love Cajun seafood from Boil Daddy! This time, we went to the Stanton location. We ordered the seafood we wanted, including shrimp, clams, and mussels. The corn, sausage, and potato were also perfectly blended with the sauce!! Not only seafood, we also got the sweet chili wings!! And this big fish and chips basket... The fish was so HUGE!!! Ending? Was disappointed. Sadly parking is ok but it's really dirty outside. Walked in with friends was nice and empty. We decided to share. It was 3 of us unfortunately we were all disappointed. It was not that flavorful portions were small. Expected more. I won't be coming back for the amount we paid was not worth it.

Placed the order via DoorDash for pickup. Parking was ample and free right in front of the shop. The young lady at the cash register was polite and friendly. My order was ready upon arrival. Ample seats to eat inside too. I got myself the food and loved the texture of the item but I felt extremely overwhelmed by the raw garlic taste. I wish I had known how much raw garlic was used for the food because I would have gotten the sauce on the side instead. I couldn't eat much of the order because it was overwhelmingly garlic-ky. If you are sensitive to raw garlic taste and odor like me, this is something really good to keep in mind during ordering. I would love to return and try their other food items. Everything tasted great texture wise otherwise and I would imagine how good the food is had it not for the raw garlic.

I Placed An Online Delivery Through InstaCart Last Thursday, 6/18/26. First Time Trying One Of The Cajun Combos. The Special Deal Through InstaCart Is Buy One Get One Free Combo. I Ordered The Boatswain's Catch Combo. Compared To Other Seasoning Sauces I've Had -- Honestly I've Had Better. It Wasn't That Flavorful. I Chose Medium Spicy & There Wasn't A Kick To It!! But, Everything Tasted Fresh. My Husband Had Their Version Of 'Fish & Chips'. He Really Like The Fish. I Chose Regular Fries & Tastes Very Bland. They Didn't Even Taste As If They Were Tossed With Salt.

Today I checked out Boil Daddy in Stanton and went all in on the seafood feast! We ordered lobster, snow crab, clams, mussels, peeled shrimp, and head-on shrimp tossed in their signature Daddy Sauce. Everything was fresh, juicy, and packed with bold Cajun garlic flavor. The garlic shrimp pasta was rich and buttery, while the steamed rice paired perfectly with the sweet shrimp. We also grabbed chicken wings and fries for the table, and they were crispy and flavorful. To finish things off, we treated ourselves to the fried ice cream puff for dessert. It was warm, crispy, sweet, and the perfect ending to a seafood feast. If you're a seafood lover looking for a fun, affordable boil spot in Orange County, Boil Daddy is definitely worth a visit!

Boil Daddy truly had a great spread dedicated to their various seafood and fried menu items. From creamy pasta to Cajun fries, everything balanced out so well in terms of all the flavors and textures. The service and atmosphere was also warm and welcoming. I definitely would love to return to try more menu items and for my another seafood boil meal!

A couple of friends and I were craving seafood boil but the popular restaurant had a two hour wait time. So I checked Yelp and found this location less than five minutes from. I was excited because the rating was high, but it should have went through the reviews a little better. They are located in a shopping center plaza with plenty of parking and only indoor seating. There was no line and a father/son were eating and I asked them, but they thought of the food and they said it was great. I proceed to order one of their combo meals with the Cajun Daddy house sauce mild. I also ordered a side of hot sauce. We also ordered a pound of crawfish and a pound of clams and an order of fries. The service was basic. They put out a paper on our table and brought out our food. They are very skimpy on the lemon, salt and pepper. You have to keep asking for more and they give you very little each time. Let me start off with the fries - they were soft, not crispy and lacked flavor. The seafood is not fresh. I repeat it is not fresh, it is frozen seafood. However, they prepare it, it is obvious that nothing is seasoned or marinated. Their house sauce, which is the daddy sauce didn't do any justice for the seafood. Highly disappointed, especially that we spent a pretty penny. I stopped eating the crawfish and the clams altogether. I continued eating the combo which came with a lobster, crab, legs, and shrimp with the head on. I just could not find any of the seafood tasty. The lobster was terrible, extremely overcooked and chewy. The shrimp, same thing. The crab, it was acceptable. The best thing in this bag was the sausage. There was also potatoes and corn, but I didn't bother to try it. So if you are looking for something quick with no line, come here. But if you want quality and are willing to wait, go somewhere else. I was quite surprised to see a lot of pick up orders taking place.

Was craving some seafood and decided to drop by here after hearing good reviews! We got a spread of different seafood and were so full after eating it! We also got some fried mahalo shrimp, fish & chips and wings! The staff were friendly and gave us their recommendations. Best to end the meal with some fried ice cream puffs.

The restaurant is small but they sure do put out some great food !!! Service was great, she covered our table which turned out to be a great idea !!! We ordered fried oysters, and fish and chips (both came with fries which you can have plain or cajun style !) we ordered one plain one Cajun . Then we got an order of one pound of mussels , they come with Cajun sauce or the garlic butter sauce or the two mixed together!! We choose the garlic butter Cajun sauce. When I said it the server taking the order said "good choice" and she was right !!!!! Not gonna lie the sauce is a little messy (they do provide gloves and a bib) but so DELICIOUS!!!!!! So good !!!

The cashier doesn't announce the order loud enough for me to hear. She says the order in a very low voice, but since I'm sitting away, she doesn't seem to care to call again. Otherwise it's a good place other than they trying to announce the orders and trying to be urgent. read more

Ordered some shrimp, mussels, crawfish and rice for lunch. The rice itself was not fresh and undercooked, in addition each bowl was about $4. The shrimp, mussels and crawfish were all well cooked, but under seasoned and limited sauce didn't help. As a Cajun seafood lover I'd skip it. read more

Have Cajun seafood boil cravings? Go with The Boil Daddy, and you won't be disappointed! I'm pretty picky with my seafood, especially cajun-style seasoning but this place is definitely up there on top of my list. I know they just opened but I was impressed with their exceptional recipe, seamless experience, and friendly service. The sauce is to die for, and all their ingredients are fresh. Definitely go for their spicier options because it's very flavorful. I prefer to to-go from them instead of dining in because I like eating them at the comfort of my home. Family feast combination is perfect for family dinner options. Their side options besides seafood boil are delicious too, so make sure to order some along with your catch combos. read more

Came here with some buddies after playing some golf. The 'spicy' heat level was the right amount of spice, might try the OMG next time. The homie at the front desk was very helpful guiding g through the menu and add ons. The chef even came out and surprised us. Dessert didn't stand the chance. Will be back. Oh my goodness.This is the second time I have been here.It is not on Ketella it is on tustin right next door to selmon chevrolet I ordered the. Fish-and-chips once again totally amazing. You don't go to Talipiawhen you can go this great.So prices are a little too much but come on get with the program. First time experience and it smelled amazing as I walked through those doors. The cashier and cook were both so lovely and friendly. The cashier was nice and answered all my questions regarding the menu and food. I was in and out within 10 minutes with my freshly cooked order. I ordered the fisherman's lunch with mild daddy sauce (peeled because I'm on work lunch) and honestly I couldn't put my fork down. Went here as an alternative. First and foremost staff seem very unwelcoming. The food was average. I got two packets of tartar sauce with the fish and chips.... Ok. Staff did not give me my change after I paid I let it slide not worth confrontation . The part that angered me the most was when the server brought out a sharp scissor and placed it right in front of my baby. Doesn't take a genius to see where that could go wrong! read more

The lady who was wearing glasses who works the register is extremely rude. She questioned what I ordered and requested I show her payment confirmation. After I show her payment confirmation she then ask that I tell her again what I ordered verbally to her. I then tell her what ordered and she basically throws my togo order at me. I ordered the snow crab and noticed that wasn't any snow crab crackers in the bag. I then walk back in and ask if they had any... she then tells me the snow crab crackers are for dine in guest only. The cajun sauce was savory and the seafood tasted very high-quality. The noodles were also very good, and were topped with shrimp, a lemon, and seasonings. The food tasted old and the boil was extremely dry the lobster was old as well as the shrimp. The sausages was ok potatoes were good corn was dry and I am sure frozen. Maybe all was frozen but definitely not my kind of crab boil going back to our favorite spot. Will not be back also the drinks are can and no ice. They have many To go boxes but when I ask for one they only give you a plastic bag and a paper bag. Not worth the money read more

I got the head on shrimp boil with the daddy sauce (omg spicy) it was really spicy but a good spice , i enjoyed the sauce. The wings with the same sauce (omg spicy) and fries were delicious as well. We also got to try their dessert it was like a ice cream deep fried churro ball topped off with white icing it was mouthwatering. The ambience/service is amazing here as well, thank you for the dessert. Overall i think this place beats boiling crab , we will be returning soon! read more

Don't order here if you see that the women Korean or Asian take your order. She works in the afternoon, she is so rude and doesn't give me anything like plastic bibs or gloves to eat. Go this store in the evening, the young lady takes orders, she is so polite and respectful customer. read more

Was craving a Seafood Boil for National Girlfriend Day so boyf took me here. We got the shrimps (head & shell on because if you don't peel your own shrimps you're missing half the fun) with the Daddy Sauce of course. But lemme tell you about this Daddy Sauce, Daddy Sauce = Garlic Butter + Cajun Sauce, it'll have your taste buds tingling and ready to do the Cupid Shuffle. We also got Daddy's Noodz, partially for the name and partially because seafood pasta is *chefs kiss*, also with the Daddy Sauce mixture. But we didn't just stop there. We decided to go with the dry wings - because let me put you on real quick, wet wings= soggy, dry wings= crispy and we all know crispy is better than soggy- and these with a back to back shrimp bite is a lil surf & turf action. As we were enjoying our meal, the chef came and brought these perfectly made churros (I didn't tell you this but they might be better than Disneyland's).
