Came here for the first time Thursday and came right back Saturday. So good!! But also amazing customer service and care. I was lucky enough to have the same server, Ferra, both times. She's so sweet and tentative! And helped us with our baby announcement. Today the Bluebird team helped us announce to our in-laws that we're having a baby girl and it was just so cute and perfect! I love this place. Excellent food and service. Why can't everywhere be like this? Is it that hard? The order (special items) came out exactly as we ordered. It was in a timely manner and it was hot (one of my pep peeves is when the cook puts one's food out piping hot, and the waitstaff leave it sitting under "heat" lamps). Vanessa gave us a carafe of coffee! I love it when restaurants do this. I got biscuits and gravy with the loaded potatoes (yum) eggs cooked to order. My husband lunch combo and he loved it as well. Reasonable wait time (no more than ten minutes and they were busy), quick service (drinks moments after sitting and food shortly after ordering), and delicious food. I was there on Saturday to pick up food. I ordered it at 8:06am and had a pick up time of 9:15am. When I got there my food was freezing cold. I asked the manager she lied said the food was cooked 5-10 mins ago. I asked they remake it I waited 20 mins. The girl handed me the food and said here fresh food . I was starving went to the car and I was given the same food but it was put in New boxes. The kitchen didn't even try to microwave the eggs. I called the manager she swore it was fresh food. Said she was looking at the food boxes from earlier. I should have asked if they were empty . I told her they switched the food to new boxes. She told me she was going refund my order. Checked my bank account and no I paid for that cold ass food . My eggs tempted at 75°F for two hours in the danger zone, i work in a cafe and always have a food thermometer not only am I disgusted by these business practices but the comments from each person makes me angrier "here is your fresh food", "I'm looking at the boxes right now ".I had a later pick up I can tell my food was super old. That horrible experience will keep me from coming back. I was coming every other weekend. All I want is the refund the manager promised on the phone to me. read more

The breakfast here is just RIDICULOUS!!! The pancakes were so fluffy and delicious. The scrambled eggs were real eggs, not powdered junk, a change from most breakfast places. The coffee was hot and fresh, and our cups never got coke or empty. We waited for about 45 minutes on a Sunday morning, but it was WELL worth it, and the atmosphere is very bright and cheery inside the restaurant. This is definitely a great place to stop. Sadly the food and service has gone downhill we waited 45 minutes to get seated once seated we ordered our food and drinks which took over an hour to get to our table while 3 tables that were seated after us were served before us.
