Yeah, I'm sorry I'm only three stars on this place... based on quality and value. The ahi tower was really the worst I've ever had. Not that it was bad, just that I've always had much better. Also, when I looked at the small portion and thought that I could have purchased a large poke bowl for the same price I thought I should make better decisions in the future. Same with the Rainbow roll. But the Rock Shrimp, which is fried shrimp with yuzu aioli, was amazing. I'd recommend everyone try this menu item. The Miso soup at only $2.50 a cup was a good price and a great way to start off the meal. But I'm still at at 3 stars...

Fire Dragon Roll and Spicy Tuna Roll with crunch.

Sushi Nami has been around for a very long time. We had been to the one on Paoli years ago. I moved away for a while but my family still frequents sushi nami (cousins aunts uncles etc. lots of people). They all love it. I couldn't remember much but they have one in wayne now (my hometown) so I decided to pickup Sunday night after a family party before driving back home to center city phila. I got the fire dragon roll, spicy tuna roll, chicken fried rice, and the pork gyoza. I will say it wasn't AS good as my spot st home in center city phila. Maybe I'm just too used to them! But it was really good and well prepared. Tasted fresh to me. The spicy tuna was my fave roll. Weirdly enough given it's just a classic little roll. I was comparing the fire dragon roll to the one I get at home in philly as they were nearly the same thing. So hard to say. But tuna was good and they were fat. Good portions here which is super important. Anyway, We LOVED the gyoza.... Some of the best I've had for sure. And for $4.50 you can't beat it! Yum! And I'm obsessed with the dipping sauce with the gyoza. I saved my leftover sauce to eat with my Trader Joe's gyoza later on. Now what we weren't thrilled about is the chicken fried rice. Rice was good. But the chicken has like some teriyaki type sauce to it? Really not normal for chicken fried rice. Normally ya just get regular grilled or cooked chicken. Not teriyaki chicken? Idk what it was. But it was off putting and weird to me. Otherwise everything was great. Service was fantastic and restaurant looked nice inside. I am Interested in dining in one day. Very easy to pick up. Nice staff too. And it was easy to order on the phone. Thanks ! Probably will be back when I'm back at my parents again.

Did delivery so I can not speak to the ambience/presentation and experience in restaurant but the sushi we got was delicious and very reasonably priced compared to the normal sushi places I go to in downtown Philly. We ordered several rolls ( Spicy Salmon, Spicy Tuna, salmon avocado, Main Line, Pink Lady) to share and loved them all... although I think pink lady was my favorite! Would go back if I was in the area.

Sushi pizza, so good.

My fellow Yelp Eliter and BFF went here, I read her review, and then was in the area with a friend so popped in for a dinner on an early Saturday night. It's located in a shopping center, that you'll miss if you aren't looking for it. It's a small BYOB (yay!). The decor is simple. The service was great, they were very friendly and attentive. We ordered the sushi pizza as an appetizer. You get a lot of tuna for the money. And enough to share. I kept it pretty plain and ordered spicy tuna and eel/avocado rolls. Both were good. The price was decent, quality was good, and will certainly return again.

See previous review. They deserve an upgrade to 4 stars. My last several meals have been great. I really like the fire dragon roll. Fish is tasty and fresh. It can get loud.

Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna

Ambiance is pretty low key which is great for a casual date night. All of the fish tasted fresh and service was good. You can definitely tell this is a popular spot as there seemed to be no less than 10 people at a time waiting for take out. While I do have a different favorite sushi place in the burbs, this is not a bad runner up!

We started with a spepper squid appetizers. The batter was crispy, however, the squid was a bit chewy, bland and greasy. I'd not recommend.. The beef gyoza was cooked perfectly- pan seared and steamed. We ordered chicken curry and a sashimi deluxe . The curry was delicious. Vegetables were not soggy . Medium heat. The sashimi blew me away! Beautiful presentation with sushi rice under each fish. The best in Mainline! I'm coming back ! Miso soup was perfect- small pieces of tofu and Wakame seaweed.
