my new go-to boba spot YUMd: - oreo cookie puff cream. best oreo milk tea ever. fat chunks of oreo cookie and the foam wasn't too cheesy (if it is a cheese foam - still don't know)

I love their boba here and their mango matcha is pretty decent considering matcha isn't their specialty. I do remember their creme brulee drink being better on previous visits. We came on a Saturday afternoon and ordered on the kiosk. It got pretty packed while waiting, but thankfully they send out text notifications when your order's ready. Overall a solid spot and worth trying if you're in the area.

Ordered the hojicha tea latte with oat milk. Needless to say I loved it. It was a nice subtle nutty tea flavor with a hint of sesame. Simple but delicious. Service was fast, the inside was clean.

Boba Bliss is one of the best boba spots I've ever been to. I got three drinks to try with my bf since we were in the area visiting. We got the Thai tea, jasmine milk tea, and mango sago. We decided to go with 100% sweet as the baseline for all the drinks. The jasmine milk tea was very good, similar to Molly tea. We also enjoyed the mango sago, I liked the mango smoothie a lot, but there was too much sago for my liking, I'll ask for less next time. The Thai tea was delicious, you can really taste the floral notes, but it was a bit too sweet. I would get half sweet on the green Thai tea. It was very busy, but there were a lot of workers so we got the drinks fast. There is a cashier and a kiosk to order from. It is a bit on the smaller side and has very limited sittings. It is loud so I wouldn't recommend this place as a study spot.

Putting a star down as the customer service I've the year I think went down. With the launch of their app, I order online and much is convenient and pick up in store. When it's busy inside it's hard to know here to pick up your drink . Right side is for ordering left side is order pick up. Know when you pick up your order, some sales associate will give you straws for your drink and others will not and you got to get it yourself. Example when in today and the people in front of me picked up their drink and the sales person gave them straws. When it came to me she just handed me my drink. If the boba wasn't great, honestly this would be a 2 or 3 star review. Go to drink is the brown sugar latte. Note parking is always packed so just park in the back instead of the front.

Wife was craving a beverage from Boba Bliss, and theres nothing i could do but follow the golden rule. Happy wife, happy life. I have been here a couple times from since we were still on the dating stage. First time im leaving a review. It's well deserved. Over the year's its stayed consistent. Service, quality, cleanliness and well worth the price. As usual, great beverages. I don't mind spending the money for it, one of the very few spots that gets them right. Will keep coming for sure, never have had a bad experience here. Keep up the good work!

Really easy to order ahead online. Around 2-3 tables inside and a bench seating but I'd say it's a more grab and go place. Usually go for the pistachio matcha or pistachio jasmine (both less sweet). Boba is typically always soft and chewy here. Just tried the tiramisu latte today (also less sweet) and would say that might be my new favorite! Great coffee taste and a bit of tiramisu - reminds me of Vietnamese coffee in SoCal.

Have been coming here since a long time, and they are always consistent with all their bobas. Always have new seasonal Flavors . This time tried their green tea mango boba with lemon and it was so good refreshing on a hot day.

So delicious! We ordered on the app and it was ready when we arrived. It smelled very floral inside and the service was very kind. Delicious flavors, not too sweet, and I can taste the mango. Would come back and try other drinks

I love Boba Bliss. Why I love Boba Bliss? It's because the quality of their drinks are very consistent. Every time I order the same drink, the chewiness of the Boba and the taste of the drink are pretty much the same. Brown sugar pearl fresh milk is my must order every time I am here. If you are a boba fans, you should definitely give this place a try. You won't regret it.

My son got the Mango Sogo drink and I got the seasonal Pistachio Matcha Bliss drink as I wanted to try. We came in around 2:45pm, the store was packed with people and line out the door. This boba place is popular, I have been to this store many times. Drinks are delicious. I would recommend ordering on the app and then come in and pickup. Otherwise you need to wait a bit. But if you have time to wait, it wouldn't matter. This place is crowded at this time probably because of Thanksgiving week too.

One of our favorite boba places in East Bay. We usually order it to go because the store has limited seating and is usually really busy. You can order through square or DoorDash for pickup if you don't want to wait. My favorites are the manga matcha latte as well as the cold brew milk tea.

    Thai Green Milk Tea
    Michelle N.

Came on a Sunday around 2:30pm, and Boba Bliss was buzzing with people coming and going. Vibes were chill and clean. It's located in a somewhat small plaza, but parking wasn't too hard to find. There's indoor seating, and behind the counter, a whole team was busy crafting drinks. You can order at the counter or use their self-serve kiosk for convenience. The staff were friendly and offered great recommendations on what to try. I went with the Thai Green Milk Tea with oat milk (75% sweet, no toppings) -- super tasty! It reminded me of a regular Thai tea but with a slightly more floral flavor. I don't usually choose oat milk, but it worked perfectly in this drink. 5/5 Overall, a solid boba spot I'd definitely come back to!

Ask the Community - Boba Bliss

    Is indoor sitting available?

Yes, they have indoor seating. It can be busy at times, though.

In January I visited boba bliss in Dublin but was told they weren't accepting cash and was confused on why? Does anyone know if they have Gone back to accepting cash again?

Hello yes - cash accepted again at BB, it was limited with cash transactions during pandemic

Hi do you have physical gift cards at the store?

Yes they do and small envelopes provided for each gift card. Minimum amount to purchase a gift card is $15.

Would like to suggest having an option for Soy & Almond milk for those who are allergic to milk & oatmilk? Just a suggestion.

Pre-pandemic they had an almond milk option, but it's not available now due to supply issues. Hopefully there will be the option again.

Can we go inside and order now?

Yes, however, it is easier for everyone to order and pay online. It will result in less wait time for you and presumably less stress on the staff. Just place an order like 10-15 minutes before you plan to arrive. If you prefer to order inside,… Read more

Do they offer vegan milk alternatives in their drinks? Like coconut, almond, cashew, etc?

Yes! They offer an oat milk substitute for most of their drinks (but not all).

Will the strawberry mint lemonade ever come back 😞?

Hi Andy! hopefully it will sometimes but probably wont be til next year!! we have some other refreshing ones coming out so stay tuned :D

Can you purchase by the gallon?

no, biggest serving is a cup. they do not offer bulk in gallons or leaves

What is the top drink or signature drink that I must try at Boba Bliss?

right now i recommend strawberry mint lemonade...

    How we can order online?

Through their website. Click "order online".

Have they listed calories for the drinks?

No, but generally reducing sugar or sweetness will decrease calories, and adding toppings will increase them. Toppings like agar boba and grass jelly tend to be on the lower end than honey boba. Whole milk will be higher in calories than oat milk.… Read more

Yes, cash is accepted, except for the $100 bill.

I ordered a 16 oz (large) coffee, but was served a 12 oz. When it was brought to our table, I politely asked about the size since it looked smaller than what I usually get. The barista told me it was 12 oz and mentioned it might just be a different cup, then walked away without really addressing the concern. I checked my receipt and confirmed I was charged for a 16 oz. I went back to the counter and explained that I simply wanted the correct size. Initially, I was told I would need to pay more, which was frustrating. After explaining again, she finally offered to remake it. For clarity, the drink hadn't been touched at all--I returned it exactly as it was. I really like this place and will continue to support it, but I hope the team can improve on order accuracy and customer service, especially when concerns are raised politely. A little more attentiveness and willingness to resolve issues would go a long way.

We got the buttercream bread, sweet rice donut, chocolate cloud cake, milk cornet, and the strawberry milk bread. For drinks we got the red velvet hot cocoa and the caramel macchiato. The buttercream bread was my absolute favorite out of the bunch. The butter cream wasn't too sweet and the bread was sooo soft. The ratio of cream to bread was just right, so each bite of bread had a sweet balance of the fluffy cream. The sweet rice donut was okay. To be, it could have been more softer, but it was expected for it to go stale a little bit since it's been out lying for a while. Some things are just unavoidable. The chocolate cloud cake was really good, but there was so much cream. Unlike the buttercream bread, there was imbalance here, but I adored the giant strawberries sandwiched between the cream. The consistency of the actual cake was perfect though, because sometimes I know it can get really soggy from the cream. Next time I would give another cake a try instead. The milk cornet was great! Tried it out because it seemed really popular; there was only one left. This pastry like a croissant stuffed with milky cream. The cornet was perfectly crunchy and the milk cream wasn't too sweet. Next time, I want to give the blueberry version a try. The strawberry milk bread impressed me. It was super soft, and I like how there was a really small amount of cream. Like, I understood what the cream was trying to do there. One bite of just bread would be pretty dry, but a little bit of cream can help smooth things out but still keep the spotlight on the bread. The red velvet hot cocoa drink was what surprised me the most. I suppose this drink is Valentines day edition, so it's not always here. I was so surprised when I opened the lid and saw hot pink foam! Like, DANG! Tous les jours really went out of their way to give us a sip of Valentines day! This drink is on the sweeter end, though. A friend said that the caramel macchiato was just okay, nothing surprising or impressive about it. I guess it was a safe order. The baristas were really efficient with our drinks; both drinks took five minutes or less! I love the interior of this bakery. So cute yet so easygoing. Perfect ambiance for catching up with some girlfriends!
