The woman who is behind the counter is lovely. She took my comforter, which is way too big for my washer and dryer, king size, and it was $25. She added bleach and some nice liquid that made it very sweet smelling. They text you when it's time to pick it up and they wrap it in plastic so it's easy to transport. They also have there and they have Wi-Fi. Dryers are free when you wash which is a nice thing and they're not ridiculously priced either. They have plenty of tables for folding and hanging racks to hang your clothes lots of chairs and they have an outside playground area for the kids. Rude, horrible business. Looks like a dump on the inside and the owner or manager couldnt care less…read moreabout customers. We dropped off a dress to get dry cleaned in the later part of September. When it got dropped off we noticed that it was missing some things that needed to stay with it so we asked them to hold it. Well, they sent it anyways. No big deal we thought. We were informed that the dress would take 2-3 weeks to be cleaned and only gets picked up the 25th. We got a call about two weeks ago stating that the dress was done and that we could come and get it. My mother (who owned the dress) is dealing with a major sickness in the family and is only in NV for a night or so a week. We didnt really think the dress was a huge burden to them and that we could leave it there for a bit while we dealt with our issues it wouldt be a big deal. Then we got a call yesterday "demanding" to speak with my mother and that if the dress wasn't picked up she would be sent to collections. The tone of the guys voice couldn't be any worse. He made it seem like we had their shop full of boxes and they have been sitting there for 6 months and they were waiting on hundreds of dollars for us. We picked the dress up yesterday and got a huge attitude while doing it. When i told my mother about how they were she called them and explained why she didnt get the dress sooner. They said that they had been calling for a month and they were out the money to get the dress cleaned. The dress costed us $175 to get cleaned after their mark up on whatever 1 800 dry clean charges. When she told them that the way they had treated us we wouldn't be going back there or letting any family friends go their his answer was "good, i'll do the same to you". The guy was/is a horrible person. Do yourself a favor and drive to carson. Let this store go out of business.

The laundry attendant welcomed me in and offered her name. Brandy was so friendly and courteous. She gave me a run down where the different washers are that cost more or less than other washers. I definitely appreciate the different size washers and load capacity because it's already spends as it is to have to wash your clothes at a laundry mat. I like the selections and it was fair on my wallet. Anyways I got my monies worth and I've continued to come here because they are open later than most laundry places and open nice and early at 6:30. This laundry mat doesn't disappoint because it has hours of operation that are very fair and accommodates most everyone. Thank you Brandy for keeping it top notch clean and running such a tight ship.

It did reset but it asked for more money. The employee said in a very rude manner to put more money in and the employee recorded a message to the owner and I never got a call back. When I used the dryers, they were warm but not hot even though I selected "Hot". It took a lot more money to get my laundry dried. The issue is the no call on what happened and why it occurred. I'm sure I am not the only one who this has happened to.

Wet towels and sheets do not smell too good. There wasn't any laundromats in the Spanish Springs area and this one charges $1.79 a pound to wash and fold with next day service. I took the rest of the laundry and my wet load here deciding that I couldn't saddle them with the smelly towels and sheets but I was woefully unprepared...no cash (cash is still a thing at the laundromat!) and I didn't bring anything. Maria works here she she saved me! I ran one load, comped and with her splash of detergent and brought them home to my working dryer. Maria also took great care in washing the rest of my laundry which I picked up the next day. If you need the service, wash and fold is there and they pick up too if you need it. It's also a clean, safe laundromat just across the street from Teglia Park. It's well lit and well maintained. If you stop in, make sure you say hi to Maria. She is part of why it's so good.

When my fairly new washer decided to break on me, I searched Yelp for a clean, safe laundromat to…read moredo my laundry at. I came across Express Laundry Lounge, which only had 1 Yelp review but boast 5 stars. I decided to make the drive to N. Carson and give Express Laundry Lounge a try. Upon entering I noticed how clean the laundromat was and all the machines looked fairly new. Walking around I noticed various sized washers available that were capable of washing 18 lb. To 85 lb. Loads. Wow! A sign above the washers showed instructions on how to pay for the washer/dryer fees via a laundry pay app., which was very convenient. Their washers are very efficient, you can choose the temperature of the water, whether you want an extra rinse, all of which are upgrades, but the additional fee was minimal (.50-1.00 add on). The avg. wash is about $5-6 on their 18 lb. Load washers and $1.50-$2.50 for their dryers for roughly 25 minutes dry time. You can also adjust the temperatures of the dryers. The dryers are also very efficient. I also liked how the app you pay through notifies you when your washer or dryer is near its complete time, along with the washer or dryer machine # so no risk of forgetting any laundry in the machines. I also liked how there was a person manning the laundromat, sweeping and checking/cleaning the machines as people completed their loads. I noticed her greeting regulars as they came in. She was also kind enough to let my Maltipoo dog sit with me inside while I folded my laundry. The laundromat also has free wi-fi for their customers. All in all I had a very pleasant laundry experience here. I'm hoping my washer gets fixed soon, but in the off chance it doesn't, I will definitely head back to Express Laundry Lounge to do my laundry.
