    Funnel Cake!

I LOVE this spot! My husband & 3 kids love coming here for a chill late night dinner! We have been very lucky that we usually go on non busy days so we basically have the place to ourselves with occasional other people. The shrimp is amazing! So juicy and flavorful. There garlic fries are amazing and chicken tenders! Everything is always fresh and personally we received everything really fast! They definitely accommodate to us as we do have 3 wild kids and we've always felt very welcomed here! We usually have the same 2 young guys as serves and they are the best! Super laid back with amazing service. I was there last night btw 6-8pm and I left satisfied as always! Funnel Cake 10/10!!! Best part, it feels like your have sea food near a pier or beach local with the detail in there decor and vibe. 100% one of my Fav spots!

Was really craving seafood boil last weekend and saw how close The Crab Shack was to me so I decided to stop by here. I was surprised it wasn't busy especially on a Friday night. We got seated right away. Started off with their margarita and my boyfriend got a corona. Their margarita wasn't strong at all. I honestly thought it was a mocktail at first but after a while I could slightly taste the alcohol but it was extremely light. Ordered half a dozen oysters and their crab shack fries as starters. Oysters were fresh and delicious but I wish it came with cocktail sauce and horseradish. Still delicious though if you like oysters! Their fries were cooked perfectly. Crunchy but soft on the inside and good Cajun seasoning. We ordered combo 1 to share for our seafood boil. You can choose up to 3 seafood choices but we decided to do 2lbs of shrimp and 1lb of crawfish. For the sauce we chose the crab shack style (medium spice). The combo already includes corn, potatoes, and sausage. Sauce was good and not overly spicy. Staff were nice and checked on us frequently to make sure we were doing okay. I definitely want to come back and get their seafood boil again but also try their other starters!

We ordered the combo #2 with crab shack style seasoning medium spicy and it was super flavorful and a good spice level that builds as you continue to eat. The combo was enough for our family of four and everyone had plenty to eat. It satisfied our seafood boil craving and I highly recommend it for locals! Other options are quite a drive away and I really enjoyed it here. We also ordered fries and onion rings and the fries are fantastic here. They give ranch and ketchup with it and it also goes great with the seafood seasoning. There's plenty of seating inside and there were only a few other tables when we came on a Sunday night so service was quick and they were attentive. There is plenty of parking as well but if the restaurant is on the right side of the road when you're driving, make sure to turn in after you pass it for the correct lot.

I LOVE crab shack! We usually go to the one in Gardena but this was a nice change. Our usual order is 2 pounds crab shack style shrimp medium spicy with regular fries! Can't beat that, unless you add on crab!!! Service was decent, it was a slow day and seemed like minimal employees so no complaints there. This location is a decent size and kept clean!

The food was fresh, delicious and served in a timely manner. Everyone was super friendly and the music playing in the dining area was on point! We had such a great time celebrating my birthday here and we will definitely come back!!

This location is placed in a small shopping/business center. However, there was ample parking when I went. (A Tuesday at 6:30pm). Walking in I didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by the Aloha ambiance and wide spacious seating. We were seated immediately (all 11 of us) and tended to with professionalism and warm energy by our server. I must say, he handled this group seamlessly. Took all our drink orders and answered questions about the menu. Now, he did make it clear that he loves the mussels and that's what he chooses each time but gave us amazing descriptions to all the other items we I quoted about. Our group ordered a variety from crab boil bags, fish and fries, shrimp and fries, and crabby burgers. Everyone loves their meals and we left nothing! I will definitely be back!!

Pretty solid place. There's a bunch of places to choose from when it comes to Cajun boil, but I would say this place gets the job done. I enjoyed the mild option. The shrimp is probably the best bang for your buck. We ordered the clams but half the shells didn't have the actual clam in it. We ended up having to dig in the bag to find the protein. Service was awesome. Definitely a place to hit up if you're in the area, a local and don't want to drive to a place super far for your favorite Cajun boil spot.

Looking for a seafood boil close to my house. This one had really good reviews. We went on a Saturday night. In February. I wonder why it wasn't super packed considering how many good reviews they had. Probably because it's been very cold. OK this might be unpopular opinion, but 20/10 that they had a bucket at the table for you to put your shrimp peel and crab peelings. I don't know why most locations don't have this. I really appreciate it their crab shack fries10/10!! I also really enjoyed their crabcakes with the salad on the side the coleslaw wow10/10 and I am just barely starting to get used to crab tasting. I don't really love it yet. My boyfriend loved the snow crab. He said it was so delicious! I also really love the servers there. They're very sweet. Definitely recommend this location. Just wanna say we got our seafood boil 1 pound shrimp 1 pound snow crab legs. And ask for mild, it was a bit spicy maybe I'd recommend that if you're not that into spicy, maybe you can let them know.

This was my first time to eat at this establishment. I ordered the Fish and Chips. I decided to settle on Fish and Chips when I learned that the "Fish" was Catfish. The catfish was fine and the french fries were pretty good. I considered ordering the Calamari but that didn't come with French Fries unfortunately. Men's washroom was clean. There were sinks to wash hands immediately outside the washrooms and I am glad paper towels were available to use when drying hands. I have one bone to pick with this establishment for which I am going to ding them one point. This has to do with the personal appearance of the guys who work at this establishment. As far as I was able to tell, all the guys who were working at this establishment wore their shirts untucked. I consider that to be highly unprofessional so I am subtracting one poin. Guys: Under ordinary circumstances you ought to tuck your shirt in even if it is a t shirt. If I was to assign a letter grade like I was done in school, this establishment would be in there solid with a "B".

We had such an amazing time at the Crab Shack! Not only was the food ABSOLUTE FIRE, but the customer service and energy was so welcoming that they've earned their place as my go-to seafood fix. The crab boil was a show stopper. I can't even describe how well-seasoned and perfectly cooked it was... It;s also just a pretty good quality seafood boil as well. The shrimp was well cooked, and everything was flavorful but not salty. I do think that the deal is now $25 for 2lbs, but that is still cheaper than most places around. I added sausage, corn, and potatoes, and my party of two was full. I also super enjoy the $1 shots of soju. It's 6 shots max per person, but that puts you at a nice buzz for your meal. You can also opt for their Buy 2 Bottles Get The 3rd Bottle Free deal, which would be nice if you have a bigger party.  The service here was super nice, and there wasn't a long wait at all. One of the biggest things for me is the space. When you're playing pool, you actually have room to move around unlike a lot of bars where you feel cramped. I also like that they have full size pool tables. Since I'm a bit taller, it just makes the whole experience of playing pool that much better. There's regular events and even a pool league on Tuesday nights, so there's always something going on. If you are not familiar with Garden Grove, this place is definitely a hidden gem. The food is top notch, but honestly the ambiance is what sets it apart from your average billiards bar. It is extremely clean, which is important to me, and there's plenty of space between you and other people whether you are playing pool or sitting down to eat. It really does feel like a playground for adults in the best way. I also like that it is family friendly. There's large tables that are perfect for crab boils and similar meals where they lay down wax paper and everyone can sit together and enjoy. When I was there, there was a group of kids celebrating a birthday, and at the same time there were adults playing pool and hanging out. The place is so big that it almost feels like there's separate areas for kids and adults, but it is all in one space and you do not even notice each other. That's how spacious it is. I have been here on Sunday afternoons, Tuesday evenings, and Friday nights, and it is always busy with great energy. The music selection is great too. And this next part is insane to me since I'm a huge fan of famous pool players. The legendary GOAT Efren Reyes is going to be there on April 26th playing pool and interacting with fans. I saw the flyer on the wall and immediately grabbed VIP tickets. I'll be lucky enough to say hi to him up close from the VIP section and watch him work his magic in person, which is just unreal to me. Definitely check out the Wharf, you won't regret it.

The restaurant was relatively empty when we went so we were seated immediately. There was only one man running around taking everyone order, but he was nice and attentive. The restaurant is spacious, there are also many pool tables on another half of the restaurant and bar seating. Now, the real deal is food. I have pretty high standard for seafood boil, and this did not meet that standard at all. However, it's all up to preference. Cajun seafood boil (we got crawfish): very bland. You can barely taste the Cajun. I like the punch of the savoriness of Cajun but this has barely any coating on the crawfish. It's not juicy, it's not marinated. The crawfish meat is also pretty bad, tasted close to spoil for some. I understand it's not seafood season, but I've been to other seafood places that can maintain their seafood quality even during off season, this is just not one of the places. Crawfish Mac n cheese: very cheesy, duh. But that's really it to it, not much flavor profile. Just cheese, Mac, and crawfish. And back with the dead dry crawfish that made it off putting. The Mac n cheese itself is pretty decent though, but don't expect a flavor explosion when eating it. Think of it like a dish for kids. Sweet potato fries: jyst my go to sides with my crawfish. It tasted like any sweet potato fries, yay!
