Everything - from the organic bread and bagels to the meat - was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. The mango salsa that comes on the side deserves a special mention. It was absolutely delicious. The coffee was great as well - not over-roasted, just the way good coffee should be. There's also a wide selection of teas if you're not a coffee drinker. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. I highly recommend stopping by if you appreciate healthy food and happen to be passing through or staying in Mount Shasta. This place is right on the PCT and there were hungry backpackers outside. My friend offered them the rest of my onion rings which I felt uncomfortable doing but they gladly accepted them and piled them on their own plates. Whoever runs that place was hustling. Working the grill, taking orders when all the orders were done, cleaning tables, etc. Be nice, tip well. These people are hard working. Enjoy.
