This location is definitely run by teens who are all friends. When we were here, there were about 6 or so employees and our drinks took a while to get. I also witnessed one of the employees question if they made the right smoothie and instead of fixing it, they just proceeded to give it to the customer. Service isn't great. Drinks were also pretty mid. I guess the only good thing is you do get a lot of smoothie for the price but that's about it. read more

The order took 15 min to get. When we revived the drinks they were the wrong size missing protein and other ingredients. Instead of re making it they smelled the drink add what was needed and hand it over. I ended up just throwing it out. Maybe just a bad experience but I won't go back. read more

So yummy! I come here often to grab smoothies for my friends and co-workers. I'd choose a healthy smoothie over a coffee any day! Their Strawberry Peanut Butter protein shake is my favorite! Such great products, served fast with a smile. The mall was a bit of a mess with the roads being paved. HULK SMASH!! When I walked into this place and looked upon the menu board on the wall behind the counter I noticed a smoothie named The Hulk. Intrigued, I ordered it and it was a powerhouse of natural energy. I can see why they gave it this name. A smooth strawberry flavored concoction that got me going and is healthier than a "energy" drink filled with refined sugar and caffeine. The store was clean and brightly lit and the girls behind the counter were friendly and attentive and had my order ready for me in just a few mins. My son and I stopped into this location last night and had a wonderful experience. We usually visit a competitor for our smoothies but the taste and service is far better here. Did eventually get a free smoothie but should have gotten a free one the fist visit. Perhaps these over priced over sugared drinks no longer have the profit margin to give out free drinks. At least Dairy Queen never pretended to be healthy. It was cute when the wife and I were dating how she thought the high calorie vitamin drinks were healthy. When one opened buy her work and she started buying them near daily I had to truth pill her that they really aren't that healthy. Our sons friend told us Smoothie King was better then Orange Julius/Dairy Queen so we figured we would give them a try since DQ no longer giving out free birthday drinks. The app didn't work. And they thought it was weird that I wanted good customer service. That I actually wanted help getting their app to work. Several other people were having app issues my first visit. Most 7-11s don't have wi fi but you can get your rewards with just a phone number. Now Smothy king orchard don't not have wi fi so you have to hike to Starbucks to try and get your points if infinity is down. Weird that a customer would want good customer service? Normally I have no complaints when going to Smoothie Kings but this one is different. I recently moved to the area and this location has a problem with customer service. Normally I don't make a stink when the smoothie cup isn't full all the way but I am tired of getting the run around. I buy a large smoothie that is quite expensive over $13. the past few times I have gone the cup had about 1.5-2 in of room left in it. I would ask the employee to fill it up more and they would flat out decline to. They would claim that the large is a 44oz cup and you bought a 40oz smoothie. I know for a fact that it was missing about 15-18oz. it is honestly quite sad that the service is this low when margins are closer to 90% at these stores. read more

I'm a huge Smoothie King fan and visit one any chance i can while i'm traveling on business. This new location at the Orchard Town Center is very close to the gym I belong too and a very healthy option after a workout. The staff does a fantastic job of walking you through the menu and discussing options and flavors and are concerned that you leave pleased with your smoothie. The staff is exceptional and very outgoing every time I visit and the owner has done a great job with his talent. One of the things i like most is that if i try something different and don't like it, they will put me back into my old favorite smoothie no questions asked . Fresh fruits and veggies all the time!!! Smoothie king is pretty addicting and bomb to say the least, I go here at orchard mall after work because it's up the street and a smoothie always sounds good. I tried a few of them and I was hooked right away. I enjoy the deals and rewards app. Also clean place very nice outside waiting patio and it's a friendly bunch of people seems like they blend all day because it's usually a ton of people coming in and leaving with smoothies, also my favorite part. The smoothies are fine and all but I take serious issue with the lack of mask adherence here. Only one employee is wearing a mask and the manager isn't. The customers are not enforced to wear masks. Seriously not consistent with the need for us to limit the spread of Covid. read more

I have been waiting to write a review on this Smoothie King location, because I hoped that over the past several months of frequenting it, the few bad experiences I have had, were not the norm. Unfortunately, it is the norm. This Smoothie King is terrible!! The only two good experiences I have had in there, was when there was an older girl working behind the counter (She seemed to have it together, and ran the place smoothly. It seemed like she had been there for a while, and was possibly an assistant manager). The other was when an older guy was there (most likely the owner). Other than that, unless he or she is working, the place is a disaster! Whenever I have ordered the medium size, they never fill it to the top, so you pay for a whole smoothie, but only get 1/3 of it. The staff is rarely even friendly, even though I always tip them! I get it, you wouid rather not have to work during your summer break, but a simple thank you is not that hard. Today, was definitely the last straw for me though. I walk in and there is only one other person waiting on their smoothie. There are FOUR kids working behind the counter, but all with their backs turned, I don't even know if they knew I had walked in. I stood there for about a minute, while they were on their phones and chatting with one another. Finally I was noticed, by a kid who had just had his hand down the back of his pants, sipping his own smoothie. I almost thought about walking out right then and there, because I didn't want to chance it that he would be the one making my smoothie. The girl next to him looked ready to make it, so I took the chance. Thankfully, she was the one to make it! Once I ordered, even though at this point I was still the only one in there it took several minutes for them to make my one smoothie. In fact, the girl originally making it, had to hand it off to another employee, because it seemed she didn't know how to make it correctly... I literally ordered one of their signature smoothies, no changes. I love smoothie king, so I'm really sad that this one is so awful, because it's the closest one to me, but it was my last time going in there for sure. read more
