We found bubble cups on a super hot day after feeling like some milk tea might just be the perfect thing to cool us off. When we got there, it was super hot inside, to the point where we ended up having to take our items to go because we were literally sweating. Although they have a lot of items to choose from on their menu, it's a hot mess in terms of organization. There are numerous items that are printed on separate flyers, posters, and on the wall so if you're easily overwhelmed by disorganization, this is not the place for you. Eventually we did narrow our options down, and placed our order. We were the only ones in the restaurant other than who I can imagine was the owner and her daughters, but our items took a super long time to make. Both of our drinks were very strange, a weirdly viscous texture and both the flavor and sweetness of our drinks were off. After our drinks came out, it was another super long wait for our food, which we took to go because it was so blazing hot. Once home with our food, his sandwich was very bland, chewy and the bread was somewhat stale tasting, and my noodles were greasy, heavy, and very unappetizing. Overall, I had high hopes for this place because of the reviews, but the service was unfriendly, the food was underwhelming and poorly seasoned, the wait was really long, and the heat of that restaurant was completely unmanageable. Definitely not on my list to revisit in the future.

After playing pickleball on a very hot day, the six of us decided we needed some shaved ice. Excellent Yelp ratings guided us to BubbleCups. We were happy to see that they have an extensive menu from drinks, lunch plates, appetizers, banh mi sandwiches, soups and even fried rice. The two ladies working here on this holiday afternoon were super nice and accommodating. They turned on fans for us as it was warm inside. There are a number of tables inside so we were able to sit and enjoy our food there. The shaved ice comes in a cup like a boba drink. We ordered the following: Avocado smoothie Thai iced tea Thai tea float with boba Pineapple/peach Hawaiian snow cone Strawberry shaved ice Peach/lychee shaved ice BBQ pork banh mi sandwich Spam/egg banh mi sandwich Pork fried rice Spam musubi Popcorn chicken The shaved ice and cold drinks hit the spot for us. So refreshing post pickleball. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks, however, I probably wouldn't order the popcorn chicken next time. I told my friends about this place and they have gone twice already! Try BubbleCups if you need a refreshing drink and freshly made snack.

I decided to try Bubblecups and pickup a Honey Dew Boba drink. It is a small store with a huge menu. Wow they have a lot of things to chose from. I will have to come back sometime. There was a little wait as the young lady behind the counter was putting together another order. I received my Honey Dew melon Boba with just the right amount of Boba and Honey Dew flavor. The Boba tasted fresh with just the right amount of chew and softness. There was nothing that was over powering and was a good solid drink, what you would expect. I will have to return.

It is more like 3.5 stars because the wait time was too long, probably about 24 mins to get the food after placing the order. I hadn't counted the wait to place the order because there was only a person working at the front and she was busy making 3 drinks. The grilled pork was too dry, but the rice was cooked to perfection. Popcorn chicken was the best, it came with orange sweet and sour sauce ? Coco with basil seeds was good, not too sweet.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this location when I was yelping for some boba all the way out in Santa Rosa. I loved that this place opened early before the other chain locations. I saw that they also had popcorn chicken and spam masubi as well which are my favorites! I was super excited and decided to try it all. 1. Popcorn chicken: Pretty below avg and flavorless. Wish it had The crunch was good but the chicken didn't taste fresh and it was definitely refried from before. 2. Spam Masubi: Not bad but also nothing special. The rice wasn't compacted enough so the Masubi fell apart immediately after biting into it. The sauce was also just alright and a bit bland. 3. Honeydew Milk Tea Boba: unfortunately made from powder and the boba was not fresh. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Overall, the service was great and I love the amount of different options they have on their menu. The prices are also really fair. The masubi was 2 for $5, popcorn chicken was $6 I think. However, if this was closer to the bay area, it would probably be 2 stars. But for the location and the amount of items they have on their menu, solid 3 stars.

I live near BubbleCups and have always seen it when I drive by but never tried here. I decided to take a look at the menu online and didn't realize just how many food options they have. I decided to try 3 options for lunch and was insanely impressed! I called in and ordered the bbq pork combo with noodles and crab rangoons. The person who answered the phone was super sweet. When I popped in 15 min later my food was ready and I decided to order the spam masubi. The person taking my order was so kind while I waited. We chatted up and soon my masubi was ready. This food is so good!!! I've found my new lunch spot to go to. I can't wait to try more items

I got 4 different drinks including the basil seed coco dessert drink. All were really good. One lady was working and there were customers coming in one after another. She was sweet and was working hard to take orders and make our drinks. I will definitely be back when I'm in Santa Rosa. Maybe I'll try the Thai tea (seems like a lot of people were ordering this) and the food next time.

Despite the name, this place is NOT exclusively bubble tea. They also have some killer Vietnamese options that rivals some of the names around town you might be familiar with. Everything on the menu is made to order, delicious, and priced EXTREMELY reasonably. This was my first time here and I'll definitely be back, especially since I work just around the corner. Don't let the unassuming location dissuade you, the staff are very friendly and can help you choose a killer drink from their menu. I got a mango fruit tea with boba and a bbq pork bahn mi. The total before tip was around $11. 5 stars.

Waiting on a Special Olympics soccer tournament, my mom and I were hungry and wanted something that was Asian close by - and behold! Yelp found us a boba place AND they served bahn mi sandwiches! S E R V I C E: The cashier was very friendly and inviting. She wanted to get to know us a little which was sweet, and helped us out with our order. We waited for a bit for our food, but you can literally hear someone cooking in the back, making everything fresh! F O O D: My mom ordered the pork bahn mi and I had their lemon grass chick bahn mi. We also shared a popcorn chicken combo, which came with a drink and it could only be a milk tea - I ended up getting their Thai Tea Milk tea. My mom ordered lychee mint and we got my brother a strawberry green tea to go! Everything was delicious and the sandwiches were a perfect size. O V E R A L L: I'd love to come back and get the exact same thing! Their menu also has a variety of food and I heard their curry is good. Maybe next time :)

It's just a question that was not meant to offend her in a way I can't imagine. A simple No would suffice. Instead, it seemed like a real effort for her not to be snarky with her response that she would assess when she transfers to the back. I get that it's the morning rush. There are nice ways to say No. I would have appreciated any help, even at a later time. I have worked in extremely busy cafes, restaurants, bars... as well as many other fast paced environments. Perhaps she should rethink working in the service industry. I will give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she had a bad morning / off day. Ended up moving to another restaurant. That staff was extremely warn, accommodating, and food and coffee was great. All around a great experience. No hard feelings. Feel free to take it as an observation or blow it off.

During my visit, I ordered a promotional drink advertised as the "Three Waves" for 89 lei. The promotion did not specify a drink size, and I typically order a large. I placed my order accordingly--a large iced Three Waves in my personal 40 oz tumbler--and specifically requested that it be filled only halfway, as the drinks are often made with too much milk. While placing my order, the staff encountered issues redeeming my reward. The employee assisting me called over a manager, who was also unable to process the promotion. I explained that another location had previously redeemed the same reward without any issues and offered to wait while they contacted that location for clarification. After making the call, the manager informed me that the reward could only be redeemed for a medium size. I responded that this was fine and I offered to pay the difference for a large. At that point, my drink was already being prepared. The manager attempted to process the reward again as a medium, but the promotional code still did not work. I showed her that, on my end, the reward had already been redeemed and that I had a valid coupon for a free drink. Despite this, she insisted that I would need to pay for the large drink since it had already been made. I clarified that I wanted to use the reward I had earned through previous purchases and even suggested that they could discard the drink and remake it as a medium if necessary. However, she continued to insist that I pay for the large drink, refusing to honor the reward or accept my offer to pay the difference. To make matters worse, the drink was filled all the way despite my clear request for it to be only halfway full. As a result, it was mostly milk and not made to my specifications. Because it was not what I ordered, I ultimately threw it away. When I asked for her name, she responded, "I'm Jerri, the owner." I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service and explained that I would instead go to the other location, where staff are able to properly redeem rewards without pressuring customers into paying for items that should be covered. She then stated that her son manages that location and that she owns both. I find it extremely disappointing that a business would promote a rewards program but fail to honor it when a customer attempts to redeem a valid offer. This experience felt unprofessional, wasteful, and left me questioning the integrity of your rewards system. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed to prevent similar situations for other customers in the future.

It was my first time in this area of Santa Rosa. There's a small parking lot in the back. We walked in and the space was decorated so nicely though there's not a lot of seating indoors. I didn't see the "special" matchas I found through the photos on Yelp then finally noticed that there was a special menu flat on the counter. I think it would be helpful if the special drinks were easier for customers to see. We both ordered then waited for our drinks. While we waited I thought I would go to the restroom, but unfortunately when I checked it was out of order. Don't get confused and go into the "employees only" door! Once we received our drinks, I was glad to see the color of both our matchas were a nice shade of green. The drinks itself were way too sweet and I could barely taste the matcha. To note, this was better than a Starbucks matcha -- it just wasn't our cup of tea. It was good to try but personally, we are not coming back.

The coffee is consistently excellent--smooth, well-balanced, and clearly made by people who care about what they're doing. Whether you're grabbing a quick drip or settling in with a latte, it's the kind of place where quality never feels fussy. Their pastries and small bites are a solid bonus (avo toast selection, yes, thank you). What really makes Central stand out, though, is the vibe. Noise level is good so anyone looking for a study spot or a place to catch up with a friend will appreciate that! My only gripe is that I think their matcha latte isn't that great. Not sure what they use and how they prepare it but by the end of my drink, I could see clumps meaning maybe they didn't sift the powder and whisk it enough to avoid that grittiness. I can't attest to their espresso drinks but maybe I'll give them another shot if I feel like a seasonal drink!
