Addicting Beef Tallow Fries
Andrew C.

Came to celebrate Mothers Day and was not disappointed. The food and service were both excellent. Made a reservation through OpenTable and had no issues getting seated. There is street parking nearby if you don't want to pay for Valet. Food was all excellently seasoned, and the steak was cooked perfectly, well work the price in my opinion. Our server was super helpful offering recommendations as it was our first time. Great spot for a special occasion!

5 stars! Came here to celebrate with my closest friends and it was such a great choice for the occasion. Valet made arrival easy and the whole night felt smooth from the start. The restaurant is nice and has a polished atmosphere that feels perfect for a celebration or special night out. Service was top notch the entire evening. Attentive, professional, and warm without hovering. One detail I really appreciated was our server cutting up the steak for us tableside, which added a nice touch and made the experience feel elevated. The steak was delicious, cooked perfectly, and full of flavor. You can tell the quality is there. Drinks were perfectly crafted. Definitely a memorable night with amazing service, great food, and even better company. I'd definitely come back for another celebration.

First time at Boa and the sleek modern feel does not disappoint the eyes. The service was also superb with never needing to ask for a thing. My cucumber gimlet was perfectly made and paired nicely with the delicious Caesar. The steaks presentation lacked what I would have expected but the flavor was good! The broccoli and Mac b cheese were a miss and had very off flavorings; would advise skipping those! The dessert wasn't bad but nothing to rave about, the s'mores were dense and very rich in a dark chocolate flavor and the cheesecake was pretty standard. Great vibe and place but some dishes aren't worth it.

Came here with a large group to celebrate a birthday, and it turned out to be a great spot for a special occasion. We ordered a several dishes to share, and everything felt very well thought out from both a flavor and presentation standpoint. The table was constantly full, starting with caviar cones, lobster tail, bone marrow with toast, tempura cauliflower, lobster ravioli, steak tartare, and of course several steaks. What really stood out was the presentation. Many dishes arrived with a bit of flair, some under caged smoke, others torched table side, which made the experience feel fun and elevated without being over the top. The steaks were cooked well, the seafood felt rich and indulgent, and even the sides held their own. Overall, it was a solid choice for a birthday dinner with a big group. Great energy, shareable dishes, and great music.

My wedding dinner was held here in a large private room (PDR1 + PDR 2) on 11/1/25 and it was absolutely perfect. Huge shoutout to Paul Antosca for guiding us and making sure everything was perfect since day one. To the servers who helped serve everyone (approx 45 people) you all were absolutely amazing. Timely, friendly and you all made sure every single person was accommodated. The food was without a doubt outstanding and the drinks never stopped coming lol Shoutout to Inga (ig: @kiiraco) for decorating everything. It was so beautiful.

Delicious meal and 5 star service at BOA on Sunset. We were promptly seated at arrival for our reservation, nice indoor/outdoor seating and ambiance. Music is on but not obnoxiously loud, so you can carry on a conversation. Our waiter Guy, was helpful and knowledgeable. We went with a few of his suggestions and loved our meal. Steaks were quality and cooked just right to Medium. Drinks were great, dessert delicious. A must try here are the Caviar cones - yum! Valet outside is discounted a bit for restaurant guests.

I have a love hate relationship with BOA lol beautiful establishment, top tier staff and service and conveniently located near SoHo House. However....but before I get to that, I also must give the disclaimer that I try not to pay attention to pricing when it comes to food and experiences because it ruins it lol. Ok back to my however lol, a $50 Caesar salad had me rethinking things lol. Don't get me wrong the Classic Caesar Salad was amazing and they make it right in-front of you at your table, still blows my mind every time though lol. Lastly, they got to work on the portions for a skinny fat man like me lol too small. I had the Shrimp Pasta and finished things with the Chocolate and Macadamia Cookies w/ Ice Cream. Both were great. I say all that to say BOA has been amazing every visit lol

Tried the West Hollywood location. Upscale, trendy and modern as usual. They ask that you abide by the elevated dress code. Service is professional. Located at the corner of sunset and doheny rd / Cory ave. You can street park if you get lucky, otherwise valet is $20 for first three hours, $26 for 3-4 hrs, $35 for greater than 4 hrs. Food here is excellent. The mixed greens salad was very fresh and delicious with a perfect balance of dressing. The steak is so tender and well cooked. Opted for a medium rare filet mignon. Melts in your mouth. For sides we had Brussels sprouts (perfectly cooked and makes you actually eat your vegetables), mac and cheese (yummy cheesy goodness), and roasted garlic whipped potatoes (delicious and buttery). For dessert we had the s'mores and nouveau cheesecake- perfect way to end a great meal. Happy hour on weekdays 5-630pm available. Nice classy dinner spot.

Tuna tartare

Presentation of the Tuna Tartare is beautiful, dry ice clouds fill the table. As always food was delicious. I forgot to mention how we have reservations at 10:30 and they got us our food as soon as possible and made sure our evening was lovely even though it was short.

Food was amazing. Roy was amazing! Loved the service. Beautiful atmosphere. Very romantic.

Stopped by for a birthday dinner and had a great time. I ordered a cocktail (the boa fusion) which was strong and sweet so a perfect balance. I ordered the wagyu meatball for an appetizer which was delicious and fork tender. You receive a large meatball with sauce, cheese and bread. I ordered the halibut, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts for my main and it was all delicious. I preferred a more flavorful fish, but the white wine sauce sautéed the spinach perfectly. All in all, staff was nice, restaurant aesthetic is immaculate and I definitely will be returning.

We celebrated Valentine's Day at BOA Steakhouse in West Hollywood, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The ambiance is perfect for a special occasion -- dim lighting, romantic atmosphere, and very comfortable seating (we had a spacious booth that made the evening feel even more intimate). From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of. The service was impeccable. Our server was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, the cuts of meat, and the cocktails. She answered every question confidently and made great recommendations. The food runners and staff refilling our water were equally attentive. You can tell when a team is well-trained and genuinely cares about the guest experience. The food was absolutely delicious. Yes, it's definitely on the pricier side (my boyfriend ordered the tomahawk -- which is an experience on its own), but everything was perfectly prepared and worth it for a special celebration. From the first cocktail to dessert, the entire meal was outstanding. Parking can be street-based, but we found a meter right in front without much difficulty. They also offer valet service. Overall: romantic atmosphere, exceptional service, and phenomenal food. Perfect for celebrating something meaningful. We'll definitely be back. My boyfriend and I came to Boa the Sunday after Valentine's Day to celebrate after having an amazing first experience! Unfortunately, this visit didn't live up to the last. Our server, Forest, came across as dismissive when we asked simple questions about salad dressings and cocktail recommendations. As someone in the service industry, I try to be understanding--especially when it's busy--but the snappy tone made us feel more like a burden than welcomed guests. That said, the food was still delicious, the bussers were attentive, and the ambiance is beautiful. Hoping this was just an off night because our first visit was wonderful. Maybe don't ask questions if you have Forest as your server or come in a large group so your bill is worth his time.

Darn it, or so I thought. Apparently, the little window shares the same kitchen as Satva. Thank you Hostess. Ordered through Uber Eats due to limited operating hours and I was really enjoyed it. The price is premium as with all things LA. The Beef Ragu was so flavorful. The Brioche was nice, someone said it looked like a glazed donut with meat. The pickles and onions balanced the Beef. Overall, not bad for a Beef Burger. I definitely want to try the Wagyu Smash.

First of all, our server was wonderful -- incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. He gave thoughtful recommendations and explained the specials so well that we were immediately tempted. Now, I'll preface this by saying I'm half Argentinian -- so I'm very picky when it comes to Argentine food, especially chimichurri. I'm usually pretty critical. But Lala's absolutely delivered. The chimichurri was delicious -- bright, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Paired with the fresh, warm table bread? So good. Even though I normally can't resist empanadas, we followed our server's recommendation and started with the morcilla (blood sausage). It was incredible -- rich, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. For my entrée, I ordered the Fresh Spinach Pappardelle and took our server's suggestion to pair it with pesto sauce. As someone who loves pesto (and finds it surprisingly hard to get right in Southern California), I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. It was fresh, vibrant, and satisfying without being heavy. My boyfriend ordered the Lomo (center-cut filet mignon). He's a sous chef at his own restaurant, so he's extremely critical when dining out -- and he had nothing but amazing things to say. That says a lot. The food quality was superb, the service was attentive without being overbearing, and the overall vibe was perfect for a Valentine's dinner. We'll absolutely be back -- and next time, I'm bringing my best friend (also half Argentinian) for her approval.
