I was blessed with the chance to devour the Bobzilla BBQ Sando at @bobeqs This beautifully crafted Brisket Grilled Cheese stuffed with Sausage, Pulled Pork, & a delicious BBQ Red Sauce for $10 is a must try SA! They'll add Mac & Cheese for $4 more. I had it on the side and my little girl LOVED IT! Bob & crew were nothing but smiles literally the entire time I was there. Their joy and good vibes def came thru in the food. Good people, good food, good life. Thanks for the hospitality! Have you guys tried bobeqs yet? When you going?!

The food was absolutely amazing hit the spot for a sweet spiced bbq the serving is perfect for a hungry truck hunter! We plan to go back and get more things off the menu but the Mac is a must! Such a big portion. It wasn't busy and once you order they give you a pager and you can wait at their wooden picnic tables decorated with string lights and some flowers occasionally. Do be careful walking to food truck as there is gravel rocks and it's not paved.

Pulled pork tacos and a brisket taco

So originally went to the area for MoMo's dumplings (which I also purchased from) but saw this food truck and decided on a whim, why not? BEST. DECISION. EVER!!! I'm generally picky about bbq. Some people boast having the best and it tastes mostly of butane or just lacks over all smokey flavors. This place? Nope! Everything was absolutely, finger licking (literally) good. The slaw and jalapeños in the pulled pork taco just added to the overall flavor of the meat. The tortilla (I did not think would taste all that great) had a slight crunch and was the perfect vessel for the Smokey greasy goodness inside. I can honestly say, I'd travel a lot further for the bbq from this truck...but please stay close to where you are.

Peach cobbler, Mac and cheese and great brisket sandwiches!

After they placed their order I stepped up and placed my order for a number four Lil John no tomatoes and cheese. No drinks, no chips. I stepped back and noticed all of the orders pending. So right away I know it's going to be a wait. Soon after I placed my order, a mom and her little girl come in and place an order. I noticed a lot of people walking in who had placed mobile orders. When the orders start to be completed, the family of three go up and grab their lunch. Then the staff member calls a number four "something something something"couldn't hear him. A woman quickly gets up, grabs the sandwich and walks out, crumbling up the receipt, and not even looking at it. I walk up to the counter and I ask what was that order? He said oh, it's already been picked up. I had a sinking feeling it was my order but OK. Next the lady and her daughter get called for their lunch. They walk up there pick up their lunch and walk away. I look at the counter where they're preparing the sandwiches and there's no little John sandwich being made. I walk up and ask the gentleman again about my sandwich. He asks me my name. I tell him and he says, "could it be under another name?" I said absolutely not. He asked me how I placed my order. Was it an online order? I said no, I walked in after that family placed my order and then the little girl and the mother came after me. This means to me that he doesn't have my order or it means that they're not making the orders as they come in. The female staff member said, we're really busy; not an apology for getting the orders mixed up. My order wasn't complicated. It was a single small sandwich. If they were so busy, why didn't they have more people out there making sandwiches? I noticed Mr. Order-taker heading to the back after every order. Maybe he's taking lunch, but when you're that busy in the food industry shouldn't lunch wait until after the rush? They finally made "my" sandwich. After leaving, I spotted the receipt in the bag. I noticed the last 4 of the Visa card was not mine. I also noticed this person's order while similar to mine, had no mayo. It was placed much later than my order according to my bank info. Proving my theory. I called the store and spoke with the woman who claimed to be the manager. I recognized her voice (the one that said they were really busy). I explained everything I had discovered and that I understood mistakes happen, but not a single one of them apologized. She did finally apologize and offered to credit me for the sandwich, but that wasn't why I called. It was because of the way I was treated. I hope things change. I will also say, the sandwich was not worth the wait. I won't be going back to that location if I can help it.

This store is horrible when it comes to taking orders and getting them out in the order they were taken.

You'll find a variety of flavors, depending on the season. I was sent the pre-order menu which included Swiss and Mushroom Sourdough and it appeared that the specialized Sourdough loaves change daily. The menu also includes pastries, pizza, pretzels, cookies, and foccacia bread, depending on the day. The bakery is only open Wednesday- Saturday from 9am-2pm. We arrived early on a Saturday and there was a bit of a line outside. The bakery is small, so only a couple of prople can enter at a time. I picked up my pre order of regular Sourdough and also added two Sourdough Pretzels. Remember to ask them to slice the bread. It comes unsliced. Service was friendly and fast. The bread was delicious with a soft center and a chewy crust. The Pretzels were a bit too salty. But, they were tasty and they tasted so good toasted the next day. A must visit if you're in the area.

The line moves pretty quickly. As for the bread, oh my goodness! Everything we tried was amazing. The sourdough loaf was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The cinnamon roll was sweet and decadent. The croissant was the perfect balance of citrus and chocolate and not too sweet. I can't recall what the savory bread was called but it had ham and cheese and was SO GOOD. I would recommend following the business on Facebook or Instagram as they post their weekly/daily menus. We will definitely be stopping by again.
