Large lychee milk tea
Sydney J.

I decided to get a large lychee milk tea, 30% sweetness and 0% ice. It was ready quickly, within 2 minutes. The large is similar to what's considered a normal size at some stores, but factoring this in, price was average / on par with what many boba shops charge nowadays. The 30% sweet still tasted like at least 70%, it was way sweeter than I expected. Overall, I wish the tea flavor itself was more full-bodied and strong. The cups are pretty flimsy and soft/flexible, so just be wary of that when carrying it.

Stopped by Boba Me and I'm already calling it a new favorite. I ordered the coffee milk tea (50% sweet and 50% ice) and it was really good. Smooth, bold, and perfectly balanced. My wife got the Taro tea (50% sweet and 50% ice) with extra taro and she said it was the best she's had so far. That's saying a lot. I meant to take a picture when I picked it up, but clearly I was too excited to drink it first. I settled with my order 75% gone.. This is officially our new boba spot. Highly recommend.

Crème Brule milk tea

For $7, I expected a larger drink it was noticeably smaller than what most milk tea spots offer. I finished it easily, which almost never happens for me. The boba was also on the harder, chewier side instead of soft and fresh. The flavor itself wasn't bad, but it leaned very sweet

Can't believe I'm writing a one star review for boba. More so on the quality than anything since this was for delivery. My nephew decided to order boba for all of us and chose this place. We ordered an Oreo swirl, a tiger boba, two coconut matcha, and another two drinks. Not sure how you can make coconut matcha wrong. Either I didn't know matcha comes in purple and taste like taro..Or maybe the person preparing the drinks decided to make coconut ube. But we ordered coconut matcha and according to the menu photo, their matcha is green as it usually is. Not just one but two drinks. I enjoy boba drinks. But when my tastebuds are having a craving for a particular flavor and then not satisfied is a big disappointment. Especially when my nephew spent over $45 on just boba drinks.

Still one of my favorite boba shops in the bay . I always order the jasmine green milk tea with 75%-100% sugar with boba and 30% ice. My mom loves the passion fruit green tea with NO sugar. It's already sweet even without sugar. Very cute place to study, hangout with friends or just get some work done.

Hazelnut Milktea with Nutella & Almond croffle

Came in during a slow afternoon. Tried their hazelnut milk since Tomo tea house in west end ran out. Their milk tea is definitely not as sweet compared to Tomo, at Tomo it's still sweet even at 0% sweetness just to put in perspective. 70% sweetness overdid it for myself, probably standard sweetness would have been fine. Also tried their Nutella and Almond and it was HEAVEN! Definitely will try it again!

Boba Me takes over Ding Tea's space with the same interior + 2 game machines. Offerings: Fruit tea, slush, milk tea, fresh tea, coffee, special drinks, pandan waffles. Sugar options: 70%, 120%. For sugar addicts only. Order at counter, pd, drink ready in 5ish minutes Sips: Hokkaido Black Milk Tea (4.95) 70% sugar 0 ice. Sugar not customizable. -saw mixing of premade sugar solution, premade tea, milk from container.. -tea and Hokkaido milk not tastable. Sugar very sweet, probably brown sugar. Drink enjoyable if one likes excess sugar. Brown sugar actually tasty. -no repeat. Sugar is the main attraction. 3ish stars-too sugary. No O sugar option.

Mango yakult

Mango yakult was pretty good. Though they were only able to adjust the drink sweetness to 75%. They offered to remake my drink after I had forgotten to ask for sweetness adjustment when they didn't prompt me! Only bummer was that they didn't make snacks when I went there yesterday. Was really looking forward to their pandan and ube waffles! They open late and had plenty of seating.

Tiger Boba Milk Tea

It was clean and fast and super delicious. The service was amazing the staff greeted us in.

Taro Slush

I really enjoyed this boba cafe. It was small, but spacious and very well kept in terms of cleanliness. I appreciated seeing staff disinfect when other patrons would leave their table. The music was also good... Sza, Jhene Aieko, Rihanna, etc. I will say that parking was difficult to find as there are many other businesses on this street. I got the Taro slush 100% sweet and a waffle. Both of these items were delicious. I would definitely come back.

Ordered taro smash brûlée and tiger boba drink. To be honest for the price and the size of what you get I would not order from here in the future or it wouldn't be my first choice. The taste was good but not special enough for me to spend that much for such a small drink I can finish in a few sips.

Such a cute experience, British afternoon tea meets Malaysian comfort!…read more I came here recently with my partner for our anniversary and was completely delighted with the experience. Heads up, this place is street parking only so come prepared! I would also recommend making a reservation since it is a smaller space (it was busy when I came!) The menu is pretty straight forward and majority of folks including us ordered a set for $45 each person. It comes with two choices of sandwiches, a scone, an array of sweets, and tea of choice. What makes this place so great too is that they allow you to pick sandwiches that are traditional to English Breakfast or you can go out of your way to pick traditionally Asian flavors. Between my partner and I we ordered: Meat floss sandwich (my favorite but that is because I have an affinity for meat floss), beef jerky (love how it paired with the creamy mayo), kaya jam with butter (a delicious salty sweet blend), and chicken curry (comfort food at best). We both enjoyed the scone with clotted cream and jam, very typical for afternoon tea, and in the dessert tier we got chocolate rocks (fun!), macarons, ube chiffon cake, and a strawberry sago pudding. Heads up everyone in your party gets their own tea set so you can mix and match to share with folks. Btw, they do have square sugar cubes, a nice accent. Overall, I feel like you should try this place at least once! Everything was great including our service!

They had an abundance of tea selections to choose from. You can also have milk on the side and sugar cubes are on the table. It wasn't overly sweet and still maintained that earthy matcha flavor that many places tend to lose when they jump on the matcha trend. My husband ordered the Vanilla Bean Caramel Latte, also from the seasonal menu, and loved it so much that he said this is now his favorite coffee spot. Safe to say, whenever we're back in town, we'll definitely be returning!

The seating is mostly at table tables along the wall walls of window. It was kind of neat to be able to sit and watch people walk by in the traffic as it ebbed and flowed toward the bridge. The early morning was rather quiet outside so it wasn't noisy at all. I had a lovely chai latte, extra spicy. It was perfect after the chilly walk to this little space of warmth. They had a nice selection of pastries, ultimately I chose a danish because I love them. This one did not disappoint. It was tender and flaky and went perfectly dipped in my chai. If ever, we are in the area again, I will definitely pay another visit. It was nice to step into a local place that wasn't a chain. I think the quality of staff and consumable offerings was just so much better than you would find at one of the other places.

We came here on a Saturday late afternoon and there were a handful of folks here ordering/dining in. It's a small spot with limited seating, so its mostly for takeout imo. We got 2 banh mi: one cold cut combo and another for lemongrass chicken. We also got a smoothie to go. The banh mi's are legit, I would order extra pate next time. Love how the banh mi are super thick with tons of meat, veggies, and good amount of pate. The bread is fresh and the portions are generous. Would love to come back here again and try more items and include extra pate per my friend's suggestion. There are only street parking available here.
