love Cajun seafood from Boil Daddy! This time, we went to the Stanton location. We ordered the seafood we wanted, including shrimp, clams, and mussels. The corn, sausage, and potato were also perfectly blended with the sauce!! Not only seafood, we also got the sweet chili wings!! And this big fish and chips basket... The fish was so HUGE!!! Ending? Ice chu fried cream puff! So unique! IG: socalhkfoodies

Was disappointed. Sadly parking is ok but it's really dirty outside. Walked in with friends was nice and empty. We decided to share. It was 3 of us unfortunately we were all disappointed. It was not that flavorful portions were small. Expected more. I won't be coming back for the amount we paid was not worth it.

Placed the order via DoorDash for pickup. Parking was ample and free right in front of the shop. The young lady at the cash register was polite and friendly. My order was ready upon arrival. Ample seats to eat inside too. I got myself the food and loved the texture of the item but I felt extremely overwhelmed by the raw garlic taste. I wish I had known how much raw garlic was used for the food because I would have gotten the sauce on the side instead. I couldn't eat much of the order because it was overwhelmingly garlic-ky. If you are sensitive to raw garlic taste and odor like me, this is something really good to keep in mind during ordering. I would love to return and try their other food items. Everything tasted great texture wise otherwise and I would imagine how good the food is had it not for the raw garlic.

I Placed An Online Delivery Through InstaCart Last Thursday, 6/18/26. First Time Trying One Of The Cajun Combos. The Special Deal Through InstaCart Is Buy One Get One Free Combo. I Ordered The Boatswain's Catch Combo. Compared To Other Seasoning Sauces I've Had -- Honestly I've Had Better. It Wasn't That Flavorful. I Chose Medium Spicy & There Wasn't A Kick To It!! But, Everything Tasted Fresh. My Husband Had Their Version Of 'Fish & Chips'. He Really Like The Fish. I Chose Regular Fries & Tastes Very Bland. They Didn't Even Taste As If They Were Tossed With Salt.

Underrated spot! Loved the seafood boil especially the fish and chips! The space is a little small but there wasn't a wait line when we came on a Saturday night. I would definitely come back here again :). IG/TIKTOK: @janelleatsocal

Came here with my parents and we enjoyed their seafood boil as well as other food items. We got the spicy daddy sauce with our seafood boil, shrimp garlic pasta, fried fish and wings. I really loved the fried fish with the spicy daddy sauce on the side. The service was nice and restaurant was clean. Would definitely come back for some seafood boil!

Today I checked out Boil Daddy in Stanton and went all in on the seafood feast! We ordered lobster, snow crab, clams, mussels, peeled shrimp, and head-on shrimp tossed in their signature Daddy Sauce. Everything was fresh, juicy, and packed with bold Cajun garlic flavor. The garlic shrimp pasta was rich and buttery, while the steamed rice paired perfectly with the sweet shrimp. We also grabbed chicken wings and fries for the table, and they were crispy and flavorful. To finish things off, we treated ourselves to the fried ice cream puff for dessert. It was warm, crispy, sweet, and the perfect ending to a seafood feast. If you're a seafood lover looking for a fun, affordable boil spot in Orange County, Boil Daddy is definitely worth a visit!

Boil Daddy truly had a great spread dedicated to their various seafood and fried menu items. From creamy pasta to Cajun fries, everything balanced out so well in terms of all the flavors and textures. The service and atmosphere was also warm and welcoming. I definitely would love to return to try more menu items and for my another seafood boil meal!

A couple of friends and I were craving seafood boil but the popular restaurant had a two hour wait time. So I checked Yelp and found this location less than five minutes from. I was excited because the rating was high, but it should have went through the reviews a little better. They are located in a shopping center plaza with plenty of parking and only indoor seating. There was no line and a father/son were eating and I asked them, but they thought of the food and they said it was great. I proceed to order one of their combo meals with the Cajun Daddy house sauce mild. I also ordered a side of hot sauce. We also ordered a pound of crawfish and a pound of clams and an order of fries. The service was basic. They put out a paper on our table and brought out our food. They are very skimpy on the lemon, salt and pepper. You have to keep asking for more and they give you very little each time. Let me start off with the fries - they were soft, not crispy and lacked flavor. The seafood is not fresh. I repeat it is not fresh, it is frozen seafood. However, they prepare it, it is obvious that nothing is seasoned or marinated. Their house sauce, which is the daddy sauce didn't do any justice for the seafood. Highly disappointed, especially that we spent a pretty penny. I stopped eating the crawfish and the clams altogether. I continued eating the combo which came with a lobster, crab, legs, and shrimp with the head on. I just could not find any of the seafood tasty. The lobster was terrible, extremely overcooked and chewy. The shrimp, same thing. The crab, it was acceptable. The best thing in this bag was the sausage. There was also potatoes and corn, but I didn't bother to try it. So if you are looking for something quick with no line, come here. But if you want quality and are willing to wait, go somewhere else. I was quite surprised to see a lot of pick up orders taking place.

Was craving some seafood and decided to drop by here after hearing good reviews! We got a spread of different seafood and were so full after eating it! We also got some fried mahalo shrimp, fish & chips and wings! The staff were friendly and gave us their recommendations. Best to end the meal with some fried ice cream puffs.

The mussels by the pound (I didn't take a good picture of them while we were eating)

Nancy O.

The restaurant is small but they sure do put out some great food !!! Service was great, she covered our table which turned out to be a great idea !!! We ordered fried oysters, and fish and chips (both came with fries which you can have plain or cajun style !) we ordered one plain one Cajun . Then we got an order of one pound of mussels , they come with Cajun sauce or the garlic butter sauce or the two mixed together!! We choose the garlic butter Cajun sauce. When I said it the server taking the order said "good choice" and she was right !!!!! Not gonna lie the sauce is a little messy (they do provide gloves and a bib) but so DELICIOUS!!!!!! So good !!!

The place is clean and welcoming, making you feel comfortable right away. Their Cajun seafood, and Fish n Chips are a must-try because they're just right - crispy, but not too oily and very tasty. What stands out is how the food, service, all come together to make you feel you're getting more than your money's worth. It's the kind of restaurant you look forward to visiting again even before you leave!!! read more

We were pleasantly surprised with how delicious this place was! Got the half and half 1 pound with daddy sauce and it was bomb for each person. The medium spicy wasn't too spicy for me (higher than normal spice tolerance) but I didn't want to go hard on the spices. Got it to-go and food was ready when we went to pick it up and was still really warm when we went home to eat. The service seemed really friendly. There seems to be a lot of indoor seating and that it could be a decent place for medium size groups. The only reason I give it four stars is because of how pricey it is. But I'd definitely come back especially with how the other chain seafood spots seem to be going down the drain over the years. read more

If you're looking for a small, unassuming Cajun seafood restaurant with fresh seafood and great service, then The Boil Daddy is the place for you. Tucked away in a quiet corner of Stanton, I have gone to quite a few similar restaurants (Boiling Crab,, Wild Crab, etc.) and I'm always disappointed on how overcooked the seafood is. The Boil Daddy seafood came out perfectly cooked. I finally didn't have to eat rubbery shrimp. I am very happy with the whole meal. read more

Way over priced compared to other types of this restaurant. Ordered spicy sauce and was very mild. No ice for drinks. Quite a few bad clams in the order. Service is poor at best. This is more of a fast food place where you order at counter and then that's it. I prefer locations that charge this much money for their food to provide table service but not here. Won't be back to this location as there are so many other types of Cajun Seafood in the area. Score of 3 out of 10. read more

The sauce was delicious, offering a Thai inspired flavor to this classic viet cajun style meal. The added basil was a very fragrant addition. California crawfish season is just about to begin, but I don't know if the restaurant started using fresh live crawfish yet because the majority of the crawfish shells were soft and mushy, although thr meat was still good. Based on the sauce alone, I'd definitely try again in a month or two to see if the quality of the crawfish improves as we get deeper into crawfish season. The clams were hit and miss as some were great while others were handy. Generous amounts of sausages and potatoes were given for a good price. My wife and I were able to finish the add ons in one sitting. I'd give the restaurant and overall 3.5 right now, 5 for the sauce alone and a bit lower than a 3 for the seafood quality. We still enjoyed the meal, but quality could definitely be better.

Absolutely incredible experience at this seafood boil restaurant!! From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The seafood was perfectly cooked and every bite was packed with flavor. The seasoning was spot on: rich, buttery, spicy, and delicious without overpowering the seafood itself. The shrimp, crab legs, lobster, clams, and mussels were all amazing, and the portions were generous too. The sides were just as good, especially the corn, sausage and potatoes soaked in the house sauce. Everything came out hot, fresh, and fast. You can really tell they care about quality and customer service here. If you love seafood boils, this place is a must-visit. Easily one of the best seafood meals I've had in a long time. The order did take awhile to come out probably about 15 mins due to other parties ordering ahead of me and what looked like a lot of to go orders since people were coming in and out. Coffee came out first and for $6 the size was huge! I took one sip and man it was really refreshing! A little more on the sweeter side but it was good! My food came out next and decided to dig in immediately. The eggroll was first and it was crispy! Paired with a small side of sweet chili sauce, that was good!
