The woman who is behind the counter is lovely. She took my comforter, which is way too big for my washer and dryer, king size, and it was $25. She added bleach and some nice liquid that made it very sweet smelling. They text you when it's time to pick it up and they wrap it in plastic so it's easy to transport. They also have there and they have Wi-Fi. Dryers are free when you wash which is a nice thing and they're not ridiculously priced either. They have plenty of tables for folding and hanging racks to hang your clothes lots of chairs and they have an outside playground area for the kids. It's so convenient to Carson City right off of fifth Street and the parking is fine.

I was very specific from the beginning that I needed the wiring removed from the cups of the dress. I also requested the slit be moved up and the bottom hem shortened. When I arrived to pick up the dress, only the hem had been done properly. I was then told the remaining fixes would "take 10 minutes." Thirty minutes later, they had only adjusted the slit and the wiring was STILL in the dress. At that point, I had already repeated the same request multiple times. When I calmly explained AGAIN that the wire needed to be removed, the woman working began talking over me and arguing with me instead of listening. I am now sitting here waiting even longer for alterations that should have been completed correctly the first time after they had my dress for two full weeks. For the amount of money charged, especially with a rush fee, the communication, attention to detail, and customer service have been incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this business if you need reliable tailoring or time-sensitive work.

Wet towels and sheets do not smell too good. There wasn't any laundromats in the Spanish Springs area and this one charges $1.79 a pound to wash and fold with next day service. I took the rest of the laundry and my wet load here deciding that I couldn't saddle them with the smelly towels and sheets but I was woefully unprepared...no cash (cash is still a thing at the laundromat!) and I didn't bring anything. Maria works here she she saved me! I ran one load, comped and with her splash of detergent and brought them home to my working dryer. Maria also took great care in washing the rest of my laundry which I picked up the next day. If you need the service, wash and fold is there and they pick up too if you need it. It's also a clean, safe laundromat just across the street from Teglia Park. It's well lit and well maintained. If you stop in, make sure you say hi to Maria. She is part of why it's so good.

When it got dropped off we noticed that it was missing some things that needed to stay with it so we asked them to hold it. Well, they sent it anyways. No big deal we thought. We were informed that the dress would take 2-3 weeks to be cleaned and only gets picked up the 25th. We got a call about two weeks ago stating that the dress was done and that we could come and get it. My mother (who owned the dress) is dealing with a major sickness in the family and is only in NV for a night or so a week. We didnt really think the dress was a huge burden to them and that we could leave it there for a bit while we dealt with our issues it wouldt be a big deal. Then we got a call yesterday "demanding" to speak with my mother and that if the dress wasn't picked up she would be sent to collections. The tone of the guys voice couldn't be any worse. He made it seem like we had their shop full of boxes and they have been sitting there for 6 months and they were waiting on hundreds of dollars for us. We picked the dress up yesterday and got a huge attitude while doing it. When i told my mother about how they were she called them and explained why she didnt get the dress sooner. They said that they had been calling for a month and they were out the money to get the dress cleaned. The dress costed us $175 to get cleaned after their mark up on whatever 1 800 dry clean charges. When she told them that the way they had treated us we wouldn't be going back there or letting any family friends go their his answer was "good, i'll do the same to you". The guy was/is a horrible person. Do yourself a favor and drive to carson. Let this store go out of business.
