I'm writing this review because yesterday I had the most outstanding customer service experience. I ordered the summer salad on their app and requested no balsamic dressing. They accidentally added it and not only did they insist on remaking it, they let me keep the salad they added the dressing to and gave me a card to come back and get another free summer salad in the future. I've tried just about everything at this point -- the Summer Salad, Caesar Salad, Strawberry Salad, the panini (so good), the peanut butter sandwich, agua fresca, green juice, strawberry smoothie... honestly, if it's on the menu, I've probably ordered it at least once. It's kind of like a different version of Jamba Juice but with more food options, which I appreciate because sometimes I want to feel balanced. You know, salad in one hand, smoothie in the other. Service is always fast, which is crucial during a workday escape. Anna is the sweetest and the person I interact with the most. She's always welcoming, personable, and makes the whole experience feel friendly and easy. The place is very clean, and they always have protein chips and other little goodies on the side if you want to justify adding "just one more thing" to your order. There's also a good amount of parking right up front, so whether you're walking over like me or driving in, it's convenient either way. If you're ever craving a smoothie or a quick fresh bite, this is definitely a solid stop. Happy eats!

A different person took my order and she seemed a little bothered when I came back to order, which was a bit off-putting. The croissant itself was disappointing -- it didn't taste fresh, and this was only about 30 minutes after opening. For $7.50, I expected a lot more, especially compared to other spots serving matcha pistachio croissants that are both tastier and more affordable. The shop was nice and clean and it has plenty of seating. That said, their matcha is still easily in my top 3 -- that part never disappoints. I'll keep coming back for that, but I'll be skipping the coffee and pastries going forward.
