One big surprise: they offer a few things to eat, among which is a very good bubble waffle. I've tried many of these throughout the Bay area, and none have been any good, often bad texture or taste. I've specifically gone to highly recommended bubble waffle specialty vendors in HK, which are definitely good, and those are my reference. The one from here is quite good, and I would return here just to get that, with boba drinks as a bonus.
