Customer service and employees were very helpful, and very kind. Interesting take on the boba but there didn't seem to be levels of sweetness. Can definitely taste the coffee though. Overall 4/5. read more

Went to Boba Square tonight after seeing the popcorn chicken reviews. Amazing customer service! - Danny is great :) Found my new boba and chicken spot!! read more

Popcorn Chicken - SO GOOD, I am SO glad went the extra mile to come here. It was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Really good flavor. The spice isn't too spicy, so medium spice works really well. The popcorn chicken is better than most boba places! Fries (BBQ Flavor) - Fries were cooked well, crisp and good texture. Barbecue is good, but I think plain would be good too if you're already getting chicken. Mango Tea (w/ mango boba) - Super refreshing. Huge burst of mango flavor (I love mango) and I liked the mango boba a lot. Black Sugar Milk Tea - SO GOOD OH MY GOSH. Recommended. I have a sweet tooth, so this was so delicious and caramel-like. I'm getting this again. Winter Melon Milk Tea - Make sure to mix it with your straw. It was really good flavor and I love winter melon always, so this met the mark. read more

Overall, just an okay boba shop. Nothing great about it except convenience if you happen to be at the other shops/restaurants in the plaza. House Milk Tea 2/5: It definitely wasn't the greatest. No tea flavor...actually scratch that, no flavor at all. I tend to go for just simple milk teas at boba shops and this place was definitely my least favorite. At this price, I'd much rather wait in line and pay for Orobae. Peach Strawberry Iced Tea 3/5: A little too sweet but overall just okay if you want something refreshing. Nothing spectacular about it. Boba 2/5: A little hard for my liking. read more

We ordered several drinks teas qnd other smoothies. The taste was really quite good. I personally had the large honeydew smoothie. On a hot day, this really cooled me off. My drink came in at qbout $6.50 which was comparable for the area. read more

Another BOBA place in town - we had to check it out. It was easy to locate, Google Map took you right to the location. It has ample amount of parking since it shares a private parking lot with several other businesses. It has indoor as well as limited outdoor seating options - however due to Coronavirus, you can only take your order as to go. We came here over the weekend, there wasn't that long of a line. Everyone at the store and waiting in line practiced safe 6 feet social distancing and location had hand sanitizer placed at the checkout counter. Place was kept clean and the person helping us out was not the friendliest [hardly made any eye contact or small talk] but he was patient and gave me his recommendations. Lot of options to choose from, only 2 sizes available and both are relatively priced in comparison to the proportion. I ended up ordering Iced Lavender Milk Tea with boba - it was delicious! read more

Customer service is good, however the tea tastes are off. The quality of the drinks are okay. The pricing is quite high for the taste and not justified. I wouldn't come back, but leaving a 2 star instead of a 1 because I appreciate the service I was given on trying to make it work. read more

Probably the worst boba I ever had... watered down and bland. Went there on a Sunday night and no one was there. A Huge red flag. The service was ok... one star for service only. But definitely won't be back Update: The owners reached out to me and they genuinely care about their customers and have the drive to be successful. Came here for the second time, and while ordering my drinks I was accidentally overcharged for a topping. Unknowingly I just paid and while I was waiting for my drinks, the employee received a call from his boss, who educated his staff that the salted cream topping already comes w my particular drink. I was refunded a dollar. Honestly I never would've known I was overcharged a dollar. I'm really impressed with the management who took the time to make things right, who is overseeing his staff, noticing areas that need more training, and running a business with integrity. And I love that there's a donation bin in the parking lot so I can unload my trunk that's been carrying garbage bags full of old clothes and toys. Will definitely come back again! Thank you! read more

Great service, friendly staff, drinks are amazing, the owners are very friendly and hardworking

Service was fine. Nothing to complain about there. The classic milk tea tasted like powdered milk tea. The house milk tea was a little better but only because it tasted like water with added sugar. The boba texture was good but doesn't save it. Wouldn't come here again. read more

I really wanted to like Boba Square, but I have to be honest... I was underwhelmed by both visits. The iced mango green tea was lacking in flavor - it was very watered down and I couldn't taste the green tea or the mango. Same with the milk tea - very watered down. I wasn't a huge fan of the boba here either - I like my boba to be really chewy and I just wasn't getting that here. read more

2 stars for the kids working here and soft chewy boba, if thats ur thing. But omg NO drink flavor. Don't get me wrong, I don't like anything overly artificially sweet. I'm more of a spicy, savory person and don't have much of a sweet tooth. However, I ordered their peach mango smoothie which is in the top 10 list and WOW IT TASTED NOTHING LIKE PEACH OR MANGO. no exaggeration. It was bland and watery smoothie with no hint of peach or mango!?!?!? What happened? Bless the kid who made it but I really couldn't believe I just spent $6 on a drink that taste like water with boba. Won't be back, pass on this place! read more

Ordered a salted sea foam tea drink. The foam was not salty. When I say not salty, there was zero salt. So basically my drink tasted like nothing since I don't get sweetener. There was one guy and girl server who immediately acknowledged my feedback with a refund. The second girl said that I had drank most of the drink and then complained, which a customer always appreciates overhearing. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. If I had drank any of the drink, it was in order to make sure I wasn't imagining how badly it tasted before I gave feedback about it. I'm pretty sure management will know which employee I'm talking about so I don't even need to mention names here. I've been a repeat customer but won't be coming back. This could've been simply resolved with minimal issue, but she had to take the complaint personally. The fact is, the foam isn't salty AT ALL, so don't order it. It wasn't even a debate. read more
