Another BOBA place in town - we had to check it out. It was easy to locate, Google Map took you right to the location. It has ample amount of parking since it shares a private parking lot with several other businesses. It has indoor as well as limited outdoor seating options - however due to Coronavirus, you can only take your order as to go. We came here over the weekend, there wasn't that long of a line. Everyone at the store and waiting in line practiced safe 6 feet social distancing and location had hand sanitizer placed at the checkout counter. Place was kept clean and the person helping us out was not the friendliest [hardly made any eye contact or small talk] but he was patient and gave me his recommendations. Lot of options to choose from, only 2 sizes available and both are relatively priced in comparison to the proportion. Came here for the second time, and while ordering my drinks I was accidentally overcharged for a topping. Unknowingly I just paid and while I was waiting for my drinks, the employee received a call from his boss, who educated his staff that the salted cream topping already comes w my particular drink. I was refunded a dollar. Honestly I never would've known I was overcharged a dollar. I'm really impressed with the management who took the time to make things right, who is overseeing his staff, noticing areas that need more training, and running a business with integrity. And I love that there's a donation bin in the parking lot so I can unload my trunk that's been carrying garbage bags full of old clothes and toys. Will definitely come back again! While the beverages are of a moderate to approaching decent in quality, the sides such as macrons are subpar at best, with rival vendors selling the same product in better quality. Staffing is a hit and miss, with sometimes trained staff but more often than not demotivated staff, sometimes poorly competent. Some have a tendency to get the order wrong, and while the good staff can take orders right, the poorly trained ones get it wrong, and remain unapologetic and uncaring when such things happen which while understandable considering the low stakes of the issue, remains bad Customer Service. The atmosphere and ambiance is somewhat poorly maintained, and the desks are sticky with previous drinks. Packaging is also an issue, as the drink imploded on the way back to the residence for no discernible reason. Conclusion: will come and order if there's a deal, but there are alternatives and competitors that are just straight up better. read more

Ordered a salted sea foam tea drink. The foam was not salty. When I say not salty, there was zero salt. So basically my drink tasted like nothing since I don't get sweetener. There was one guy and girl server who immediately acknowledged my feedback with a refund. The second girl said that I had drank most of the drink and then complained, which a customer always appreciates overhearing. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. If I had drank any of the drink, it was in order to make sure I wasn't imagining how badly it tasted before I gave feedback about it. I'm pretty sure management will know which employee I'm talking about so I don't even need to mention names here. I've been a repeat customer but won't be coming back. The music here is hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, and other times it's horrible. I've gone when the only music playing the whole time was this one female cover artist that just turned everything into bad edm music. Not good for hanging out at all. We came here today after seeing the new popcorn chicken on their menu! My boyfriend got the popcorn chicken and mango green tea combo for only $7 - really good price! The chicken was really tasty and the portion size was very generous. We also ordered a taro milk tea as this is what we usually order from here. The person working today was so kind and also gave us fries with our order, thank you so much again! We also enjoyed the crispy and flavorful fries!
