I ordered the classic breakfast with eggs over medium, sausage links, crispy hash browns, and toast with jelly. Everything came out hot, fresh, and cooked just right. The hash browns had a great golden crisp, the eggs were perfectly done, and the sausage was delicious. There's something really nice about sitting down to a good, traditional breakfast with a hot cup of coffee and starting the morning off right. Nothing fancy, just good, hearty comfort food that hits the spot. The coffee was the biggest surprise for me. Very good smooth flavor. Seems an old, tired location. When we were seated my wife and I both immediately noticed the musty, dank smell at our table. Typically associated with wiping the table with dirty rags. Floors in both restrooms were sticky. Food was as expected, although the sausage patties were overcooked. read more

I arrived about an hour early for a meeting in the area and decided to grab a quick breakfast. I was seated immediately and given a few minutes to look over the menu. I asked if they offered build your own skillets since they have build your own omelletes and was told no. Therefore I ordered the mini sampler(1 egg, meat of choice, potatoes and biscuit) I requested the new chicken sausage. The sausage was delicious. I've been dining in at this location for over 20 years but the last year or so I always get this waitress named,Carla let me start off by saying I always tip for good service/performance & I've always tipped Carla a decent tip except one day I did not tip Carla because she's just a rude person & I was sick of her attitude so a month or so later,I returned to this location & Carla was my waitress again.Carla had the audacity to say Out loud to me and my daughter YOU TWO DIDN'T TIP ME LAST TIME YOU WERE HERE.BUT THATS OK SHE SAID!!! Here's a tip. Carla do better at your job!!!& Watch that rude mouth of yours also don't argue with your customers when you can clearly see food is undercooked Carla & management & their bathrooms are unsanitary. This Thanksgiving (celebrated Sat) I talked my mom and husband into ordering the premium Thanksgiving feast that feeds 10. I conveniently ordered, paid online and picked up on time at the restaurant. The menu included turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn, green beans, Mac and cheese, gravy, cranberry sauce, rolls, a whole pumpkin bread, pumpkin pie with whip cream and an apple pie. We had a lot of delicious food with plenty of leftovers. It took 2 hours to heat up and everyone enjoyed the family time and food, including the pickiest of the kids. For the price and ease this was by far the best Thanksgiving dinner we've had in awhile. It was well worth it and we'll be doing it again for sure. They have other options too, such as prime rib and pot roast, turkey and/or ham only family dinners for different sizes. My family and I definitely recommend!! read more

This is an older Bob Evans. The outside of the restaurant and the interior carpet could use a little upgrading, but it is clean. We were seated right away and our server was new but she was very friendly and made sure we always had enough to drink. I ordered a chicken sandwich, my husband ordered the half chicken meal, and our son had chicken strips. Everyone was very happy with their meals. They were very filling and cooked to perfection. I ordered a slice of Reese's pie to go and the peanut butter mousse kind of melted all over the container in the time it took to get back to the hotel, but it was still delicious. I never complain about meals I purchase but the meal from Bob Evans deserves one. it was the worst meal I ever had! the chicken was over cooked and dry. I threw half of it out. the mashed potatoes were hard, as if they forget some ingredients. the corn tasted like it just came out of the can and not heated. the soup had dry chicken chunks and was loaded with pepper. Not sure why there's so many poor reviews. Maybe management has changed over the years and it's improved since we've been going there. This is always our go-to stop on our Sunday drive home from Cedar Point back to Buffalo, NY. It's off the beaten path and the wait time is never any longer than 20 minutes. The service is always stellar and the food is what you'd come to expect from a Bob Evans. The food always comes out quickly and has a consistent taste (we order the same plates). The servers always offer to give us a to-go cup for our beverages which is nice when you're taking a road trip. During this past trip, I wasn't feeling well and the server gave me a chocolate bar for the trip home. A nice touch! We'll be back next time we're in Ohio. read more

They do favoritism a lot. You're working at a restaurant where you talk to people of all walks of life, you can't be picky/choosy on who you can wait on. They do their classics well, I tried a new honey butter chicken, probably not on the heart smart menu. It was good and filling. My girlfriend did the turkey dinner, looked good. The girl that took my take out order said i could not get all bacon instead of sausage on my biscuit breakfast platter that I had to get either all bacon or all sausage, What? after I had the confused look on my face, she said it was due to an inventory issue! Ordered food for pickup. Website said food ready in 10 minutes before ordering. It was already late for us to eat so needed it quickly. Once ordered it said ready in 35 minutes. They make a big deal about curb side pick up. Got there and called the number for pickup and the phone rang for 10 minutes with no answer. They can't answer the curbside pickup number. Really? Finally went in and they said it wasn't ready. Was about to cancel order when the food came out. In the end it took 50 minutes. Now it's really late for us to eat due to health reasons. Then my turkey melt sandwich is not even warm, and stiff like it had been sitting there for a while, and it had been barely grilled with nothing melted. Food was mostly ok though. read more

Good food, mediocre service. This was my first experience at a Bob Evans and it was just okay. The actual restaurant is fairly clean as it seems that it's fairly new. Typical diner fare (think Denny's or IHOP) and out server behaved like a stereo-typical waitress out of TV - loud and somewhat cavalier. Our food took a LONG time to arrive and when it did, one of the entrees was wrong. Had to wait longer for the correct one to arrive. The saving grace was that it was good. I will not return. We went in on a normal Saturday morning before going swimming. It was packed. And I have no idea why. The smells weren't appealing and the staff is not friendly. We walked in and the person who seats the guest walks away. And he never came back. We waited about 10 minutes. Which was far too long. no one even spoke to us. The food was nasty. One of my family members got a Veggie omelet and none of the vegetables were cooked. My potatoes were undercooked. And the lady that was serving us was absolutely rude. She gave us our drinks and never came back to ask how our meal was and she didn't even give us our food she had other people do it. After we complained to the manager our waitress finally came back and tried talking to us like we had the best experience ever. Not to mention in I was there for for my birthday celebration. Went to this location and the service was terrible. Victoria was our waitress, she took our drink order and brought them right out. It took her 15 minutes to come back and take our order and the place was not busy at 2;00 pm. after she took our order I seen our food come to the window but she was to busy talking to her co-worker. when she finally got to our food some of it was cold so she had to have cooks remake some of it. I got my omelet after I ate that she got my hash browns and I ask about my bread. When I finished my hash browns she got my bread to me.
