After waiting more than 25 minutes with no food or update, we went inside around 6:20 PM to check on our order. We were told it was still not ready and that it would be brought to our curbside spot when finished. We returned to our vehicle and continued waiting. Our order was finally brought out at 6:45 PM--51 minutes after we arrived. What made the experience even more frustrating was watching another customer who arrived approximately 20 minutes after us receive her curbside order before ours. There was no explanation for the delay, no estimated completion time, and no meaningful communication. I understand restaurants can get busy, but waiting 51 minutes for a mobile curbside order while customers who arrived much later are served first is unacceptable. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and selecting curbside pickup. I would appreciate an explanation and appropriate resolution from Culver's.
