I am shocked by how horrible my meal was. I came on a weekday evening for dinner with a friend. The house salad was severely overdressed. I ordered yakitori as an appetizer which was good, tastes just like they make it in Japan and was the only highlight of this visit. For the main course, my friend and I both ordered the New York strip hibachi. I ordered medium and it was served well done, impossible to chew through without cutting it into tiny bites. The chef also did not do the normal glaze, as you can maybe see in the picture how it doesn't have the shine to it. It looked like dog food. The zucchini was overcooked and completely mushed. And lastly the rice was undercooked, with multiple grains still hard. I have never had such a horrible food experience here, I didn't even eat half my plate and didn't take any left overs home do to how disappointing it was. And to top it off, the server added an automatic tip to the check without telling us despite us NOT being a party of 6 (which there was a sign up front stating parties of 6+ would have this automatic tip). It costed us just over $100 for this horrible meal, and after this I don't think either of us will be back. read more

This is an older location but still very fun! The staff was friendly, entertaining and prompt. As usual, I loved the salad and salad dressing (that comes in the beginning). The rice was fantastic. Food is always delicious, and service is usually great as well. The hibachi is awesome, very tasty no matter what you get and fairly priced. The all you can eat sushi is also amazing. Oh wow! I didn't know what to expect but I was so pleasantly surprised. I did AYCE, and it didn't disappoint, quite the contrary. Everything was so fresh and tasty. I am glad I discovered this place as a new destination for me. Ond of the best egg rolls I've ever had, perfectly balanced, you can see the filling and taste it. There are two sides, I guess you must make it clear if you will do AYCE all you can eat sushi and more. Otherwise, the other side (really nicer one if you ask me is for a la carte restaurant). But my experience was amazing; food and service were superb, albeit very quiet, but I didn't mind. they actually preferred to enjoy each sushi bite. *Indoor dining review* We came here as a BIG group for birthday party on Saturday evening, made reservation weeks in advance. While the food and show was good, service seemed to be disorganized and unprepared. Restaurant has some very unique decors. ~Service~ As soon as we walked in, we saw a couple yelling at the hostess about how unacceptably slow it was, because another couple apparently arrived later but got seated before them. We thought "Uh oh..." Everyone was crowded between hostess stand and the bar, waiting to be seated. There definitely seemed to be miscommunication issue, and Management was nowhere to be found. Our reservation was for 7PM, but we did not get seated until after 8:30PM. Even after we sat down, and food ordered. There was no questions on what drinks we wanted or if we needed any water. Most of us ended up having to ask for water midway through our meals. ~Food~ We all ordered Hibachi combos (Chicken, Steak, Seafood..etc) All Hibachi items comes with Rice (White rice or fried rice) and Mixed Vegetables. Cooking presentation was great, our Chef was personable and playful. Proteins and Vegetables were cooked nicely, however the fried rice was very under seasoned. In conclusion, much like any Hibachi dinner I've been to. Food is mostly average, the main attraction is always the Cooking show happening right in front of you. I'm going to get to the point early. Second time here because the kids remembered it and wanted to try again. We ate the hibachi, have never tried the sushi room. The hibachi is incredible expensive for the amount of food you get. Our server had a very dull personality and most people got dirty trying to catch flying food flung with the aim of a blind squirrel. The food is all salt with extra sugar to mask the salt burn. The 'steak' was overcooked and chewy, certainly not medium rare as requested. The kids enjoyed it but they enjoy McDonald's just as much to be honest. This place is huge and so cute. I took so many pics of the koi fish. We got hibachi and our chef was amazing. Nick was so cool and the food was great. The chicken, steak and shrimp was very flavorful. The rice was good too. Kind of annoying how the miso soup and noddles didn't come with the hibachi package, but they were good as well. The sushi wasn't the best, but it was alright. The spring rolls weren't great, but we still ate them. Definitely will be going back for the hibachi and hopefully we'll get Nick again! read more

We came here for my nieces' birthday, and the staff was so kind to them! The girls were given free ice creams and sang to for their birthday. They were also very accommodating of my seafood allergy. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly to medium rare, and the chicken was tender and juicy. The vegetables were crisp, and the fried rice was delicious as well. The decor was probably wonderful in the 90s but now is very dark and run down. Ladies room smelled like rotting meat as it was closest to the kitchen. Workers were occupying the center rooms, prepping napkins at one table while another table were 2 workers eating. It was pretty loud. Server at my table was nice and did well. The chef prepared the food but did little to interact. The website says the chef will work with dietary restrictions but he either didn't respect or didn't want to understand the restrictions of one of the guests. Food itself was boring and lacked taste.
