Best sushi in the area. The quality of the fish is well above the others. It doesn't have a huge menu, but every piece is fresh and flavorful. If you are hungary, try the platter, it comes with good combination of sashimi and rol

Let's start with the bright and beautiful from Michael, and the warm welcome from Chef Paul to our server, Shane - wonderful service all around, like in Cheers where "everybody knows your name." 5/5 Ambiance - 5/5 small and intimate but clean, upscale and nice Food: 5/5 In the suburbs outside Philadelphia is a rare find - a legitimate sushi restaurant that serves way more than California rolls and bento boxes (even tho it does). They offer prime fish and Omakase offerings with toro, Chu-toro and other, what I imagine, are rare finds in an area like Eagleview (as nice as it is)! We loved everything we ordered - unique rolls to Bluefin, with creative touches, and quality all around... we also love the BYOA option - bring your own alcohol. A couple next to us were finishing up their Omakase meal - over 2.5 hours later. They loved every course, and ended with a plate EACH of hamachi Kama. Amazing experience and definitely on the upper end of restaurant options in the Eagleview/Eagle area. Plus it's in the Town Square area where I hear live music and fun happens during the summer months! So cool!

The food here was amazing and so very fresh. The sushi was some of the best I have had in a while. The restaurant was beautiful and the location was great. The service here was also impeccable. Would highly recommend.

New ownership, same great presentation and quality of fish. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner herself. Overall great experience and will continue introducing friends to this spot.

I have no idea what happened to Bluefin, but it's absolutely terrible now. This used to be our favorite sushi restaurant, with legitimately the best sushi in the suburbs. They recently "changed the menu" and it's a completely different restaurant. The Bluefin tuna taster looks bizarrely artificially colored, the spicy tuna was gray and oddly frozen, the hamachi scallion was almost inedible. It's so unfortunate because, like I said it used to be excellent but I don't think I'll be back. One highlight was the service-well meaning and nice server but cannot make up for the oddly bad food.

Made a second trip to see how they do in the middle of the week. Sat at the sushi bar and I will say that they did not disappoint. We Started with tempura fried oysters and Shumai, Being course was sashimi advocacy with two specialty roles - one being the oyster mushroom. While we were waiting the chef provided an amuse Bouche which made the yellowtail it was delicious. Even had some Uni for dessert Fish quality is outstanding-Particularly the more expensive cuts. Melt in your mouth goodness....

*Indoor Dining Review* Restaurant: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Food: 5/5 Parking: Free parking lot. Restaurant is BYOB Stopped in for a quick bite, was pleasantly surprised. This is definitely one of those hidden gems you would not expect in such remote area, when on the way all we saw was trees, then all of sudden the newly developed town center appears, with water park and all the new housing and apartments. Food is amazing but there were minor issues in other categories. -Restaurant- First thing we noticed when we walked in was how modern and nice the restaurant looks. Everything's clean, neat and organized, tables are very well setup. HOWEVER, the issue we had where we sat, all the way at the back of the dining area, where there's just a little too many tables, because it was so LOUD, we almost had to shout to each other. Next time we would probably pick middle or front seating areas. We couldn't really take our time to enjoy our dinner unfortunately. -Service- We appreciate the fact that our waiter advised us he was still in training, it is better that way in my opinion so he can essentially under promise and over deliver. Even though he was new, our service experience was pleasant, check up was frequent but not unwelcome (Not enough to keep us from having conversations) -Food- This is the most surprising part, we did a little research on the restaurant and chef via their website, and saw who the chef trained with prior to this restaurant. The food did not disappoint, they were simply AMAZING! What we ordered: -Toro Sashimi Appetizer (A MUST HAVE. It is SO FRESH, it melts in your mouth like half melted butter) -BlueFin Roll (Delicious. At any restaurant we go to we typically will order any item with their restaurant name on it, this did not disappoint) -Wellington Roll (Delicious) We will definitely go again, but next time I would probably ask not to be seated at the back of the dining room.

Bluefin was our favorite restaurant, until it wasn't. Went downhill, and what was once a twice a month visit, turned into every couple of months until we gave up. Recently returned to try it one more time and it was quite honestly better than its ever been. If you've loved bluefin in the past, give it one more shot. You won't be disappointed.

Pros- I felt like a King when I walked in. Our waiter was nicer than Mother Teresa "Amazing" to describe the food is an understatement The place is so clean, I was debating eating my meal off the floor Honestly, the price is not expensive considering the quality of food and service you receive Cons- Can't buy stock in the company. I would if I could.

The decor and color palette create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. We started our evening in the speakeasy. It's on the smaller side, which I enjoy--as long as I can grab a seat! Otherwise, I might wish for just a bit more space. Once seated, our server struck the perfect balance: attentive, friendly, and incredibly patient while we took our time deciding. The food arrived beautifully presented, hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Overall, a great experience--we'll definitely be back soon!

Excitedly anticipated reservations at West Chester Seafood Kitchen and our stay out stood the expectations. Oh what fun it is to brunch!!! We arrived with 10:30am reservations, arrived and were promptly seated in the middle of the dining room. This place has so much space! The tables are proportioned about well and love the long bench seating opposed from the kitchen window. Decor is tidy and of modern aesthetic ocean vibes. Everything complemented, including the floor pattern - which I obsessed over, lol. Absolutely adored the built in and all the nautical knick knacks. Our waitress was a doll. Charming, attentive and spoke with great eye contact. We decided on eats and a mid morning cocktail. I had the standard espresso martini and my husband tried one of peanut butter variety. Both deep in espresso flavor and not too sweet. Oysters to start. A half dozen of 3 varieties. So wonderful to be able to select a few kinds to sample. We enjoyed them all. Very clean and super fresh. My husband loves horseradish, so it was so nice they offered their standard cocktail sauce with extra. The mini Tabasco sauce we had to take home as memento. Brunch entrees- my husband went part poultry and I kept true to seafood. He had first the Clam Chowder. Lumps of clam and a mid-cream broth. Nice balance of stock and cream. Potatoes did not overtake. This was light but hearty. He dove into those Chicken and Waffles with delight. A savory waffle - how can you not love. And the honey jalapeño butter, I found as much as I could to dip into. Chicken was most and crisp. Hitting all the texture and flavors- sweet, spicy, crunchy with this dish. Delicious. Now my Lobster Roll- LOBSTER!!!! This was incredible. I ate the whole damn thing. The roll was toasty and buttery. The lobster was juicy and plentiful, it was allowed to stand on its own. Didn't push up on too much mayo, or celery, or tarragon. Let the seafood shine - and it did!! The fries were hand cut, and freshly fried. Only critique was the slaw. It was just there. Would recommend to nix it. It didn't add to the dish. This Lobster Roll I will keep in my thoughts of how I am now tainted against all others. Wonderfully done. We cannot wait to venture down again and experience more of their menu. Ahoy!! Come here to eat! King of the Sea in the Dub C!

We ordered the Caesar salad, calamari, chicken with crab, veal saltimbocca, pasta with shrimp and crab, pasta with meatballs (the person who ordered didn't care for the meatballs but is very particular), baked salmon, and chicken parm dinner. Only issue I would address is that some of the parties food came out at least 5 minutes before the others (about 1/2 the party) which made it awkward. When I arrived, I drove past the restaurant because I did not know where it was located. I turned around at the municipal building and drove around to the main entrance which is behind the building and not on East Lancaster Avenue. We were there for lunch so there was plenty of parking. Given the large number of tables that they have, I can imagine that the parking lot can get crowded when the restaurant is full. The interior is large with lots of tables inside and outside. Outside there are tables on a patio overlooking the river. The building appears to be a converted mill. We ordered the Caesar Salad, Basa Francesce, Seafood Fettucine, and Chocolate Mousse Cake. The Caesar Salad was delicious. The dressing had a hint of anchovy flavor. The Basa Francesce was a light fish washed in butter with a lemon butter sauce. The fettucine was not as flavorful as I expected. The Seafood Fettucine by contrast was extremely tasty. The Chocolate Mousse Cake was rich and delightful. I expect us to be back again.

Not too busy, although it was a "buck a shuck" night so the place was not empty. We walked up the ramp on the west side went past a private dining room and entered the restaurant and kind of stood there not knowing whether we should seat ourselves or sit at the bar. After several minutes we stopped one of the several waitresses who passed us who directed us to the hostess station at the opposite end of the building. The hostess was on the phone sitting on a couch in my the lobby. A young man seated another couple as we arrived and disappeared for several minutes before returning. Finally we were seated. The waitress was fine but it took forever to get the 1/2 dozen oysters we ordered and our entrees. The buck a shuck pricing was $1, $2, and $3 per oyster depending on the type of oyster. We like the PEI ones and they are normally $3.25, but tonight $3. They were pleasantly briny but very small. They were served with a flavorful cocktail sauce and some other clear liquid that tasted like a sweetened vinegar. For entrees we ordered the fish and chips and the hot roast beef. The roast beef was ok and came on a delicious seeded roll which made this sandwich. The fish had no seasoning but the fish itself with a bit of added salt was good. Fries were unevenly salted. The cole slaw that came with it was ok. Not impressive or memorable. Just ok.
