and fresh and came out quick. I'd definitely go back, but probably not for a while...that was a lot of beef! read more
