Dirty Spiced Chai

Love it here. I dont get a love of mornings off woth the husband, so when we get the rare opportunity, this is one of out top choses. Always packed, so you know it's good. Usually have some tempting specials, but I always add a spiced chai to my meal

This was my 2nd time visiting this establishment and I really want to like it but unfortunately I don't love the food here. It's a very cute restaurant but I don't feel that the servers are all that friendly and the food is just okay.

Awesome breakfast! Bluestone has everything for you to start your day. Our experience was great, service was quick and attentive. Food was fresh and delicious. It's a popular place with locals so it gets pretty packed especially on weekends.

Came across this spot looking for somewhere to have a late breakfast. It did not disappoint. Everything was fresh and delicious. Cafe vibes all the way. The service was good and attentive.

Spiced chai. Bummer that it was too sweet :(

Picked up a couple of baked goods and drinks. We had the blueberry scone and banana bread. We were asked if we wanted butter on the scone and we said, sure why not. We also ordered a spiced chai and vanilla latte and thought the vanilla chai was going to be sweet, we were mistaken. Our goodies came out in about five minutes. The biscuits were good and not too sweet. So apparently they buttered the banana bread too which I wasn't a fan of. I guess when we agreed to have the scone buttered they assumed to butter the banana bread? But like I mentioned, they weren't too sweet which I like! The vanilla latte was nice. The spiced chai was too sweet. I was like what the heck. I expected the vanilla to be sweet not the chai! The ordered to almost $12. Now I know what to order if I come back.

Canadian omelet, rosemary potatoes, English muffin

Fun place. Hipsteresque, but not over the top. Eclectic decor. Menu not real adventurous. My Canadian omelet wasn't exactly filled with Canadian bacon, or cheese either-maybe that led to it being dry along the edges. Nice roasted rosemary potatoes, and props for having croissants and English muffins for the accompanying toast choice. Minor quibble, the waitress dropped off the bill, not telling me to pay upfront. So we waited 10 minutes before I flagged her down to ask.

Juevos rancheros. Husband enjoyed every bite.

Good neighborhood place. Friendly staff. Good service. Great food at a decent price. Only negative thing was no free refills on coffee. Maybe because we cafe ole.

Frittata

Very much a diner in their food items, quality, and service. I ordered the Zucchini and cheese Frittata which came with potatoes. Also ordered a side of the fruit parfait. My wife ordered a goat cheese omelette. The frittata wasn't really flavorful. Bland. Boring. They sent it out without the cheese even being melted. Parfait was tasteless. Potatoes were mushy. Wife said her omelette was tasteless as well. Didn't finish half of it. Service was slow even though the place wasn't very busy. Coffee was fine. Probably wouldn't come again as the place really wasn't too memorable in any way.

Belgian Waffle

I was craving waffles and went to many cafes; many were closed due to early holiday. I came across Bluestone Coffee Co and I was not let down. The waffles were exactly what I wanted and more. They were nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I received my order in good timing. The employees were very polite and the little cafe was surrounded with conversation amongst the customers. It is a nice breakfast or brunch spot.

Good coffee and food. Great breakfast. My favorite is the waffles with fruit. Get the real maple syrup. Costs a bit more but worth it.

Coffee great, the breads and scones like no other. The best around. Like it much better on weekdays when it is not such a zoo.

UM, this place is delicious! Small, cute, and quaint too. I ordered the steak sandwich with a salad…read moreand whew -- so flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and super filling. The steak was tender, the bread was fresh, and everything worked together so well. Other items at our table included the kids' grilled cheese (simple but done right -- crispy on the outside, v gooey on the inside), the hot chicken sandwich (great crunch with just the right kick of heat), and a matcha that was smooth and not overly sweet. Definitely a spot I'd come back to!

Friendly staff mostly teenagers and college aged students. Menu wise it offered a great variety and not too pricey in addition to a number of baked goods both savory and sweet. Quinoa kale bowl (2/4) great portion but flavor wise would say it was lacking for sure. Filling and healthy. Chicken schnitzel (5/5) great crispy chicken and batter to chicken ratio was perfect. Piping hot upon serving and yummy side salad with fries for $4 + Marcel Shakshuka (5/5) great flavor and decent portion with a proper amount of pita bread on the side. The focaccia shakshuka was pretty filling and a perfectly cooked runny egg on top. Very bold flavors may be a bit much along personally would just share as a little app. Parking nearby- lot and street parking. Looks like they have a few seats in front on nice days as well.

Walking in was inviting considering the decor and how comfy everything looked. Their menu had an extensive drink option and even included frozen yogurt which I was shocked by. I tried their empanada and beef patty, they did not disappoint with the flavor and how fresh they were. The service was divine as well. The girl behind the counter was sweet and offered her opinion on a few things.
