I am sad to return to leave a bad review. I've been coming here forever and the quality has always been great for their bagel sandwiches. I paid extra for lox and got very little it's more tomato than lox. I got it on a jalapeno cheese bagel which itself tasted burnt. My grandma got an egg bacon and cheese on a cheese bagel and her bagel was also Burnt. She couldn't eat the bagel itself it was so hard. With Einstein bagels just opening next door you would think they want to up the quality to keep loyal customers. read more

They didn't disappoint - very easy to park, amazing selection of menu items, and a very nice (and clean - super clean!) layout and design for the interior. I drive by this place all the time. Today I decided to walk and stop by there. The shop is clean and tidy. There are plenty of seating inside and outside. It is definitely a nice place to enjoy breakfast. First thing I noticed when I walked into the shop was the delicious fragrance of bagels. There's a good selection ranging from glaze, blueberry, jalapeno, cheese to cinnamon raisin. The menu is extensive as well. Lots of options for everyone. Personally, I am excited over the fact that I can get a medium cold brew and bagel for under $6. I asked for the bagel to be toasted, and it was toasted just right. Love the food here, but management may be seriously short-staffing here. Every time I come in the morning, there's always a crowd of people waiting for their orders, and only 2 people working - 1 person to take orders and make drinks, and 1 person to make the food. Right now as I am writing this there are 12 people waiting for their food and it's all on just 2 people to serve them in a morning breakfast rush. As a former server, I understand exactly how stressful this is and it's not fair to put your employees through this regularly. I understand some breakfast or lunch rushes cannot be predicted or fully prepared for, but this is my 3rd or 4th time here and this environment has been consistent: busy breakfast rush, and not enough staff to keep things running smoothly for customers to receive their orders in a timely manner. read more

The oven was down for the coffee shop. I usually go to so I was looking for a breakfast place that was no fuss and fairly quick and easy for me to just get something to eat. Something cross my mind to check out some bagels and I looked around and saw this location that seemed to fit what I was looking for. it's a fairly quiet and seem to have younger people that come to this location. The girls that were working, there were very polite and very sweet and very helpful with what I was looking for. Considering I wasn't sure what I wanted to eat, they were very helpful with me. I ended up ordering the veggie breakfast bagel without sprouts and I was pleasantly surprised how delicious it was. It was loaded with eggs and in this economy, I feel like I struck gold. I wish to take a photo, but I will definitely come back to order it again and maybe something else and take all the photos. If you're in a mood for breakfast bagels, I recommend giving this place a shot! I also left with a blueberry bagel and jalapeño and cheese bagel--very excited to eat them later. Of course, I was left standing there while they helped the ones that came after me. Went in there this past Sunday (10/26/25), was greeted with a bright smile and a cheerful good morning. I wasn't sure what to get so I asked for suggestions and the young lady at the register was very helpful (I believe I heard a coworker call her Rachel). She asked me how hungry I was and I said I'm always hungry lol so she suggested the egg, cheese, hash brown and chive cream cheese on a jalapeños cheese bagel(if it doesn't have a name they should call it the Rachel special). It was the best bagel sandwich I've ever had, all of the ingredients complimented each other perfectly. I also had a mocha frappe and the flavor of that was perfect!!! I'm really glad I stumbled upon this Mom & Pop shop, such a good find!! Had the worst bagel sandwich ever today, ordered a turkey blt and barely had one slice of bacon. BLT's are suppose to be bacon heavy and you'd probably say the turkey would make up for the missing bacon but no barely one slice of turkey also. First time I've ordered here since my coworkers rave about this place and unfortunately not a positive experience. I ordered what I thought was the Ultimate (w/picture) and received something totally different. I called the store and asked about what all comes on it and was sadly informed that the website has the incorrect image/description. I asked if anything could be done and whoever answered just said sorry and suggested I try them on a different day. The staff needs better ADA training, I was very disappointed today with the reaction to my service dog. I come to this bagel place often and have recommended it to my friends, and we have never ran into this problem before. This morning when I was ordering, the cashier TOLD me ( not asked ) that once I was done ordering that "the dog needs to go outside". He didn't ask the two questions businesses are legally allowed to ask to determine if an animal is a service dog and went straight to telling us to leave. I did inform him she was a service dog and therefore legally allowed to stay inside and he didn't fight that, but this was not the way I wanted to spend my morning before work. The bagels here are nice and so are the drinks, plus it's usually calm and you receive your items fast. That's why I've been coming here and recommending it, but that interaction left a sour taste in my mouth. To the owners; please make sure your employees know the ADA laws and the two questions. For your convenience : 1. Is this a fully trained service dog? 2. What tasks are they trained to provide? ( or some close iteration but you CANNOT ask what the handlers disability is- that is illegal ). read more

Usually my favorite bagel spot but it's really frustrating that they aren't consistent. You pay for everything you add extra of, and NEVER get it. I always ask for extra sprouts & cream cheese and it's never done. On top of that, anytime i order egg they put a ridiculous amount of it.
