This is my neighborhood salad spot. Their salads are big, fresh and they have a big variety. They all come with pita bread which is a plus. I have tried their breakfast items on a couple of occasions and it didn't disappoint.

Great place !!! Best diner in Sunnyside ! A lot of options and delicious soups ! Totally recommend

Corned Beef Hash, Huevos Rancheros Wrap, Sausage

Restaurent waitress was very nice and sweet. I had breakfast here few times. This place is not a new place but stays long time in this area. It is ok place for a breakfast. Here is like an old school place- Not fancy or amazing taste but it is fine. Food doesn't have too strong taste which i like it but to others it could be less tasteful. My Huevos rancheros wrap was ok. I also ordered sausage and it was juicy! Home fries was good but i am not a big fan of it so i couldn't finish but my husband finished all.

All done!

My seven year old says, "delicious! I finished the whole plate" Mama says, "really peaceful and calm atmosphere. Great service!"

They came through for Thanksgiving this year and it included a piece of pie not pictured

Best diner in Sunnyside. Yesterday was Thanksgiving and I had a horrible experience somewhere else and on Black Friday I want my turkey to make up. Blvd diner came through for 25.99 they served up a large plate that also came up with a piece of pie of my choice. The service is always great here and they never disappoint me. In the past I have came in and have had nice meals at an affordable price with always the nicest waitress. The ambiance is old school diner nothing fancy. But bottomline with everything going up in price now it's nice to get a good quality meal at a decent price.

I was having brunch and the food was good, and the server was nice. Unexpectedly, I was left with the bill and this created an issue for me as their credit card machine was down that day. I only had enough cash for my meal plus tip and tax, as the person left abruptly, and only left behind partial payment of the meal. I was left with the remaining balance and didn't have enough for the tip. I explained to the waitress my situation and she was very understanding and accommodating to my difficult situation. She witnessed what had happened and didn't make a big deal out of everything and said, 'don't worry about it.' I appreciate her kindness during a difficult moment. I'll be returning again because of the kind waitress and the food.

A Hot Open Turkey Sandwich worth a Thanksgiving!

A retro homey oasis as when the customer was always cared for. Comfortable seats, booths, tables and counter space. Close to 7 train and buses and the "famous" Sunnyside Arch!

My Farmers Omelet!

I came here with my friend for breakfast. It wasn't a lot of people at the time. This was right before closing of indoor dining. I didn't order coffee, so I don't know whether they have a good coffee or not. However, I ordered the farmer's omelet and thought it was ok. I'll try another omelette or breakfast special next time. I was so focused on a conversation that we didn't notice anything else. I couldn't remember what my friend had for breakfast, but she finished it all. Good!

Nothing to see here but a 5-Star review of a Queens diner with a menu longer than the Bible. Any who, cool little spot next to the best barber in NYC...Nelson's Barber Shop. Stopped in here for a quick bite with a fresh cup of joe. Service was quick and food was as good as my fresh hair cut. What I got: -Coffee...fresh cup, diner quality. -Bacon Egg and Cheese on a roll. Cheese wasn't melted, but still a good sandwich. -Side of fries were crispy and fresh out the fryer. Probably won't be back until my next cut, but worth the trip for a quick bite. Spent $11.00 and took my fries home for a mid afternoon snack.

This new haunt is my new favorite diner. I went for dinner last night and the meal was flavorful and delicious. The meal was so good .....I went back to have breakfast and once again, an enjoyable meal from the breakfast menu. Remodel of the inside is warm and cozy and the staff is FANTASTIC, friendly and accommodating. Thumbs up to the cook for perfectly seasoned We really appreciated that the avocado that we ordered on both days to accompany our meals was ripe (nothing worse than being served a hard avocado).

I've been there with my husband, ordered one dish of grilled salmon salad platter, breakfast and some chocolate cake dessert. Good taste, good service and warm atmosphere. Thanks

We stopped in for a late night snack. It was so good that we went back the next day for lunch…read more We were on the way back from the theatre (Death Becomes Her, a wonderful show!). We were hungry, it was cold outside, and Gracie was between our subway stop and where we were staying. On a whim, I ordered a bowl of their lentil soup. What I got was a LARGE bowl of thick and delicious soup. It was almost stew-like in its consistency and I could have probably finished the bowl with just a fork. Except that I couldn't do that because, as good as it was, there was just too much. For $8, this bowl of soup may be the best food value in the city. I was back the next day, at the crack of noon, for lunch. This time I had their Old School Burger. Similar theme... huge and tasty. The burger was cooked the way I ordered it and was flavorful on its own. The bacon slices were thick and their flavor really came though. The melted cheese and fresh onions rounded everything out to a sandwich that would make Chef Slowick sit up and take notice.

While we are on the topic of price, why does this place have to be THIS expensive? I get that it is on the UES and I understand that everything costs a ton these days but $27 for a tuna sandwich and waffle fries with lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese seems ridiculous to me. Let's not forget that no lettuce or tomato were given. The food itself is probably a 4? and the staff seem nice and friendly. But fix your prices or don't call yourself a diner...

Staff was incredibly polite. Our waiter was super helpful in explaining the menu. I had a frantic day, so I ended up playing it safe and ordering the burger. Man it was good. Fries were like McDs and perfect. Burger had a ton of flavor. For $29, I think it was pretty good for the money. The chicken parm I tried was good, too. The dry gin martinis were great. The waiter even fixed my drink order when I didn't like something the first go around. It is a neighborhood spot for me, so I will definitely be back!

Even though we had a reservation, we still waited about 25-30 minutes for our table, so we grabbed drinks at the bar--worth it, because the dirty martinis were delicious. Food-wise, we had salads, steak, fries, and burgers. I have to say, I wasn't expecting the smashburger to be as good as it was--it really surprised me in the best way. Fries did come out super salty, but they did remake them for us. Service was generally pretty good, but we were disappointed that one person in our group had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes for her burger while everyone else's food came out, and no one from the staff really acknowledged the delay. Prices were on the higher side. But to be expected for any big city. Overall, it's a fun, trendy spot that's great for a date or a group night out. Despite a few hiccups, we'd definitely check it out again if we're in the area. Tip: A reservation is a must!

Walked in for a late lunch around 3ish on a Wednesday afternoon…read more One of my favorite cheeseburgers in NYC area served with dill pickles and raw red onions. Their cottage fried potatoes are one of my best choices to pair with the burger. Their melon decor is something that is just so very quirky and quaint for as long as I've been coming here. I love the "old school" cozy feel and charm like the tin ceilings painted over in watermelon pink, the stained glass window preserved in their decor and the wood bar. I did not get to finish with their delicious sour cream apple pie, however, I highly recommend it.

I parked myself at the bar as patrons were leaving midday on a sunny May Day Friday. Lines of folks were outside waiting to get in to this very popular place. A noice burger it is. Served on a bed of raw red onion and sliced pickles. I would have liked it more if it was juicier, tho. The "cottage fries" were crinkle cut like the pickles were, and they thankfully were thin, crisp not salty or greasy. Kitty stopped by to serve up my burger. I am not much of a bar guy, to be honest. Never got to know a Norm. Looked to be filled with locals as the person seated at the bar stool next to me called our bartender by name "Bobby". That bar has seen a lot of NewYorkers over the years. Did not appear to be any tourists. A fun experience for me.
